The property is excellent. We got an upgrade to the suite and the kids loved it. I had mentioned to the staff that my wife's birthday just went and this was a surprise for her. They did an excellent welcome and surprise for her. She was overwhelmed and loved it. The view from the 17th floor refuge area, is great. It looks over the airport and we can see the plane landings. The kids were very excited and did not want to leave the place. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would like to thank the hotel staff for all they support and service. Nice.

Very good hotel with all the facilities and amenities. The staff his very eager to serve you. Very spacious, neat and clean maintained rooms with all basic needs. Bathroom designing and facilities are very good. Breakfast is excellent. Great taste and number of options available to all kind of people.

We had been there for the family get together which was part of the Associate Appreciation Week. There was fun, food and games. We have also been there earlier for a buffet dinner. The ambience of JW Cafe was very nice. There were a variety of cuisines at our disposal from European to Asian & Indian of course. I'd say the taste was good but we have also eaten equally good or even better elsewhere, in 3 star hotels. The property is well kept and very close to the Sahar Airport. So, its a good place for business travellers.

Super modern and fancy hotel right next to the airport of Mumbai. The rooms are big (we had a suite) and equipped with modern and convenient furniture. The room was very clean. The service was very good and all was explained to us very well. Especially the breakfast was amazing as it provides a huge range of foods and drinks and we really enjoyed it a lot — we only left because the breakfast was closed at 11am (Saturday), otherwise we would have stayed further and eat all day. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

I went there for a conference and had a look around hotel. It was nice being there. Hotel staff is really helpful. There are nice views from refugee area. Interior is wonderful. Swimming pool area is accessible only for residents but it is worth.

It was awesome experience at this place. I went there on anniversary. They have huge spread of food in buffet. Waiters are too humble and will give you time and listens to your request. Service would be one of the best at JW The best part is. They arranged cake on anniversary which was great surprise. That one thing just made our day. I love this place and will visit again I recommend everyone to visit JW.

JW Marriott — the name has it all. One of the top 5-star, plush & luxurious hotels in Mumbai. We had an official annual meet that is celebrated as a annual collaboration party. It was indeed a great night at this place. The architectural design, the interiors and everything beyond that is simply sumptuous. Few of the photos I've uploaded is from the event area, lobby and the main entrance.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Stayed here twice last week for the first time. This is a truly outstanding hotel, new, clean and with attentive staff. What stood out to me the most was the attention to detail in the rooms and corridors. In most Indian hotels the are flaws left over from from construction, but this hotel was perfect — as good as any hotel in Europe or the USA. The deeply carpeted corridors are very quiet, and the rooms well equipped and clean. Close to the airport, shame there is no walkway as it takes a surprising amount of time to get there through the heavy traffic. Highly recommended.

Buffets are very nice. Many varieties and all delicious. As far as coffee goes, place is quite spacious. Staff is extremely professional. Coffee too is something just what you need at end of the tiresome day. All good.

One of the beat place to stay and be at, if you are seeking best hospitality experience in the town. Also a very nice place to host business conference or commercial event as their ballrooms are well equipped. The only down side is if you wish to park your car on your own then you might have to walk a mile (200 meters) to reach at the main gate.

Amazing hotel. Accommodates a lot of guests so the food quality and options follow that. Staff are generally attentive and helpful. Only concerns was around housekeeping where I felt like they wanted to reuse many things like old towels from previous guests to my stay, which I felt was a bit too far in green and energy saving… You can also hear guests in the other room so not so great if you have a noisy neighbour like I did during my stay.

The place is right next to the international Airport and as expected this is an elegant place which are in sync with the quality standards. The place is huge and has a wide range of amenities to offer to the guests. Buffet breakfast is good with a wide variety of options. The only thing that can improve is the service which needs to be more courteous.

The hotel itself is perfectly situated near the airport and easy to access from other parts of Mumbai. The service I received here was second to none, the employees go out of their way to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. The amenities including the rooms themselves are beautiful.

Location is close to the international airport. It has all makings of averting that you expect from JW Marriott property. The buffet at the JW Marriott has wide range of food being served. The quality of the food being served is high and the service is good. Romano's is the Italian restaurant. I had visited the restaurant about the time it had just opened last year and found the food to be very average from the perspective of taste, quantity and presentation. Events: Have attended 2 and both were very efficiently managed. The food though, I believe could have been better specially when I conpare it with what is served at the J W Cafe.

The property is huge and is very lavishly furnished, as is expected from a 5 star hotel. The hospitality is right up there with the best and the food is just simply superb. I have had food at JW Cafe and it was amazing. Tons of options available for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike, which is not so common. Japanese, Thai, Continental, Indian, Mediterranean, Salads and the best of all a big spread of desserts. The only word of caution is that it isn't the easiest of all places to find a way to, even though you can see it from far once you're at the IA Sahar road, the entrance is kind of hidden behind the flyover, but that's just a one time thing, once you've cracked that then it is all easy.

Cannot give more than 5, ratinga are innumerable. What I witnessed there was out of the ordinary. Sheer grandeur and magnanimity. Pool side has a view to die for. Delicious food, even delicious sweets and desserts.

The place is exquisite. Had gone there for a seminar and the ambience was amazing. The staff if extremely well mannered. The place is well maintained. The experience was amazing.

Great stay at the Mumbai Marriott. The staff look after you and the downstairs bar is great for casual drinks and snacks. The gym is well equipped too and open 24 7, making it useful if you're in between time zones.

This is one of the most upscale hotels ever visited. The service and operation of the hotel is way ahead. Great place for stay, meetings and business work. Just about some meter away from terminal. If you wish to have a great stay experience than JWM Sahar is the place.

Visited their Romano's Italian restaurant for birthday party. Everything is so perfect, right from entrance, security setup, welcome reception lobby and their very highly professional staff always available for their prompt services. The hotel has amazing restaurants and rooms. Ambiance is truly magnificent and offers royal treatment to everyone.

Always friendly, cheerful, great service by all staff I've encountered on various stays at the Marriott Sahar. Their rooms are also very spacious and nice. I also love the wide selection of continental (there's always fresh croissants and a variety of cheeses — yum! ) … as well as made to order South Indian foods at breakfast.

Beautiful luxury hotel very close to airport. Nice buffet and alacarte restaurant (JW Cafe). Rooms are big, bright and modern. Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are massive with a great soakimg tub and large shower. Nice touch with the universal electrical outlets which means no adapter needed. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing service! The sign in the elevator says "hospitality orchestrated at it's best", but that is a serious understatement. The employees are extremely hospitalitable and accommodating in every way. They pay attention to every little detail and happily step in to help every opportunity they get. We are in the middle of our 3 week stay with our two young kids. The staff is extremely helpful in distracting them during tantrums in order to allow my wife and I to have a peaceful meal.

Warm welcome and wonderful hospitality from every staff. The room was clean and spacious. Even there are variety of food for buffet in JW Cafe and the environment around the swimming pool was so peaceful that I spent hours enjoying with my daughter.

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and I like how everything was setup. The food at Romano's and JW Cafe were absolutely delicious. Also had a massage at their spa and I loved it — the pressure was just right and the bed was heated.

The hotel is built really nice and in close proximity of the airport. A perfect place for the travelling audience or when you want to get all together for a out station flight. The facility is nice and lives to the five star standards.

It was a fantastic experience staying here, they do have a concierge lounge and also provided a pack 'n play crib for the baby upon request. We booked through the elite reservations site and hence could avail a late checkout as well. Staff is very courteous, hospitality is on par with other J. W. Marriott (s) around the world.

A really good Hotel. Near to the airport, the service is incredible. They really make you feel they care. The hotel is grand and the breakfast has a big variety to choose from.

Excellent hotel. New, clean, great service. The pool is nice, the gym is well equipped and even has classes available. The food is above average. Possibly my only complaint is the internet in the room is somewhat poor in bandwidth, although at least reliable.

Hotel is too good, very close to airport. Staff was very good. Excellent security. Even the dinner was very good. But they missed the fact that no one would be able to enjoy this meal if they don't get to sit or have standing table. One the second day it was horrible as seats were literally in open air under direct sun. Although still. Insufficient seating same as first day.

I'm traveling to Mumbai at list 1-2 times a year and it was my first time staying in JW. Nice New hotel. Very close to International airport. I didn't find too many restaurants choice. I think this is a only shortcoming I found. But since I'm traveling for business, it's not a big problem for me. People are nice and helping. Rooms are good size, nice and clean. I'm checking out tomorrow and I hopping I won't have bad surprises. Overall good experience.

I recently organized my team dinner for about 60 people and this place really stood beyond our expectation. The lavish buffet along with elegant ambiance that's what can be described in one sentence about this place. They have diverse buffet options and almost everyone within my team loved what that had on their plate. Going for ambiance, this place is well decorated and provides a calm and soothing environment. The Service was great and the management was also very helpful. Looking forward for more visits.

If you ok with the area (near the airport) so this is the best option for you! I'll not explain about the room, in this class hotels it's always wonderful, but I'd like to compliment hotels excellent restaurant, very nice pool, big and professional gym, the stuff and especially the concierge, Vijay, who will do above and beyond to satisfy you. Of course not the cheapest option, but best value for money you can get!

: Right outside new Mumbai International Airport Property : New, Plush and sparkling hotel with all modern amenities like outdoor pool, spa, 24 hours cafe, multi-cuisine restaurant, etc. I was staying overnight only, so a basic room was booked :). However, the room has a nice view of a hill near by and metro running beside it. The sleep quality was good as the room was quite "sound proof". The washroom is part of the room itself (almost), The toiletries in the washroom are of premium and herbal nature. Food : Went to the restaurant on ground floor — "Cafe" I think. It had a very good spread of options on buffet like, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican and North Indian. Quite a lot for one dinner. Airport transfers : Transfer to and from airport was arranged by hotel with Mercedes :) Highly recommended for Mumbai :)

If you are in Pune. Stay here. It's really that simple. By far the best hotel in the city. Amazing staff, fantastic rooms. Tip: stay on the executive floor (pay a bit more). The drinks are FREE from 5 to 9pm. Along with enough food to count as dinner. The front desk staff are amazing — will do anything for you. I cannot recommend this hotel any more highly.

Give quality that's the BEST form of advertising And the place lives up to it. Been here for the third time now. I have to be precise reasons self explanatory firstly it is JW and secondly I know the bomb I spent. Jokes apart I have been here for office parties and a dinner and it's been good. The staff, The food, The ambience are customer centered. What more can you ask for uh! I given them five stars however still two short of 7!

As it is just besides the CST Mumbai airport it will be easily accessible. I went with my brother for his interview as he was new to mumbai. So just when I entered the hotel just one word came to my mind "AWESOME". Even the staff here are willing to help you and they have many food varities for serving and tastes good as well.

We had a Sunday brunch here. The menu was absolutely awesome. HUGE, and very tasty. Food from all over the world. Service is fab and attentive. Great place to bring kids.

A nice hotel, it looks brand new. It is close to both the airport terminals particularly T2. I stayed for an event and I thought the staff could be better trained to handle events! They were quite indifferent to events people. But a beautiful hotel otherwise.

This JW Marriott is brand new, the rooms don't have carpeting which improves the air quality. The Executive Lounge is huge and as nice as I've seen with a booming view out of two-story floor to ceiling glass windows.

Very courteous, helpful and well mannered staff. I also forgot one of my charging cable in the room that I had check in at, and they're happy to courier it to my address with just a single mail to them.

The staff is really helpful. And the gym and pool areas is good. Overall a well maintained hotel. I was here for seminar. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is good with bathtub.

Very bad hospitality… We had called the restaurant they said Rs. 1444/ — exclusive of taxes and inclusive of taxes is rs. 1736/ — when we came we were charged Rs. 2450/ — per person with very rude behavior from staff specially Mr. Abhijeet. Haven't come across such an attitude from a brand like JW Marriott.

Desserts were delicious & irresistible. Love the Variety. Overall great yummy buffet. Service was good. Only thing missing was food was cold. Specially starters. They should take care of this. Wow what a fantastic place. From the hustling and bustling Mumbai you step into a different world of total luxury. I will always remember the friendliness of the employees at this hotel. The hotel is spotless, very clean. The suite I was assigned so clean that I was afraid to spoil it. Made use of many facilities (MASSAGE, POOL, SAUNA, JACUZZI) and all the time friendly staff members are there to greet you with a "Namaste". I loved it. The restaurants food delicious. I am so happy that I stayed at this hotel. I will surely visit this gem of a hotel again. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
