Clean rooms, good staff, comfortable stay. Not luxurious though.

We had our aunt's anniversary party, a small family function. They have a decent size Hall. Food served was great, both veg as well as non veg, I personally liked d starters. Main course wasn't great. In sweets dey had fruit custard and moong halwa, both delicious.

Nice place, central location, courteous staff, value for money.

Decent hotel. Don't expect too much. Rooms are decent and so is the buffet breakfast.

Rooms are not well maintained. Location and restaurant is good. One of the few hotel in the area at affordable rates.

Had my overnight stay at Roa Hotel. Its a spacious hotel with decent amenities. The hotel is quite on the main road providing easy access.

Flawa at the Roa Hotel is a restaurant that keeps innovating with its food and these innovative serves come with interesting themes to them. The Mango freak shake at Flawa is not to be missed. They also have this really huge Slayer sandwich that you could take up a dare to finish. They are a stop you should take in ghatkopar.

A very neatly done corporate boutique hotel with spacious cozy rooms & a fabulous restaurant names FLAVA with brilliant food that tastes good in a consistency fashion. Love being here.

Expensive and generator also not switched on when there is any power outage. Food not at all tasty.

Excellent hotel for business travelers. Located centrally on an arterial road. Staff has been very cooperative and helpful. Rooms are large, well maintained and perfectly clean. Service is prompt and delivered with a smile. The food is delicious and service is fast. Room service demanded at 2am was delivered in minutes. Highly recommended.

Never book this hotel. This was a 3 star hotel which has turned into a couple friendly lodge and will never allow your visitors to even enter the hotel for a bit and blames their customers for prostitution and chucks people out by 12pm in the afternoon sharp. No co-operation + a shady place. Never coming back again yuck! cheapos.

Decent hotel for an official trip. Quality of beds could have been better. Issue of mosquitoes in room; otherwise, everything else was ok. Breakfast and customer service was good!

Comfortable, friendly-staff, good food, 24 hours coffee shop and food service, good toiletries, and complimentary breakfast. Special appreciations for the chef! Feels like this hotel was meant to be a classy one but is not maintained as one.

The rooms here are okay (Good if you get at a low price). Better hotels available nearby. Breakfast is good. But other services are not upto the mark.

Not a place I would recommend you to go. Bedsheets were not clean, rooms are very expensive at the same rate you will get in holiday inn or some other decent hotel. Rooms were not at all cleaned and were stinking as well.

The hotel location was near to Ghatkopar metro and railway station, hotel staff are nice and friendly hiwever rooms are not well lighted. Bed provided in room is not very comfortable. If u want to enjoy sun and open your window, the only thing you will see is a neighborhood society.

The staff, the food, the hospitality, the service all are justified for the price, only concern was the location. Not that it is located in slums but it's not the most beautiful places in mumbai. Otherwise really happy with the service.

It is good hotel to stay … good services as well. There are so many rooms. And very confortable… I like the place and environment around the hotel as well… it is on lbs marg in ghatkopar west… and nearer to metro and railway station.

One of the best in budget hotels, the service here is amazing, and specially the food, They serve some delicious food I must admit. My entire stay was really enjoyable. Only concern for me was the location, it's not entirely bad or anything but a better neighborhood with better resources would have been really cool. Looking forward to stay here again.

Stayed there for a business meeting, love the service, location and ambience. The rooms were clean and with all the basic amenities. Service was really good. Food was delicious as well. Would recommend.

Its a OK budgetary hotel in accordance to Mumbai, with very less car parking space, and less service staffs nice rooms small bathroom over all its a OK type deal not bad.

It is located on the main road on LBS marg. Thats it. The liking ends there. The room was musty. The paint on the wall was peeling off. Horrendous. I dont know how it evwn qualifies for a 5 sstar. Breakfast is very limited just like a 2500 rs a night hotel. I wonder what for they charge so much. We ordered onone vegetraian dish of palak paneer one curd and 4 rotis and the bill was rs 700! Truely 5 star rates but poor presentation and room quality.

Very bad experience. Bad service, staff tried to cheat us several times.
