The reception is manned by someone who is unfortunately unaware of customer handling etiquette and rude to his fellow staff who help customers. Not very hygienic place and rooms are too small. Food is also ordered from outside. At the kind of services and courtesy extended by receptionist of this hotel who claims to be the owner, the price per room should not be more than INR 800/ — to INR 1000/-. Anything more than this being spent by a customer should make him expect a certain decent standard of courtesy and hygiene which this hotel lacks entirely. I shifted to another property (much better and more economical) even before checking in considering all these shortcomings. Stay here only if you have no other option available in the city and negotiate the price to match the actual standards of this hotel.
