Treebo Five Elements with Swimming Pool

Had comfortable stay at this hotel during the journey from Hyderabad to Mumbai on the fateful day when there was 36 hours traffic jam on Pune-mumbai expressway. We were forced to take a break in the middle of journey and lucky to get accommodation at this hotel. Rooms are good enough. Reception was good though it was odd time. Rates are reasonable.
Suggestion: Breakfast can have more options to include South Indian dishes as well.

We stayed at Treebo Five Elements, Lonavala, and unfortunately it turned out to be one of the most disappointing experiences we’ve had at a so-called 3-star property.
The Room: We had booked a Standard Room but were allotted what appeared to be the poorest room on the property. Cleanliness was a major concern, mould was visible on the curtains, bedsheets, cushion covers, and even inside the wardrobe. The pillows and bedsheets had an unpleasant odor, and the pillows were damaged, leading to neck discomfort. The duvet was torn, and the mattress had noticeable holes, causing back pain. The floor was sticky and unclean.
Basic amenities were poorly maintained, the AC and its remote did not function properly, the TV remote was faulty, and the kettle was old, rusted, and leaking.
Washroom: The washroom was dingy and had a persistent foul smell. Hot water availability was inadequate. Only bath soap, hand soap, and bath towels were provided, no hand towels. Overall hygiene was far below acceptable standards.
Breakfast / Food: Breakfast was pre-booked but completely unacceptable in terms of hygiene and quality. While the upma was passable, the bread was stale and foul-smelling, the aloo paratha was poorly prepared, and even the butter served was stale. Tea and coffee were average.
We happened to see the kitchen, which was extremely messy and unhygienic, certainly not what one expects from a 3-star hotel. Disturbingly, we even saw a rat pass by the kitchen area.

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations with its exceptional staff and spotless cleanliness. From check-in to check-out, the team was warm, professional, and always eager to help with a genuine smile. Rooms were immaculately clean, well maintained, and refreshed daily, making the stay comfortable and relaxing. Common areas, bathrooms, and dining spaces were equally hygienic and thoughtfully organized. The staff’s attention to detail and quick service made everything effortless. The calm atmosphere, safety standards, and consistent cleanliness create real peace of mind. Overall, this hotel feels welcoming, reliable, and well managed, making it one of the best places to stay.

We stayed at Five Elements and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is very close to the old Pune–Mumbai highway and is quite pretty, designed like row houses. There is sufficient space for car parking and a small common swimming pool, which is a nice addition.
The staff was supportive and helpful throughout our stay. We felt safe here, especially since many families were staying at the property. We ordered dal tadka and jeera rice, which tasted good. They also provide a complimentary breakfast buffet with a few options; it was decent.
We got a good deal on Booking. Com for around ₹3, 000, which felt like good value for money. Overall, a comfortable and safe stay, especially for families.

The stay is very good, hotel is at convenient location and at center. Rooms are clean, spacious for a family and have all amenities. Balcony is nice, with added chair and table — Let's you enjoy the evenings. For services, I've mixed views. While the orders were completed on time, there are still areas which need improvements. We ordered tea on Sunday and kept the empty cups out, which remained there till Tuesday. Don't know if HK simply ignored that.
Staywise the place is very good though.
Morning breakfast needs more varieties.

I had a wonderful stay at the Five Element Hotel. The booking process is simple, and online prices are very reasonable with options like:

(All prices for 1 room, 2 adults, 1 night with breakfast and taxes included).
The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, even the Lilly Room offers a very comfortable experience. The washrooms are spacious, clean, and aesthetically designed.
Breakfast was satisfying with options like paratha, poha, upma, bread & butter, chocose, along with tea and coffee. Room service was prompt and efficient.
Overall, everything about the stay was delightful, and I would happily rate it 5/5. Perfect choice for a comfortable and budget-friendly staycation.

The manager kept shifting us from one room to another. The first room did not have a door handle from inside, it was broken. And he tried to convince me to use the other lock, that too when I was traveling with my wife. Then in the other room the TV was not working. So, he moved us into another room again.
The towel rack in the bathroom was just above the toilet seat. Who in the world places a rack above the toilet seat?
Never going there again. One word, AVOID!

A nice place to cut off from all the noise. A great small hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. You can order food online too. Room service too is quick and good. They have a small pool too. We stayed in their suite room which was spacious with a balcony. Will visit again.

Excellent service jain food arranged well. Nice and clean room service. Mr bhawani singh has very nice team and all are well trained staff and give very nice service and taking care of the childern well.

Unlike typical hotels with corridor access, this property gives each room direct entry. Also a small sitting 🪑 space is wonderful. Rooms are comfortable. Limited space, but adequately equipped. In built furniture gives some flexibility. Rooms towards the back are likely to be damp in monsoons. Cafeteria is an Ad-Hoc arrangement and food is just palpable. Staff are limited and usually efficient. Car park and plunge bath are add on amenities.

It's was fine experience, the rooms are old it needs some reparations, staff was good nothing bad, but it can be better a compare other nearby location.

TV not working, Bedsheet were NOT clean, Cushion cover have big yellow stains, Telephone NOT working. Food is also third class. Never ever consider this hotel to staying.

Stayed here a week ago and we were quite disappointed with the room we were assigned — it was located in a very isolated and suffocating area of the hotel.
We ordered French fries from room service, but they were completely tasteless. After finishing, we asked for the plate to be picked up, but it remained outside our door the entire night.
The room had a constant unpleasant smell throughout the stay. The washroom door was jammed, making it very inconvenient. Also, no basic toiletries were provided, which was surprising for a hotel of this category.
The swimming pool was extremely small. They claim it's for adults, but in reality, it felt more like a kids’ pool.
The only good part was the service — the staff were attentive and helpful whenever we interacted with them.

Excellent level of hospitality experienced and Manager Mr Bhawani Singh Ji shown extra mile behaviour during the stay and made it very comfortable.
We also enjoyed food. Quality is excellent.
