Good for business traveller, reasonable price, I stayed in standard room costing 2000 with complementary breakfast and free wi fi.

Good experience of stay, supportive and helpful staff, simple and fast booking, tasty food, good views, nice location, fast service. Value for money, hotel is clean and provide u great hospitality. The hotel provide you almost every facilities from good room to dessert.

Good support from staff. The interior and toilet stuff are neat and clean. They do give complimentary breakfast. But it is from another hotel (same building) and there I didn't felt they are much cooperative. They the price of other food items are too high. Apart from food availability, the stay was nice.

Good Ambience of Restaurant, comfortable seating area, place is neat & clean. However, the food and service level leave a lot to be desired. Although the taste is okay (but not good enough too order any vegetables — only thing worth ordering repeatedly is dal), the portion sizes do not justify the exorbitant prices charged which are at par with Express-Inn. Very poor in terms of quantity They levy a compulsory 5%service charge as well, which is deemed as illegal by the high court as well. So much for abiding by the law. Would go there only if I have loads of spare cash in hand …

A very good place to stay very good food and very nice comfort healthy and happy and hygienic place there is also a gym but the only thing I didn't like that it has very less parking area which creates a little Trafic over the road and for 1 liter water bottle they cost 50 plus the service tax for 15 they cost 60 that's the only thing I hate. But it's a very good place to stay with your family and friends whenever you come here don't miss a chance to come hear.

This is a nice property. I will put it as Value for money. Location is not correct.

Couple of things. Cons 1. Hotel does NOT have 24 hour hot water facility. They have geyser installed and it works only in the morning. If u want to take a bath at night, they provide u a bucket of hot water. (lol) 2. Hotel does not have Cab facility even it's located at outside main city. And traveling from hotel to city is real pain at odd timings. They ask you to book OLA but it's service also unreliable in this area. 3. Not sure if it's ethical but they enter your room without informing you or asking you when you are outside. We were shocked to see soap, brush and other things inside the bathroom when we came back from event. Not sure if all hotel does this but this is unnecessary. 4. No mini fridge in the room. If you are used to drink cold (or chilled) water, you will be hugely disappointed. Pros 1. Staff and management seemed ok 2. Overall value for money (excluding hot water thing) 3. Rooms are better than most hotels. Hope it helps.

Clean rooms and surroundings. Food is Ok. Located right on the highway so convenient for a quick stop over.

Google says it's a 4 star hotel and I humbly disagree. It is not. In today's day and time, it strictly is good for an accommodation that costs around INR 2500 per night for a couple. The good aspects (PROS) — 1. Our room was clean and there wasn't any peculiar smell to the room or the hotel premises, which is a good thing 2. The bath and toilet areas were clean too 3. Room facilities such as the AC and electric kettle were working fine. Surprisingly, there was a ceiling fan provided which you generally do not expect to find if the air conditioning is good 4. The check-in and check-out was smooth 5. The hotel has a compact gym with equipment you'll expect to find and the machines were working fine The not so good aspects (CONS) — 1. Food: I think it's got to do with the Chef but the breakfast wasn't good. It seemed to have necessary elements but most of them were messy, oily items and certainly the preparations did not taste well. I have never tasted baked beans that are sweet as sugar 2. Service: Either the hotel is short-staffed or people aren't good at their jobs. Either way you feel that the service levels aren't up to the mark. For e. G. The restaurant staff weren't great at servicing the things requested. Also, they were delaying the orders placed. It is customary of the staff to ask guests for tea or coffee towards the end of breakfast. I don't think the staff here knows such a custom exists.

The food was too good n perfect ambience at Moti Mahal. It had perfect combination of live music n food.

Best suited for business persons, as located at entrance of city. All the industrial area are accessible from this location. 100% marks on cleaning and hospitality. And it's economic as compared to hotels nearby. Food is good with variety of options. Also offers liquor in its restaurant.

This is good hotel to stay for couple of days or as a stopover. Rooms are nicely maintained and staff is supportive. Has adjustent motimahal restaurant the food is good. The breakfast is ok However there is scope for improving breakfast quality.

The rooms are good enough and has excellent service and customer satisfaction policy. The food at the restaurant is also exceptional, but restaurant service could be faster.

I really desatisfied with quality of service by Hi5 hotel, for every small things it's needs to remind them 2-3 times. Staff don't having cusrtcy of communication. They never worried about guest delieghtness. House keeping persons come blindly in room to ask what an issue. Even after same thing we communicated earlier on phone. During billing time they required too much time, which really irritating. As per my experience. If anyone is really wanted to irritate yourself, make your mood off, then only you can select this hotel. I hope so you better understood. (So don't do mistake to select this hotel for staying) I realize only one good thing is food quality.

Was a great exp… nice room specially the bed and Matress which is see 1 for x. Staff was good and great Wi-Fi but always have the road view room. Bar is closed but food is great and Dal Bukahara I tasted for the 1 time thr was awesome … better than Ginger and others, Little outskirts frm city but great.

Good location, rooms are well-furnished, good beds, nice TV, good view from the windows. Good and nice friendly staff, this hotel has a Moti Mahal restaurant (yes the renowned Bandra hotel), non-veg food, especially Mughlai dishes are good. BUT they charge an extra 15% for serving in the room, it's ridiculous. Wi-Fi was really poor, the connection was getting lost several times, some technical problem they say. The complimentary breakfast was at the best barely above average.

Quite a lovely spread with beautiful ambience. I was quite surprised by their bold and delicious twist to even mundane dishes like triple schezwan rice, with a crossover of American chopsuey style sauce and crispy noodles along with a sumptous egg fried rice main base. Overall it was these small little things that added to the fun meal I had on a really rainy day. Loved it.!

Good hotel to stay. Rooms are decent. Good for travellers since it is located on the main highway. Food is not available after 11 pm. Even basic snacks like sandwiches are not available.

No parking, no facility, no open space, rude management, no toiletries, non working ac — starts only after complaining… nothing positive at all.

I think its OK hotel but has Nice rooms. Don't expect a 5star service but good to stay have limited food. All together had a nice stay.

One of The Fionest Hotel in Nashik at a Reasonable Tariff. It was a wnderful stay Fopod was very good. Serrvices were Excellent. Staff was very gentle and courteous.

Big name. Greater disappointment. Although the restaurant was almost empty, the service took hours. The staff seemed least interested in their jobs. My worst experience of eating out. Not expected from a name like Motion Mahal.
