Nice ambience, perfect for holidays but a bit expensive.

Not happy with the service. We had to call 4 times for fresh towels. But no reponse. We had to leterly go to the reception and complain then we got the fresh towels. No proper water supply. Flush was not working. Beds are noisy. No A/C backup when current is not working. We paid for the A/C room without a/c the whole day and no backup. Mobiles cannot be charged when power failure, no back for the same. Really disappointed.

The place is set on the heart of the town. The market is just a 2min walk. The rooms are nice and spacious. The rates are not quite a worry. Do visit and do stay!

The services provided by them are very good! The place is very clean, cool calm. The pan Hill hotel is situated in panchgani city itself. The market is also nearest to hotel.

If you are planning for a vacation not a nice place to visit as the service by the hotel is pathetic… the climate at Panchgani is pretty cold & if we bound to ask for extra blankets then the hotel staff says we only provide 1 extra blanket as per their rules. The rules of the hotels also says due to water shortage hot water is available only from 7 am to 9.30 am ("shortage is all year long). During monsoon & winter it is difficult to use water here… They do not have a kitchen & if your son is sick & needs hot water then don't expect any help from them. Think before you book.

A good hotel. Exactly in front of Bus Station. Within circumference of bazarpeth. Location is the plus point. Services and staff are okay. Management has a scope for lot of improvement in every sections.

Best place all facilities near by St stand on opposite petrol pump beside 2 min walking distance for market eatable available nearby 2-3 min walking distance for mosque and above all very good staff really loved staying.

Situated at very feasible location next to bus stop and taxi stand. Good Restaurants nearby. Rooms are neat and clean. Friendly staff.

How can we say, this is hotel? This is not enough to make a banner of hotel in front of house, it can not be hotel however. There is no manner of any staff how to behave, how to attend customer, Mr. Aftab is making us foolish. At the time of booking they all are talking with us politely. But after 02 hrs of booking they change their nature & demand us more money by any of bogas reason. What we should do? they take us benefit simply we can say as black mailing. We are helpless & we have to obey as they make us foolish. Hotel (house) has no any approach road. Our passenger are suffering to walk in rough road. We, are in a business of travels as name is JALPA TRAVELS. Bharuch. We got much bad experience from this hotel or house I don't know.

Freshly renovated rooms with A/c, clean, good-sized rooms. Easy access to local shops, restaurants and tourist destinations. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money.

Rooms have a single table fan. Very bad toilet and bathroom. In short a waste hotel. Will never visit this hotel again.
