Clean and neat rooms. Service is excellent. But lots of renovation works going on. Room smell was not good and noisy. Bathroom fittings were broken and not working. Located near airport but far from tourist spots. Breakfast buffet was good. Had lots of South Indian options. Overall a good stay. Early check in was provided.

Superb hotel… great menu range for breakfast lunch and dinner. Rooms are cosy. Bathrooms super hygienic. Only downside was rooms had no balcony.

Everything is good in this property, be it breakfast, dinner, room cleanliness, washrooms etc. Staff are very well behaved. Location is prime, all transport hubs are within your reach. Many other facilities are available just in a call.

Hotel wa under renovation. They had given room from old quarter, which was quite old. While checking in I had clearly said I will be doing a early check out before 7am and I need a take away breakfast. Which hotel manager and receptionist agreed. But while checking out in the morning restaurant team denied take away option. Since this hotel is near aiport most of the cases there will early check which hotel should consider and give take away option as a standard which is common in most of airport hotels.

Location — it's in Andheri East Marol very good area, all everyday necessary things are available like super market, laundry etc. Ambience — hotel's restaurant ambience is very good but rooms ambience is not so good. There is executive category rooms, for which ambience is good. Service — room service and staff is very good and co-operative 24 hours room service Available. But service is very late for tea we need to wait for 30 min. Price — hotel's room price is very costly and restaurant is very costly. In this rate you can get better 4 star hotel.

Awesome experience of food. We go there for a meeting. Conference room is not so good but although if you want dinner in variety you'll get.

Rooms are clean but room service is very poor. Every time we ordered for took took pretty long time than promised delivery time. One day the restaurant boy even forgot to place order in kitchen. On charging, he denied that no order is placed. They are not ready to accept the mistake.

We stayed for a brief 6 hours. Pleasantly surprised to see young enthusiastic staff with a smile in their faces. Very helpful. Since it is an airport hotel with short stays it was nice of hotel to include either dinner or breakfast as complimentary. The Restaurant was serving many unique items of local flavour and seems to be a hit amongst the local population. Room was spacious and bathroom neat. Altogether very much satisfied.

Nice rooms, beds were great! Food was a lil expensive tho. Also they gave me a free upgrade to a business class room.

Yes a good budget hotel. Very polite and welcome host they are, spacious rooms at a very affordable price. Food not that gr8, ok types. Visibility and identification is very easy. Connectivity and transport — well connected. Path way looks gloomy and dull — economy class : — ( Overall 3 star rating!

Stayed here for one day, the rooms are big and well maintained. Front end staff is very polite and had a smooth check in and check out. Surely will recommend dis place to my friends and collegues…

If you are looking for a budget hotel with clean, spacious and decent rooms, this so the place to be. I haven't had the food here so cannot comment on that. But from a hygiene perspective and friendliness of the staff I definitely recommend this for a comfortable stay without burning holes in your pocket.

Decent hotel in their category. Really spacious rooms and decent foods. Supportive staff with round the clock service. However 2-3 times the approach road through which taxi guys takes the traveler to this hotel is not that great and give lower side idea about the hotel surroundings. Excellent Hotel with clutterfree neighbourhood. Good to go for morning walks. Lovely breakfast and kind people at the reception and restaurant. Good food nice spreads. Enjoyed overall stay it's a key to happiness in Shirdi. Good luck Keys.

Maintains the standard of keys hotel network, in-terms if service. The staff is quite polite and responsive. The breakfast spread is not the oat luxurious, but quite adequate and the food is very good. However, it seems that they have taken up an old property and hence the rooms can do with an a lot of improvement in interiors. However, to the credit of the hotel management team, it’s quite clean and efficient.

Cozy, comfy, the staff is kind and helpful. Restaurant is really good. One shall really try the Buffet breakfast. Rooms are neat and clean.

Best place to stay in Andheri mumbai. Staff of the hotel are awesome people. Have good rooms. Located in best location airport, metro, railway all are in easy to reach. I have stayed in this hotel for more than 6 month. Must stay hotel if you are planning to stay in Andheri mumbai.

The ambience is great and the place is ideally located. I'd gone here for dinner and the buffet was reasonable as well as tasty. They had a lot of variety in their buffet. Haven't tried staying here yet but hope to one day :)

A good hotel with good staff. The hotel has an excellent location with good connectivity and decent services. Key highlight is the morning breakfast buffet — Excellent and fulfilling. The only let down is the room, sizes are more than enough but the interiors are a wee bit let down. An OK hotel if you are looking for sleeping and moving off with a Nice breakfast.

Good hotel price wise. Food is below average for south indians taste. Better prefer outside hotels except complementary breakfast. Building looked old with renovation.

One of the worst hotels I may say in terms of service and food. The rooms are nice they have to different types of room. One is a studio type and the other is a normal hotel room. Rooms are clean and nice and spacious. But when it comes too food its not so great as hair has been found in it several time and the choice of menu is not good at all. But at the end of the day if ur here just to sleep then it's a nice ambience.

An Apartment converted to a hotel, I feel. The rooms are average and highly priced. The approach road is in very bad shape.

Good place far from crowded mumbai.

Kind of run down. Not really like a keys hotel. Not more than 20 mins from the airport so thats a plus. They dont serve alcohol in rooms.

Loved the experience and the co-operating staff. The room was provided to us an hour before check-in and the condition of the room was well maintained and with a comfortable setting of beds and bathroom. The buffet food was good in quality and had a large variety. Will definitely recommend visiting the place.

Stay was good. Service levels need to improve compared to the other Keys hotels.

I checked out from Kohinoor hotel and checked in here for a day… it took me 10 min to find a hotel inspite I passed I front of it 5 times. No Valet parking, park yourself in a stinking parking… They upgraded me from standard to premium, but it more seems like they down graded me… room has a strong smell… totally a sad hotel. Not worth at all.

Amazingly simple, doesn't even attempt to overwhelm you, yet courteous and caring about things that matter for a business traveler, including food, comfort, a good night's sleep and other small things that make your stay a pleasant one. This is applicable for everyone I interacted with right from the front desk staff to, the restaurant waiter to the bellboy, to the room attendant. Recommended for business travelers and all of this at a very reasonable hole in your pocket.

Its a niche place to stay and value for money.

I came to know about Keys hotel when I was looking for a good place to stay around Marol (Mumbai). Frankly, I was not aware of the brand name but when I checked in I was surprised by the quality of service these guys had — from clean spacious rooms to the people working there — everything was good. I would recommend this to anybody who's looking for a hotel in the same vicinity.
