Location, Rooms are not so good, but operating staff is good.

Tge staff are good. The room is extremely compact. Overpriced due to location.

Cozy. Quaint. Doesn't look like much from outside but even though the rooms are a bit small they are well furnished. Room service is prompt too. Can be a bit confusing when checking in because the same building has rooms split between Oyo and Treebo. So depending upon which site you use, you are directed to that section. Utilized this hotel because of the proximity to the visa offices. Outside the hotel, the place is a bit messy. But the torrential rains over the last week or so may have also made it worse than it actually is.

Not very clean. Close to major offices in BKC but surrounded by mostly old buildings and houses. The locality doesn't feel great. The rooms are tiny and while they are itself clean, the common areas are mostly ill maintained and oddly planned. Would not recommend staying here for more than a night.

A right place for people visiting Mumbai for US visa. Its at walking distance. Hotel rooms are somewhat small, and tight fit for sharing.

Neat & clean rooms, but room size is small, lift not working. Limited breakfast options. Very close to BKC US Visa consulate, 15 minutes by walking. Subway & Piza hut nearby.

OYO 12063 Hotel bkc pearls inn is one of the staying hotel located on Neharu nagar road, In Commercial Building, next to Trade Centre. It's very close to USA embassy, this is the only reason hotel is in working mode. Entrance of hotel and outside bulding gives you total slum area feel. You will find garbage and used plastic everywhere on street and outside hotel. Sometimes lift of hotel goes to not working mode so you need to use stairs. And these stairs gives you feel of hell. It smells very bad. Coming to main room area. And here you will find drastic change. Area is clean and neat. Room are fresh and clean. BTW if you chk dem in corner you will find dust and nests. But you can bare that. Coming to room service. Room service is not that prompt as expected, they gives you ordered things late. Now kitchen review. You will never get tea coffee on time. You will get answer like kitchens electricity problem. And for vegan guys don't expect more. It is pure non vegetarian restaurant. You will get Jeera rice and few other Chinese noodles options that's it. Main thing is USA visa processes are very close to this hotel n nothing more than this. I think this will help you to decide before book the hotel.

Room are very small ment for stay only, room interior is OK to rest and sleep. A Masjid is in back side of property with full volume prayer going on all the time. Only god thing it is next to Trade center bkc and 1 km away from US consulate. Tariff is too much making hole in pocket as per quality of property. A 3rd floor of dirty complex modified to accommodate guests visiting for US visa interview only. No car or vehicle parking place. Approach and stairs are very Stinky and dirty. (open dirty urinal on stair). Lift was out of order since very long. No personal kitchen of hotel they brings stuff from out side local low grade market run by muslims and charging exorbitantly from guests. Even the couldn't able to supply morning tea, bluntly refused to serve tea coffee at 7.00AM. Breakfast time is fixed 8.00AM to 10. AM served from local market and of very low quality. Finally you get only room near trade center to stay in exorbitant charges.
