Very nice staff. Good sized rooms and bathroom. Very close to a great street market area! Will recommend!

To be fair can’t comment on the hotel because we didn’t get passed reception even though we had booked & payed for a room in advance, the room had been given to somebody else! Then being told two different stories, one person said a medical emergency & the other said a wedding party so to be lied to is bad enough but then driven round Mumbai for over two hours & taken to some horrendous hotels the last hotel was also bad the first room we were shown had damp on the walls, by this time it was 11 pm & had no choice but to settle for this hotel as my husband is a diabetic and was starting to feel unwell. We hadn’t even been offered a drink of water. As regular visitors to India & Mumbai we have never been treated so bad. A letter has been written to the Indian tourist board as we don’t want anyone else to be treated the way we did. Our love for India has been stolen from us & we feel that we don’t want to return again.

Really nice hospitality. We conducted a 2 day conference. And we got complete and awesome support. I would definitely recommend this place for such small conferences.

The hotel is located at a very good place and the rooms are very clean and hygienic. The room service is very good and responsive. Overall infrastructure is very good and good quality food is provided.

Ambience gd but service was not upto the mark. Hardly any customers… but still service was too slow. Hardly any spread of food. Desserts was also not good. Ice cream served was not a scoop but 2 tspoons. Quite ridiculous.

It's in Andheri East. Great service. Rooms are quite comfortable and beautiful. Breakfast was complementary. Specially the glass window… staff is quite well and helpful… good service… the resurant is also great… food quality was great both in taste and proportion. Good place to stay near airport terminal 2… it also provides airport drop facility.

A 3-star hotel located on an inner road not easily visible from Sahar road. You may easily miss the access road barricaded with a height barrier. Situated right next to Bombay Cambridge School, it has a buffet restaurant as well as made-to-order food. Food is really delicious and well-cooked. The hotel does not have a bar though you may put in a request and they will deliver it to you.

Pick up & Drop service available book your room online. Hotel Staff is very good they are very carefull & responsible own his duty. Here is breakfast, lunch, dinner available. Food are very tasty my experience was very tasty here's food. There's sweet was very very tasty I am fully satisfied with this. This making with bread Wow very tasty…

A nice budget hotel. Very conveniently located close to the airport's. They provide a pick up and drop service. Which is great. Nice and clean place. Good hygienic food. Very friendly staff. Been frequenting this hotel for the last three years. And I have never been disappointed.

Rooms are spacious, near to the chakala metro station. Breakfast is really good and you can order dinner or lunch. Not in the main road.

There was renovation going on when I stayed at hotel. Hence, exterior was shabby. However, rooms were spacious. Complimentary breakfast n dinner had decent food options.

Room service is delayed. There were flies in food. Same reported to hotel and removed from table. Food is bit spicy also. Better hire some other hotel instead of this as it's located inside the colony is area.

We booked this hotel for ease of travel to the Bombay exhibition centre, Goregaon. The hotel itself is quaint and basic, with limited parking space and lack of staff to greet you at the front door. Don't expect a bell boy to attend you and tend to your bags. The reception staff are courteous and handled the check in quite swiftly. Pros for this hotel: 1. Quite neighborhood, peaceful rooms, which are good for just sleeping in 2. Relatively close to the airport and metro stations 3. Morning buffet is good Cons: 1. Old establishment, with old lifts (broke down twice during our stay) 2. Anything other than the buffet should be avoided. We had a bad experience with a chicken club sandwich 3. Not many restaurants nearby. Will have to walk 15-20 mins to reach good joints.

It's a great hotel to stay for fmly and for business meets also. Co-operative staff and best thing is near to airport and railway station.

I spent my pleasant and safe time with my family at this hotel, testy breakfast and good room service, very close airport, this hotel is in my favourite list for my future visits.

Standard budget hotel. Rooms are small, comfy bed with ac, cable tv, room service. Good for one night. Near to Mumbai airport but locating the hotel is a tricky job in a car. I wandered 20 mins in and around to get into the correct lane to the Hotel.

Even though a smaller hotel in comparison to the bigger properties, the care the staff takes is at par with the biggest! Amazing service, great food, nice old world ambience… I loved it!

The rooms were good. Spacious. There was complimentary dinner as well as breakfast. When we reached. The building is under construction. The room charges are reasonable. They provide pickup and drop facility from airport … International airport is 2.5km And domestic is 3.0 km Lift service… Not good … Lifts are too old. And may make alot of sound.

Big decent hall which we hired for perfect ambience. Good quality food. Excellent management team.

"Near to airport & friendly front desk" Without doubt one of the favourite hotels I stayed during my time in mumbai! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the superior room. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this! ) We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.   Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality.

A decent hotel. Value for money. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff very courteous and helpful. Front Office staff very courteous and efficient. Standard of food is average and could be improved.

I should have never booked. We were out for shopping and when my aunt return to her room all her money, necklace and other stuffs that she kept in her room were missing. I complained to the receptionist but he pay a deaf ear to me. The bottomline is that God knows everything and I believe in KARMA. My request to all mainland Indians is that please stop cheating the northeast people. I travel different parts of the world and through my observation muslims and indians are the worst of all human being. Come to northeast and learn from us cheaters, liars, etc etc… Don’t booked at this horrible hotel.

Hotel is undergoing renovation which may cause some inconvenience. International airport is about 10 minutes driving distance. Staff is polite and cooperative. Restaurant is OK.

It's a very quite place to stay at a reasonable price for Bombay. Airport is not to far from the hotel. The rooms are just big enough for a clean comfortable stay.

I am an avid traveller and I loads of experience when it comes to staying in hotels. I found this hotel to be the worst till now. To start with the staff are absolutely ill mannered and out right rude. Even after paying them in full, they declined to check us in. The way the front desk behaved it was very insulting. Additionally the place was shabby and also extremely uncomfortable to stand even a minute. Would not recommend to anyone.

Place is old but good rooms and food is good. But don't have proper car parking.

Hotel is easy to find. Staff and other people are nice to me. Food is available at 11:30 pm which is a unique experience because most of the hotels having 10:00 pm kitchen closing time.

Nice budget hotel, friendly staff try to help in every possible way, location is bit off the main road which calls FOR GPS tracking, room service is good and timely food is unexpectedly good.

Avoid this hotel if you can. I had booked Executive room. But when arrived it seems the hotel was full and they gave me one grade lower room called Deluxe. I was oblivious to it. It was tiny horrible room. After 2 hours I got suspicious and confronted them. They immediately changed my room to what I had booked which was a good room. The food in the restaurant is passable and nothing to get excited about. In nutshell avoid.

Small, basic, economical, close to the airport but far, very far away from everything.

Not worth it. The staff are very rude. We had booked for one double bedroom, but they give us a single room. The food quality is very poor.

I am stay from 24th May to 25th May, No comfert lavel, window ac bhi thik say nahi chalta hai, PAcked menral water bhi magna padta hai, totally unsatisfy with their service, I never recomend to stay this type of hotel.

Reasonable tariff, Very good rooms, free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. In addition to all complementary transport is provided to airport dropping and pickup. I really loved this hotel. I recommend this hotel with full satisfaction.

Difficult to navigate to. Disappointing breakfast buffet. Hotel building has office spaces rented out, hence parking is a problem. Does not deserve a 3 star status, nor is the room rentals justified. I stayed in the executive room but found it missing bathroom needs. Friendly staff and cleanliness are plus points.
