Have stayed here for more than 5 trips. Staff & Hospitality live up to the name. Rooms are really great especially the suite room. Also located near are few big malls making it an ideal choice. Food (Breakfast Buffet & Room Service) wasn't great last couple of time we were there, kindly do improve. Overall had a memorable experience!

We are planning a wedding reception here and are quite upset with the pathetic customer service. We have had to chase them a lot to finalize all the details that go into a wedding reception. For example: getting the menu, finalizing it with the chef, scheduling a food tasting, getting a list of empanelled decorators — we have always had to call them multiple times and constantly remind them to get back to us. They seem to care less after the contract is signed. In addition, they have a limited number of empanelled vendor, and they seem to all have a pretty high base minimum price. Hence, we get low quality decoration at exorbitant prices. We think the hotel might be getting some fees from them, making their services more expensive than necessary. Although the Westin markets themselves as a top wedding destination, they are quite unprofessional and irresponsible.

The food here is good but priced on the premium side like any other star restaurant. Quality wise there is no compromise. The lack of stars in the rating is only due to the high price. But overall the restaurant as well as the hotel rooms are very clean and tidy and top of the quality. They are second to none in any sort.

Great hotel. Spent a couple of nights here. Rooms are well designed and spacious with an open bathroom concept. The beds are extremely comfortable! Good selection during the morning breakfast buffet with a view of greenery. Also has a will equipped gym.

This hotel earns a 10+ Modern design combined with great location. This is not another generic hotel and that's what I loved about it. It is smart in every respect — attention to the details in the interior, ergonomic and quirky room design, self check in /out system. The room was cleaned and linens were changed regularly. Made me feel home.

Love to be in this place. Very nicely planned exteriors with many variety of plants abs trees to compliment the huge structure. Just like a mini forest. The interiors are also cool and attractive. Love the food here. Especially the starters and coolers (non alcoholic). The Mojito served here is awesome.

A fantastic and and a wonderful five star hotel. The service is super friendly, super efficient and the hotel staff is super hospitable too. The employees of this hotel chain are very responsive and helping in the case of any problems or issues their customers may face ever if at all.

I loved this place. The ambience was perfect. The staff greeted us when we entered and it felt nice. The rooms were well maintenaned and the view was superb. Even though the place is secluded I will visit again because it gives full value for money.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever worked in, the hotel is very tall providing unbeatable views of Mumbai. The staff are all great and the hotel’s room service will act in less than 20 minutes to provide the food. The hotel is very accessible and the lobby is grand. Different events have different themes and I could live in the hotel if I had to. The only advice was that with the pool slide, they should have a life guard because it could be very dangerous even if it’s 1 feet deep.

Nestled between tall trees the hotel has a fabulous green cover. Offers ample space within the compound for a leisurely morning walk or an evening jog. Lobby offers generous seating space for walk in visitors. Three fabulous restaurants and a bar can service all your food needs within the hotel. If you still want options a short walk to the Oberoi Mall offers a host of restaurant options besides a good shopping experience. The staff at the hotel are friendly and offer excellent service to in house guests.

Great property with spacious rooms considering its Mumbai. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety. Service is slow, be it room service, breakfast or pool area. I had requested a call back from there sales team at the reception for long term stay, but never got the call. Weird right?!

Excellent 5 star hotel with 3 separate restaurants. Authentic food prepared by renowned chefs. Excellent ambiance and quality. Overall costly but offers more than cost in all aspects. Very large rooms and well furnished for stay. Good swimming pool and spa at 4th floor. Location is easy to reach. Oberoi mall is at walking distance.

Very nice location. Spacious place. Restaurant food is delicious. Staff is polite and professional. You get a good view on either side of the building. Nice place for early morning business tea coffee meeting.

One of the best star rated hotels in Western suburbs of Mumbai. It is located close to the western express highway but still away from the hustle and bustle. The place is lush green with tall trees. You may get to see Great grey hornbills and Eagles nest from higher floors. There are offices in the south side of the hotel complex. Oberoi mall is just across the road. Great place to stay!

The hotel is very near yo the international airport as well as near to the mall business park which makes it comfortable for business class as well as family. Big rooms… With Big height foer… Banquet & ball rooms restaurant and cafe make the place lively. For liquor lover Bar and for Books lover Cross Road makes the remarkable mark in the mind…! Also the staff is very co-operative… Service you get is of real 5 star.

Posh place. Close to the airport (near 20 min drive at a time with less traffic), and with easy access to Mumbai from Goregaon. Rooms have a classic look ideal for couples, businessmen, and foreigners on vacation. Has the usual 4-5 star hotel amenities. Spacious rooms and bathroom. It has great views with wide floor to ceiling windows, and a wood area below. The bathroom, WC and shower stall share common viewing area with the wash area. There is also a Jacuzzi or bath tub available for leisure.

Very nice place to spend time. The staff is friendly and courteous. Food at Seasonal tastes is mostly good in taste, barring some items. Desserts are good. The temperature of the floor in the afternoon is high to be seated near the glass area.

We have a membership with Westin and we used our stay there with an upgrade for a small fee. I love the pool, it's big enough and quiet and surrounded by green. The cocktail hour was nice, 4 alcohol options and a bunch of small eats which filled us up. We are fond of Seasonal Tastes so our Saturday lunch there was great with its variety. We also like the food at Prego.

One of the best business hotels I've visited so far! Very friendly staff and rooms are beyond expectations! Restaurants in the hotel are all high end and it's hard to order anything and not liking it. Extremely quite inside no matter how bad the traffic is outside.

Modern, big clean guest room. Beautiful pool and well equipped gym /fitness centre. Located next to a shopping mall. In room dining and the buffet is good. Friendly helpful staffs. The only thing I can pick on was that's only 3 elevators that the hotel guests can use to access the rooms. Slightly longer waiting time for the elevator.

Nice luxury hotel. Very good food and amazing staff. Perhaps the best among Mumbai's western suburb hotels. But be ready to take a serious dent on your wallet. Worth a try.

It is located near Oberoi Mall Goregaon East. It looked grand and the ambience was equally breathtaking. Prompt assistance and hassle free experience. View from room is also very scenic. Room service was good. Being a five star hotel rates are equally on higher side. Room was spacious, well lit and proper table was there for any work.

By far the best luxury Hotel I've been to as the service was awesome and the staff made us feel totally comfortable. The menu was vast and delicious. We had the time of our lives. Highly recommended for everyone!

The Westin Mumbai was used on a 4 day business trip and the service was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Beds are amazing. Haven't slept so well in a hotel for a long time. Breakfast buffet has many local choices and a good selection of juices and fruit. Selection of European cold cuts and cheese's was not so much and the regular coffee tastes quite awfull. Overall very good hotel.

Huge and spacious luxurious hotel but there was a strong sewage stench at the doorways of the hotel once I stepped out of the transport. It was seriously off putting but the hotel itself was fine.

This is one place I enjoy staying g at. Rooms are modern. Food selection great. Views are also nice. The location is a little far from the center of the city. The service level here is also 5 star.

The hospitality is top notch. Accessible to many parts of the town. And also has a mall right next door. Do not think twice to be at this place.

Located near to airport and there is a shopping complex which is just next to the hotel. And the staff, is always there to assist whatever, whenever you need. I have stayed in this hotel for the pass few years, and they never fail to impress me!

The Westin hotel is good There is an Italian restaurant on the ground floor The food that belongs to the Italian restaraunt taste's awesome And buffet system on 18 floor consist of continental dishes which also taste's nice We also enjoyed Indian food on same floor With marvellous highway view.

Never a single issue in the half dozen stays I've had here. Friendly staff, ample rooms, modern and spotless. Dining is well worth staying in as well.

A Beautiful Landmark of Goregaon.

Stayed for a night at the Westin last year — we were spoilt by the Suite that we stayed in — spacious and confortable. However, I will break my review into the positives and negatives. The positives — Many people may think the location is bad, but this is the most accessible hotel in that part of Mumbai, and the views from the aarey colony facing windows are stunning. — Very good check-in — sure the time spent waiting for the elevators could be slightly long, but merely a small blemish — The rooms are good. I have stayed in a basic room before — stayed in the suite this time — and both were very very good. Compared to some of the older hotels, this newer rooms were a good change. — The food is good… the spread in the buffet is decent — If you are chilling here, should visit Prego, the restaurant/bar on the ground floor — when quiet, its a beautiful place to spend a couple of hours. — Decent facilities in the gym/health club. Though they could have done with a jacuzzi as well. But the whirlpool bath makes up for it, more so in Mumbai because the water is not to chilled normally. The negatives — The time spent waiting for the elevator could be testing for some, as I read in some of the reviews — however, we didnt mind it too much — Yes, they could do with a Jacuzzi… it would have been a good touch. All in all, had a lovely time at Westin. And would go there again for a weekend for sure.

What a hotel. Huge reception area with unbelievably friendly staff. The rooms are amazing, large and extremely comfortable. The restaurant floor has a few choices and you'll be well looked after. Breakfast is also great with many many options. If you're here for business ask the restaurant to make you a take away lunch. Much better than being stuck in an office Park with nothing to eat.
