I was there earlier… worse place. Not worth paying like $100 per night … actually rooms & service were … like $25 per night!

Best location next to Parle ville station. They must hoard a big board. It's not visible from the road. The quality of the rooms are going down day by day. They should stop allotting rooms on the opposite building of hotel which is a very old property. Don't take a room if offered, instead ask for refund.

Not upto the mark as per as cost, not good food, room is not at all good as per the sky kissing price, dirty lift… due to the brand name they should try to uplift themselves, they have all the resources to do it. Would love to see u guys do better in future.

Average Hotel in congested area. Basic amenities are there but quality is just average. Very Old hotel with cracked roof.

4 star hotel in front of Vile Parle east station and very close to domestic Airport. It's 30+ years old hotel serving corporate, international and domestic travelers. Medium prices, very efficient Housekeeping and good customer service make it MUST VISIT hotel. Hotel has restaurant, bar and fast food joint.

I had a wonderful stay of 3D/2N in this hotel located amidst the parle market. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was also very good which starts from 7am upto 10:30 am. Room service and housekeeping are very very prompt. However, the site says that the airport pickup/ drop is complimentary for deluxe rooms but the hotel charged me Rs 300 for pickup.

I would never like to conduct any of my personal or corporate events here. Service during my seminar was good enough. But now that we happened to make an additional payment accidentally, it has been over a month these guys are still neither acknowledging my reminder emails nor are repaying my money. Such an unacceptable and rude behavior.

Food quality is ok. Staff is not co-operative. Location is in middle of vegetable market.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for 4 days. Impeccable room service, healthy breakfast options and very courteous staff. Hugely recommended.

I think one star also waste for this hotel. If you stay in this hotel definitely you're going to lose your belongings… it's true I loosed my head phones… Lot of thiefs and liers are there in this hotel… My sincere advise don't book be happy…

Spacious rooms with great bathrooms. Located opposite train station and a 10min drive to airport. Breakfast included in room tariff. Lunch and dinner can be had in the restaurant in hotel, buffet and menu to orsder available. Hotel provides a complementary drop and pickup from the airport. You should pre book the rides. Call the front desk, and they shall help you. Hotel and room service staff is great and helping. Overall does deserve 5 stars.

Popular Hotel at Ville Parle Mumbai.

The hotel is conveniently located bang opposite the Vile Parle station. The rooms are nice and staff is friendly. The food pricing is just right. There are a lot of food options within walking distance. The Parle Square is nearby. All in all good value for money.

Rooms are nice but small. Bathtub in washroom. That is the place available for bathing. Bathroom is congested. Dining facilities available on ground floor.

Rooms are not that great. Its surrounded by residential buildings so there is no view from room. Room are small and congested. Curry and pasta is the restaurant inside which serves good food.

Nice place to stay. Good breakfast menu. Very near to airport's domestic terminal. Walking distance from Vile Parle East station. Good eateries in and around.

Decent place to stay in Vile Parle. It is a old property and few things like physical keys to. Room is still in place. However, the rooms are spacious.

Very near to the vile parle station and provides comfortable stay at relatively low prices. The wait time for check-in is really slow though and the breakfast options are not so great. Overall a decent hotel.

Excellent place, good hospitality, sumptuous breakfast. Nearer to airport, easier to move around in city as it's well connected. Value for money.

This hotel is unsafe and there are no rules and regulations for any harassment to their customers (specially females) within the premises. They are not ready to show camera clips for immediate actions and asking to take actions through cops in the morning. In all the scenarios, they seems to be unsupportive and did not care of their customers.

The hotel is near about railway station so it is very convenient for meeting. Location is not so exotic. Hotel need to improvement on there infrastructure and food. All the very best for parle international and for employees.

We had Birthday Party on 28 December 2016. Ample space not only for main area but also separate partition for food and liquor counter.
Enjoy the party with family members, relatives and friends. Lastly it's near to Vile Parle Station.
So I prefer to give 5 points.

Was looking for a stay near the airport when I came across this hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Good food, must try the Gujarati Thali here. With its proximity to the market and the railway station, it also made it convenient for me to commute locally and buy things for myself. Service — 4/5

A Nice Place to Hold Conferences & Meetings in Vile Parle.

Good and clean rooms. A bit pricey for the location.

Hotel is good execpt door norms they are very old fashioned and difficult to use.

Bad staff. Attitude towards guest and managers dont talk properly waste of money. and food is very very bad. If u wana punish yourself go and eat food over there.

Hotel is good except TV and tap In washrooms are very old. Rest good. But easy to acess trail veg hotel sukh sagaar walkable distance. Near airpot.

Stay is good. Food not so much. Though you have a lot of restaurants nearby. Lacks a gym, Wi-Fi speed is decent and staff is friendly.

Ya it was a great experience over there.

Value for money. I stay very often during my transit.
