Hotel was excellent. Even though it's in renovation. The staff was so good right from the security check till the manager's. I'm in this hotel from more then 12 days and still extending for few more days. Hospitality was very good rooms are been cleaned every day. Toilets are good, morning breakfast is so excellent. Customer support team are always helpful to the guests. All together I recommend this hotel to everyone. Keep it up team Fortune. Great going. Photos in the web site are too good and to feel the experience please visit. You'll love it.

My stay was wonderful. Food taste as well. Building is not as expected. I think they are renovating it.

Location is good. But I did not find the rooms worth the price. Had to pay 6500 for a room in which the WI-FI was not working nor was the washroom locking.

I have only been to the banquet hall. It is good and spacious. Food is sumptuous… Washroom is tidy and clean. Good place to host ceremonies.

A normal 3 Star Hotel. Doesn't have a wide spread in breakfast. Also, rooms are not too big or luxury. Smoking and non smoking floors are not separate.

Went for a business meeting. Quite good place with equiped facilities and trained staff. Good cleanliness maintained. Food was quite good with variety.

It is a decent place, but the restaurant are not up to the mark. The ambience is good but the taste is average. Don't go for dinner here.

It was a nice place with good ambiance, lively staff, decorated beautifully with exiquist interior. Zodiac is a 24 hour restaurant with really excellent food quality and all also myriad of choices. You will love this place.

Nice hotel in Navi Mumbai. Recently attended a wedding and it was extremely comfortable. The food was good and it was well lit and arranged. The 24 hour restaurant, Zodiac had a good buffet and offers good options.

Banquet was good and ambiance is also good but food is worst very bad quality good not worth it and dey charge too much food is very bad.

This place is located at Palm Beach road, vashi. Navi Mumbai. Very good service hotel with neat and clean spacious rooms. Provides free breakfast with Booking. Restaurant here is known as zodiac. The food preparation is very authentic and good in taste. The buffet lunch has limited menu. The staff here is very polite. The hotel stay here is value for money.

I've been enjoying the hospitality of this hotel for several years now. Their food quality, customer service and location makes it a complete WIN!

Good rooms and decent place. Front desk gave smoking separate bed room even after corporate booking for non smoking king size bed. Had to wait for around half an hour to get a room. Front office associates are not very pleasant.

Service is very slow. Food is just average. There is a very wide selection of sweets/desserts. This is the only saving grace.

Loved the service and the morning breakfast buffet. I just wished there were more veg friendly and vegan options such as soy milk or veg croissants. Other than that simply spectacular. Loved every minute of it.

Could not locate reservation. Dirty carpet. Window curtains did not work. TV did not work. Water spilled over from standing shower. Breakfast food was okay. Service during breakfast was good. Laundry tag removal requires scissors, any attempt to remove by hand resulted in cloth damage. This was my first stay in a hotel by an ITC group and it was disappointing.

This property is a 5 star and is right in the centre of Vashi on palm beach road next to satra plaza landmark also close to Amar juice centre It’s a small hotel but ver convenient location and ample parking space for guests Very famous location for marriage functions It’s around 15 minutes to Vashi railway station Wonderful rooms and staff and service The food quality is amazing and very quick with good quantity Room have all facilities with buffet breakfast included and the swimming pool is on the 6 th floor.

It's a 4 star hotel of Fortune brand of ITC Hotels located in Navi Mumbai. It's a beautiful hotel with all amenities that a business traveler seek. Location is also very good close to the highway. The restaurant has buffet as well as A-la-Carte menu. Food quality is very good. Safety and security of this property is also very good.

Hotel has a decent structure and design, but the Service doesn't match the grandeur of the place. Some of the fitting in the room are not great, breakfast experience buffet is not good. But the structure and facade looks grand. (Only looks good but lacks substance)

Checked in and asked if I could extend my stay to two nights and was told that was fine. Cancelled my other booking but then in the evening was told it was not possible to extend my stay. Bed was rock hard. Food service as slow but food was good.

Nothing much to complain. But still there are areas for improvement like reducing the noise level of AC, temprature maintenance is bad, food is patheticfor the money paid etc…

Food was less in quantity compared to price. Quality of food was fine. Ambience was ok.

Has a huge Banquet Hall that can be split into 4 separate halls for smaller groups. Excellent service and good food. A little out of the way but overall a good choice for Business or Family functions.

The staff are really helpful. The hotel is in a proper location, it just needs a bit of more advertising so it can be located easily. The food is very nice the rooms are spacious. We had come for a business meet. The conference service was excellent.

Stayed for 1 years, had great stay, superb breakfast and fine dine. Awesome ambience inside and outside. Roof top swimming pool and more important staffs are very cooperative and friendly.

It's a 4 star category hotel. You can enjoy an excellent comfort level during your stay here. Restaurant decoration and quality & taste of food is brilliant. Staffs are very polite, well-trained and courteous. Overall ambiance of the hotel is of superior class.

My maasi from Germany stayed here. She was dissapointed in the service provided. For such brand of hotels this completely unacceptable. Kindly step up the standards so that guests from out far wont feel horrible.

A 5 star property owned by ITC group of hotels. This place is very good for stay or for any corporate events. The staff is very helpful here. This place is good for organising party or any other event as you can get your choice of menu, decorations and other arrangements. Is facilities all that you expect from a 5 star hotel.

A very Bad experience while our Stay at "Fortune select exotica" (Member of ITC hotels Group) 1. Irresponsible and ignorant Staff and management. 2. Food is unhygienic and stale. 2. Found piece of Glass at Breakfast upon complaining, staff apologized for the same. 3.2 days later again found a cockroach in food, head cook comes out with the duty manager, and shc=ocking thing is none of them are aware about the Glass piece incident. 4. Till date haven't received any reply to the Feedback form submitted. 5. Housekeeping department again fails on every node, the rooms were at mess and extremely dirty bedding. Suggest you never think of staying/ dining at Fortune Select Exotica, Sector 19D, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Average hotel, service could be better.

The hotel is located in an isolated area with nothing much around. Shopping areas around it is still under construction and looks like it will take some time. The food is just average with arrogant attitude of the staff at the restaurant-most of them. The staff at the reception are really pleasing and helpful and it is the only factor in this hotel that gives you a premium feel. The smart card access to the rooms are faulty and most of the guests had to call them up or go down to the reception to get it rectified at least one time a day. Room service takes exceptionally long time. The house keeping needs constant reminders.

I had a great experience at Fortune Exotica. Good value for the price of Rs 5200 incl tax.
