Nice Hotels for visa purpose. Nearest to US Visa Consulate.

Pathetic hotel, unhygienic and congested room. Don't even deserve 1*. No Toiletry was provided, Poor locality somehow spent night for the interview at U. S consulate. Please don't book the hotel looking at the pictures uploaded on their website. Elephant has two set of teeth-one to show off and the other to chew with. Worst experience of hotel stay so far. Just go through the review provided by their guests before any booking. We made a mistake so alerting you. Thanks.

Cons : Congested rooms, Very Bad food, Less hygienic, Bad location/area. Pros: Proximity to Consulate and Trade center, average courteous staff.

Tiny clean room, tiny bed, no windows but best for poor budget people's like us… only three star because there is no fire escape safety, no electricity safety in washroom.

If there would have been something as half star I would have given that. After whole day of travelling we checked into the hotel only to know that the fan of the room was not working even when we had booked in advance and informed at the reception over phone. AC was not placed near the bed and we can feel the cold air only while we stand in front of it so it was difficult to manage without fan. I requested the staff to change the room or repair the fan. He did not change the room saying the other rooms are not available, he did call someone to repair the fan who definitely was not an expert in it after insisting thrice. After waiting 1 hour the fan started working but not the regulator so the fan was running at its full speed making it useless again. Now regarding the service which makes it yet more pathetic. The hotel promises complimentary breakfast but you will have to beg them for it. They don't have their own restaurant and bring it somewhere from outside so even for a cup of tea you will have to wait for an hour. There was no service phone in the room and for each and every requirement we had to go to the reception. There was no network inside the room and it was full of mosquitoes and the only thing we got without asking was an all out machine. The blanket was dirty, the flush of the bathroom was not working properly. The receptionist was definitely unsophisticated.

Pros: its very near to Mumbai VAC and US consulate. Cons: 1. Rooms are too small. 2. Lots of mosquitos in room and washroom. 3. Rats in roof's fall ceiling will keep on digging whole night and there are some wholes in where you can see rat as well. 4. No food available in hotel. 5. The only thing you can order is tea and its too is pathetic. 6. No breakfast provided even if its included while booking hotel. 7. This place is exactly in the center of slum area.

Superb rooms… Wonderful staffs… Easily accessible, Good service… Neat and clean rooms. Owner and staff are very friendly to customer. And ready to help customer in any situation.

Rooms are smaller than what you see in sites but charges are high. Room is clean and staff is also good. Slum area is nearby.

Room size was small. Quality of room was also average. But only good thing is that it's near to US consulate. Over all worst locality.

Its a transit hotel. Those who are looking for cheap stay near BKC, can opt. Location accessibility is good. Ambience is poor.

The hotel policy does not allow Unmarried Couples (even from outside Maharashtra) so take care of that before checking in. The owner cooperated with us as I had an exam the next morning and allowed us to stay. They behaviour of staff overall was not upto the mark. I asked them for breakfast half and hour before the usual breakfast time and they straight forward denied. The rooms are bit small but it's Mumbai so it is justified. Overall feel of the rooms is good and cozy. Just that you can hear the noise the neighboring room is making thought the walls.

It's a good hotel to stay in cheap … nearby bkc and airport. No restaurant.

Location is bad. But hotel is near to the US consulate. Everyone living in the hotel will be there for visa. Rooms are very small and smelly. Lunch and dinner are not available at the hotel. They can be ordered from a nearby restaurant.

Bad location, bad staff and even worse behaviour from the owner, rooms are damn small.

Best rooms and service and also comfortable in price-money… best hotel near us consulate visa office.

Nice to stay for a day or two.

Very close to the US Consulate and VAC. About a 10 min car ride away. Hotel is run well. Rooms are a bit small but fairly comfortable. Request them for Wi-Fi passwords and to turn on the geyser before you bathe.

Best in cleanliness, hotel staff helpful. Quite near for visa applying people. And also best for budget people.

It's a new Hotel also you can say a budget hotel the room's are Small but it's occupied with all the amenities. The hotel staff is very cooperative and decent they make you feel like home and the food quality is awesome I would definitely recommend to experience the courtesy level of staff ; appreciate it and would love to come again.

Good Service, But Bad Location and usually too much traffic just outside the entrance.
