Comfortable Hotel and with good attention. Ideal for resting. Key tip: Very comfortable and clean bathroom.

Very good Hotel. Comfortable stay. Service is top class. Parking is the only problem. Otherwise very good Hotel to stay. Its just above Leopold cafe.

The staff are so friendly, I just love staying there when I travel to Mumbai. Close to everything. The best place clean & tidy also been there 3 times already.

Very well maintained rooms and toilets and clean linen. The service was also very warm and efficient. They have an elevator to their three floors albeit after a short flight of stairs to about half a floor from the ground level.

Small, functional hotel near main tourist area. Lots of street stalls right outside the door. Some rooms have no natural light but are modern and done out a bit like a Travelodge. No bar or restaurant so you need to make plans for breakfast — McDonald's is a couple of hundred metres away — turn right out of the door and follow the main road. Recommended for a couple of nights, maybe 3 at most.

Not the best location, too busy, too many touts, too many people trying to sell you stuff and too many drug dealers in the area. In a positive note, the room was clean and good value. But staff are always in your face, no room to get away from it all. If you like hectic locations, then this is good value. If you're looking for peace and quiet avoid this location.

The rooms are okay. Room service is not good. And most important thing to notice they don't accept any type of cards. I just saw a foreigner having fight with receptionist for not accepting cards, as he was travelling with credit cards. I too had to find an ATM to pay the bill.

A good hotel. Many things are good. Facilities are all well OK.

Perfect location for Colaba. Room is small but clean and well equipped. Price is very reasonable given location. Having to pay in cash is a pain.

Superb location and functional. Mostly Clean. But don't expect more than good core guest house functionality.

I have the feeling that the bedsheets weren't fresh and they made a problem as my friend wanted to visit my room for 5 minutes and refresh. They also kept my passport as a deposit and didn't want me to pay in the beginning. Also, don't leave any valuables in the room while you're out. I am sure they are checking and they have also written a rule that they are not responsible if something is missing. Wifi, AC and hot water were good!

It was a good and comfortable place to spend a night at. Also the staff was really helpful.

Good to drop your Baggage and have a trip. Not a good hotel for Family stay.
