Had been for a presentation. The rooms were quiet clean and the service were pretty satisfactory. The staff were nice and helpful. Planning to visit again soon, maybe then I can add a detailed review about the hotel and about the services.

A really good option in all aspects, be it location, food, staff. The location is on western express highway which makes it really easy to navigate around the city. Also Goregaon station is easily accessible. There is quite a wide variety in food in breakfast. The staff is responsive. The rooms are appropriately spacious and comfortable. The pool on th roof top is well maintained and quite good. The hotel have valet services also. So that also adds to the positives for the hotel. Though the prices are a bit on the upper side, but it is definitely worth the extra bucks. So, definitely a pick from my side.

Location excellent, good test food, it tools 45mins from airport. Staffs are polite and helpful. I have seen lot of foreigners use it for staying.

An excellent place overall. The decor was quite pleasing with simple yet elegant aesthetics. The ambience had a certain allure that would catch the glimpse of even a passer-by. The food was quite delicious with plenty of choices to choose from. The warmth and hospitality of the staff was really good.

Amazing rooms, great food, and best thing is they have there own gym, swimming pool. Its situated in good area, and they also provide awesome service. Overall my experience was awesome would recommend you to stay here.

This place is quite good for a stay. Not only the hotel ambience, but tye connectivity from this hotel to central, western, and town of the city is also very great. This also offers local train station, and the airport at a very decent distance. Food is amazing.

Courteous and efficient staff. Check in and check out very smooth. Complimentary breakfast adequate. Lunch made with a lot of care and customised to detail with diligence. Overall, experience of 3 day stay and our hosting of most of the wedding guests made everything very pleasant by our choice of this hotel.

Wow place to stay at Chembur area. Rooms are spacious for two people. Well trained staff. Decent spread on breakfast, both veg & Non veg. They do give complimentary fruits in Room. Opp is their Swimming pool and games arena… Check with Front office.

The restaurant The Art House is nice. Good food. Attentive staff. The Chef personally comes around to ask you your preferences. A quiet cosy eatery especially during lunchtime. They serve drinks too.

Is a good quality, 3 star business hotel with a gym, spa, swimming pool, minibar, 5 meeting and banquet facilities, 1 restaurant and about 90 suites. The ambience was quite and the staff was friendly. It was a delightful experience to stay at this hotel.

A good business hotel, well maintained and neat. Prompt service at reception and easy check in provided. It is a good choice for stay as they are well equipped with gym and a pool, they also offer a decent breakfast buffet.

The place was nice. But their service was extremely slow and they didn't do the things asked for correctly. It took them around an hour just to deliver two cups of tea, we had asked for the tea to have less milk but the tea tasted very milky. Their security safe also wasn't functioning properly. Though the buffet was great.

We stay there for 2 nights. Very supportive staff and very spacious and clean hotel. But Hotel managment have to improve food verity and taste.

Good service good food. But was not satisfied with the management. After being paid for the cab we made a ride throughout the city. But the management called me after6 months and asked us to pay the call taxi amount. Quite unexpected…

Had checked in on a MAP package. The upfront charges (ostensibly corporate rates …) were rather high for whatever was dished out during my three nights stay. Online travel sites offer same rooms at 40 to 45 % of what I had paid. Food is good but the room facilities are not in sync with the rates charged. Also, more professionalism needs to be demonstrated by the front office and cafe personnel. One should negotiate hard for a good deal in this place before checking in.

Had been here for an early morning breakfast. Very big spread including juices south Indian food omelets and sausages. A couple of Sweet dishes also included. Value for money at just 399 pp. Nice place. Worth a visit.

I visited the art house at fern residence it was amazing, quite costly for people who are students and who don't earn but yeah it was great, peaceful, great ambience. They had a bar. And drinks they made were refreshing.

Rarely rate a hotel this good, but this hotel deserves it. The hotel is extremely clean, not just the rooms, but every nook and corner. Rooms are large, bathrooms are well fitted and bed is good. The food in the in house restaurant is superb. The hotel is very conveniently located too. Service is fast and good. The staff seemed very helpful. The breakfast spread was good too, not great but good. There is the Acres club right in front with whom this hotel has a tie up, which let's guests use the club facilities like gym. At the price it offers, this place is highly recommended.

This hotel is very well maintained with a top notch management that is eager to meet and exceed the customer expectations. My room was spacious with a nice view from the 5th floor. Everything worked well at all times. Very consistent level of quality and service during my three weeks stay here. It is in partnership with a club that is a few yards from the front door which provides a pool, gym and additional places to eat. The hotel's restaurant is one of the best Indian restaurants I have tried (and living in the US I have tried dozens of them). I stayed here for three weeks and was as comfortable and happy as I was in average 4 star hotels in the US. Great place!

For someone looking at budget stay. This is a clean and nice hotel. Very basic yet convenient. The rooms are good size and the beds and loo is clean. The material used in the hotel is basic and ordinary.

I stayed for a night. Excellent rooms. Neat and clean. Spacious. Look outside and you will see green foodball court. No noise as away from main road. Food is very good. Night buffet was value for money and Breakfast was very good. It has a very big swimming pool which is in the club next to the hotel. You can have a swim and also have food next to it. To sum it up, This place is good value for money. Next stay sure to The Fern.

Enjoyed my official stay. Food for lunch was too good. This place is near to BKC 15 min drive.

A decent hotel at moderately good location for tourists. The decoration is beautiful. Although the AC in the room did a lot of trouble, and their beautiful elevator is unbelievably slow. Other than these two it was good.
