Very dusty room… not cleaned properly and over prized food. Not at all recommendable.

Everything is awesome. Foos is amazingly delicious.

Nice and spacious hotel. Bar and restaurant service and quality not up to the mark.

The staff was not at all co-opearative. The reception staff has no manners as how to treat their guests. We were a group of 25 ppl and there were constant warnings from the reception staff that dont make noise and they had shut off the lights and AC while we were still sitting in the hotel. I would never recommend anyone to visit Byke suraj plaza, thane.

We had organized a surprise bdae party for my mother in law at the spice lounge with buffet food… awesome service n food… all our guests liked the food and ambience of the place. Value for money… surely recommended in future… helpfull staff to help the senior citizens grab various dishes… and serving on table. Overall nice experience… food quality and taste also awesome.

The rooms are spacious and the staff is very polite and helpful but there are some things that needs huge improvement if you are planning to stay for more than a week. 1 — shoe size 8 is my size and the room slippers do not fit. I asked for a bigger one and they dont have it. They just have one size. 2 — They have an in house spa, but if a guest (staying for 25-28 days) ask for a nail clipper/cutter they cannot arrange it for even half n hour. 3 — On asking if they have talcum/ face power they said a clear no. Not available. 4 — Ordering the food in room service is a real pain. It tastes good but they take like forever to serve it. Minimum time 40-45 mins in my exeperiences. Its been 10 days in the hotel so far and they keep surprising me with these small issues. If not resolved, I would perhaps look for another hotel for the last 10 days. Adding to the review, the new problem now is the huge amount of cockroaches that I see on dialy basis that are lying dead on the floor every morning.
Checking with staff they told me they had a pest control hence the cockroaches are now coming out. Not sure how clean their kitchen would be.
I strongly not recommend my colleagues to stay here.

I had been to this Hotel for a corporate visit and the place was quite good. Spacious rooms will basic amenities. The hotel is quite big having many rooms. The hotel staff is good as well. Although I loved the breakfast but dinner buffet can be improved. Along with that the place doesn’t has any recreational area for the guests. Apart from that Its a good place to be it.

I had been to the banquet hall of this hotel. The capacity of the banquet hall is sufficient to accommodate 50 guests. The ambiance is great. The food is tasty. You can ask them to play the music you want as per the occasion. The air conditioning is maintained in such a manner that the cooling is adequate. Appetizers and welcome drinks are served at the seats. However I have been informed that they do not make special arrangements for bride and groom's meal. However looking at the overall picture it is a good banquet hall.

Nice buffet. If you are planning to go in this month (September) then you will get additional anniversary discount. Great place & food.

It is a cent percent Vegetarian Restaurant with best buffet served with a lot of new variety of food varieties served and at affordable prices from a class restaurant which is neat and clean. There are very good banquets on first as well as second floor, which can accommodate atleast 700 persons. Besides that there's a separate room for serving food to the guests attending congregation, corporate meetings of sales and marketing teams, marriage parties, birthday parties etc. I can say with confidence that you can't find such a good Restaurant with ultra modern amenities on entire Godbunder Road and such a spacious Hotel with spacious rooms to Stay.

I’ve been visiting Byke Suraj Plaza every Month for past 9 Months and staying for a week or 3-4 days. The rooms are so good, very clean. It feels like 5 star. The food is so good but they don’t have much to offer in their menu. Just recently they have opened their club too. The best thing I love about this hotel is their rooms, it’s so good, the furnishing, cleanliness also the staff is very responsive. I have never thought of any other hotel whenever I’m visiting mumbai I just open MakeMyTrip and book Byke Suraj Plaza. No second thoughts.

I was in Byke Suraj Plaza for training. I traveled through rickshaw from thane station. The service was really good and staff was were very polite. Place was very good and clean as well as properly maintained.

I attended a Lions club meeting on 29th August 2018. Boardroom is with latest infra. Ambience is very nice. We had Special Thali Dinner which is @700/ — per person. Food quality is very good. So much item on plate, 5-6 sweet item.

Good Ambience… But some things need extra look into… Like the door of bathroom and washroom are of glass and covered with opaque stickers… But the sticker is torn in many places (room 3012) … These are basic sanity checks that were clearly missed…! Hence the drop in the rating…

The food served via room service was pathetic and very overpriced. Quantity and tatse were horrible. So I went out and had dinner. Also 2 small sized water bottles were available which were inadequate.

The breakfast is good and the rooms are quite big. The main problem is the service. It's quite slow and the orders don't normally come in the first time you order.

I had my engagement ceremony at the mint banquet hall and the place is really good with tasty food. The only flaw was that it wasn't cool enough and the guests did feel hot inside the hall. Non veg and liquor not allowed if you looking for any such options. All in all a 4 star rating it surely deserves!

We drove in after a 450 km drive. The buffet offering for dinner was large and varied. Food was good and price better. There is scope for improvement and professionalism. Try it out you will not be disappointed.

The Byke Suraj Plaza Hotel is situated on Ghodbandar road opposite famous Suraj Water Park. It was nice stay in the hotel. It has got lodging and boarding facilities. Corporate seminars, meetings and trainings are also conducted here. It is a multi-storey establishment. Cleanliness and food is also nice. Located in Thane, its about 32 km from the domestic airport. The rooms are clean and well furnished. The attached veg restaurant is good. They also have a good veg restaurant attached to the banquet hall.

The Byke Suraj Plaza Hotel is situated on Ghodbandar road opposite famous Suraj Water Park. It has got lodging and boarding facilities. Corporate seminars, meetings and trainings are also conducted here. It is also a favourite location for marriage ceremony and marriage receptions. It is a multi-storey establishment. An escalator is available to reach first floor. One central lift near the entrance porch and lifts on either side are available. However the lifts are insufficient for the guests. Cleanliness and food is good. The presentation arrangement for meetings and seminars needs improvement.

No Complaints against the room cleanliness and room size. BUT it is PURE VEG HOTEL! I mean seriously who maintains that for a hotel! Whatever the breakfast is also not good, and I don't get it whether they are running a hotel or school as the rules are so strict to follow here. Don't worry they make you to follow the rules. And if you fails they don't care, even after sometime you will also not care. Note: Yes you can't have your non veg meal in your hotel room also.

Aesthetic modern hotel with spacious lobbies, uber glass elevators, gorgeous rooms and delicious savory food. Well-trained, polite and efficient staff add to the appeal of The Byke. Easily reachable as it is situated on Thane-Ghodbunder Road.

It's a good place for conducting events and has a variety of service including vallet parking. The place has good food and space to conduct events. The room service is responsive and come to the aid immediately. The rooms are well built and clean before the next guest accommodate.

Superb place with very nice staff… Their 31st Dec… New year parties are superb for all the Vegetarians and family goers… They offer a platter of food options and a separate section for kids… Keep up the good work…

I'm business man traveling to mumbai always from Male to India, I have stayed in The Bike Thane, nice Hotel its budget hotel. 5 Star services Rooms very cleaned, well maintained & HK staff well trained excellent service. I would like to visit my stay.

Excellent hotel with good ambience, well mannered staff, prompt service and quality food. My 7 year son enjoyed the stay. I appreciate all the staff members to make my vacation pleasant.

A nice place to host a wedding. Has good space. But please don't book the inhouse caterers that Byke has. They don't serve good food. Trust me.

Organized a wedding there, everything went smoothly on the event side of things. Food was great, the rooms were small but comfortable, and the halls were spacious and clean. Would definitely like to book future events here again.

Dashed my car with wall, no escalator working from 1 month Very poor service. In wallet parking they dashed my car. When I asked within 1 hour I bring this to notice to them. But they completely ignore that and told they did not did this. One guy told me we will check CCTG footage of car coming to hotel and leaving from hotel. But no one is sharing the same with me. Also they changed sweet dish item from Dinner menu of our marriage function, without informing the same. Food was not good quality. Please visit such hotel at your risk… Actually this hotel should be rated as negative. Please be careful.

This property is about 3 plus years old. Better than most Thane hotels. Serves liquor but the bar closes by 11pm. Well everything closes by 11pm. Good ambience and rooms will appointed.

Went to attend family marriage reception. Good ambience, pleasant atmosphere, Neat and Clean property with vast lobby. Friendly staff. Tasty starters and mouthwatering delicious food.

The overall good quality was great but the management of food plates bowls etc was not up to the mark. The service was good also the food variety needs to be worked upon. Is worth for a one time visit.

Good place for marriages and other family functions. Hotel has complete amenities for such functions under one roof. Great experience.

We booked Byke Plaza for a day for our weddding guests in February. The hotel was full of other guests as they also organise wedding and other events. Despite being packed, the service quality was top notch. Everything was well organised and was arranged or altered at just one call. The food was also amazing. They are serious about the service they provide and are one of the best when it comes to hospitality.

It's a great place with awesome decor inside. The food served here is actually very good. It's quite value for money!

Good place connected to the main road also with ample of parking and a little bit less crowded area… the interior and feel is good food isn't also bad… place is good and also well connected … overall I loved the place.

A good hotel to stay. Good ambiance, tasty food and reasonable size rooms. However kitchen and room hygiene could be an issue of bit concern. A nice place for arranging wedding and marriage. Staff is quite supportive, the monopoly of decoration service is definitely a serious negative aspect from consumer point of view. The worst part of decoration service is cash transection.

The hotel is quite good, rooms not perfectly clean but acceptable if you stay not for too long. Bad Wi-Fi in my room at 6th floor. Had to go in the hall to use it.

The entrance is slightly odd yet welcoming. The rooms above are all around the four sides and each room holds an electronic lock. Elevators are sleek and good.   Staff is generally welcoming.   Looks like the house keeping is under staffed. It took them quite some time to come over and clean our room.   Occupancy is generally poor at this place. Most probably cause people have written bad reviews for the food here. I feel its was value for money and that people who served us were welcoming and courteous.   The layout of the room where we stayed was nice. Washroom amenities provided were enough for a couple's stay.   Overall, a good place to be if you find the rooms at around 3K. The hotel website usually comes up with deals better than ones found anywhere else, not even the desk provides us with good rates.   The hotel is worth a stay for couple of nights at the most.   No great scope, in and around the hotel, for recreation. Offcourse other than Suraj water park, which has its own accommodation facility.   Try it for business rather than leisure.

Place, food, staff everything is awesome. We had a very pleasant stay. Food is awesome, but its a purely veg restaurant. Its buffet breakfast is the most attractive thing that one can enjoy.

This was my first experience in the hotel and I must say I was not disappointed. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Very good buffet lunch was served. It was a special day as it was Mother's day and I wanted to treat my mom with some delicious food. To my delight, the food turned out to be awesome and it was Paisa vasool kinds as they offered special discount. Left me with no regrets as it is definitely value for money. A Must visit for vegetarians.

Avoid this hotel, if one wants to have worst stay experience pls prefer this hotel. Cons: 1) No lights in room, they come and fix it when you are staying in the room, and the staff is completely aware that the lights had some earthing problem, still they provide you such room. 2) Washroom leaks and the water comes on the other side of the room, for which they say we can apply silicone but it will stink for few hours, alternative solution was to place towels to prevent water flow. 3) Rooms are not well pest controlled, spiders, mosquitoes, insects to your welcome. Pros: 1) Purely vegetarian. 2) Banquet manager who was handling the restaurant is a fabulous person, and manages perfectly, Appreciate. 3) Tasty breakfast.

Though the first time. But was a really good experience… the warmth of the team really outstanding and the food was also pretty good and not pinching the pockets … looking forward to return back … just a suggestion they should have some more pure continental food in their menu …
