Nice small hotel lobby is good. Rooms are small but neat and tidy. No special views but street is very silent no noise. Staff is nice.

Good hotel for an overnight stay, nothing too extraordinary, clean rooms according to bombay standards can be a bit better interior wise. 8/10 for service 5/10 for food Overall a 7/10. Can be used for business or overnight purpose.

The people were great but make a horrible first impression, decent room, really comfy bed, the toilets are clean, the staff is polite and the food is cheap and good. Other than that it's location works too it's advantage, being walking distance from 2 malls and the T-Series studio.

The 5 stars are for the courteous staff, a safe and cozy room, excellent food and location. There's nothing 5 star about the hotel. It's old but warm and cozy. It's value for money. Clean sheets, towels, tv, newspaper… can't ask for more. I was there with my son and I have no complaints. Just across the lane is Infinity mall, at walking distance. Ask for Mr. Junaid or Mr. Vipin. They are very helpful.

I asked the night shift reception manager for a charger for just an hour as I had lost mine. He didn't even try to ask any of the workers and just said everyone of us have full charged phones and don't have any charger. He didn't give me the multi pin charger on the reception table when I asked for it, saying that people don't give it back and we need it for any customer's emergency. What an irony. When I insisted more he got rude and impatient, so much so that I had to calm him down and say that never mind I'll just leave my phone here to charge. What happened after this was hilarious. As I was leaving for my room, I saw a samsung charger plugged in the wall. It was a bell boy's. So I had to request him personally and he was kind enough to lend it to me for some time.

Awesome, nice place to stay in andheri west, mumbai. Well staff in the hotel, nice management. Giving 5 stars.

In the busiest road of new link road, somewhat a silence place to reside. Just opposite lane to Citi mall.

The place seemed great on make my trip. However our rooms were tiny and the bathroom was even more tiny. The food was average and the location too. Far from any proper mall. However the staff were very courteous and helpful.

First off, the location is very nice. Service is really good. Rooms are really nice. Overall it is a good place for overnight guests and for event professionals.

Clean and we'll maintained rooms at reasonable price. Quick service and helpful staff. Location is also ideal, close enough to infinity and city mall, will lots of good eating options and pubs within walking distance. Only complaint was rooms are small.

For economical budget people not for corporate people.

Situated at prime location, gives you complete access to the night life around. Except for the ambience of the place, it is a good place to be at.

Hotel looks like old one but it's still cozy. Food is good here. Ithink they have karaoke once in week.

The hotel is tucked at the end of the road opposite CitiMall. You pass other restaurants like Independent Brewing, Mamagoto, the little blue door. The restaurants is nestled at the back more like al fresco fenced by bamboo sticks. The restaurant is great as a discrete getaway from the hustle of linking road for a few tipples and finger foods / "chakna" food items. The staff is friendly and they also evening Karaoke especially on Thursday.

The worst hotel, how they have graded it as 3 star GOK. Please try other hotels even if they are far.
