A very very nice place to stay,. Plush rooms with all exotic decor.

Gr8 location when it comes to shopping and has a helpful staff too. The only area of concern was the room size as they are small so makes it a little conjusted.

Nice place for quick bites on highway.

Value for money in bandra west near happening places.

Good water is the basic aminity of your customers, but you are forcing them to purchase water by saying that you don't have water filter. 1 mineral ltr water is sold @ 40/ —. Sad.
If you cannot provide good drinking water, you are actually not eligible to run a hotel.

Not at all as what it seems in the pictures. The rooms are small, the beds aren't that comfortable. The bathroom could be cleaner. Wi-Fi is provided, but it is very slow. Sounds from the road are frustrating, trying to sleep with the sounds are irritating, and there are mosquitoes in here. And when I came in, there were renovations going on, which was not that great. But, the staff was very nice, understanding and the area is good all around. BBQ nation and a theatre are close by to spend the night.

Poor Hygiene and very noisy place. Food is not good although food price is very high and not much options available in food.

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Staff is rude, when we asked for early check in, he tlod me that all the rooms are full. It will take time. Pathetic experience over there.

Place was good. No parking space n when I handed my car for they even scratched my car n were not even apologetic about it. Only best part was it was close to the shopping area.

Hotel is located at best location but service and quality of furniture is not good enough to stay. Its having very old furniture with old AC. Also during night time you will face some issues of late night parties from downstairs bbq.

Horrible hotel. Please do not stay here. When I arrived I was greeted with no warm welcome. Check-in took over 20 minutes because of some unheard of new check in process. Right when walked in room smelled like someone smoked in there before we came. We got one towel. One towel in a two person room. The service guys pretend to barely help you and then they wait there thinking you will give them a tip. They also only give two bottles of water. Only two! The snacks are 50 rupees but you can read on the packet that they bought them for only twenty rupees. Also, just came back from breakfast. They had flies everywhere around the hotel. Food wasn’t even filling and there were two dishes. Yea wasn’t good at all. No hospitality and horrible food. Also, when we came in the room. There were balcony’s. Might be nice right? WRONG. Music all night. No stopping the music until 3 am. So much noise. Singing was so loud you couldn’t hear each other speak. No hot water. Would rate 0 stars if could.

Good hotel, costly hotel but it's fine in case of emergency. Official time 12 am — 12 am (24 hrs) check in check out. few things, including two 250ml water bottle, coffee powder, sugar, milk powder are these complementary, morning breakfast also, if required more these will be chargeable.

Ok for a 'layover' stay. It's a no frills hotel. Nothing special. Only good thing going for the place is the prime location.

Interior of the hotel is interesting and excellent, arrangement are good. Hospitality service is also good.

The worst Hotel I ever stayed. I booked this hotel because of it's location, and it was mistake. Pros:Location, at the heart of hill road. … Cons:
They had empty rooms but they kept us waiting for 25 minutes and reception area.
No-one had any courtesy to offer us water! One guy at reception told to go to restaurant at first floor, we went there and it was closed. Guys at Reception are not aware about timings of their own restaurant! We were traveling with my two year old daughter. We were not given room and she was hungry. We asked at restaurant to give some rice and dal in a small Bowl (katori). And they sent us full Rice and Dalfry with Bill. We said we are not planing to eat here we just want small bowl of rice and dal for kid. The Rude guy sitting at reception rudely told us " complimentary kuch nahi hota sab ka paisa lagata hai" We were given a very small room on 5th floor. They kept us waiting for 25 minutes still room was dirty, dustbins were full, toilet was dirty. That Rice and Dal fry which was forced on us, we eat that in room. We were going out and told at reception that Clearing karava dena"… When we came back after 5 hours those dirty dishes were in room only and room was stinking badly. I called up to room service and asked to do clearing. Some waiter came took out dishes, I asked him to clean the floor and spray some room freshener. And he replied "sab, room din mai ek hi bar saf hoti hai"… I had to call reception to get my room cleaned.

Great place to stay but make sure you know which room you're getting. I got a smaller room than what I expected.

Pretty decent hotel, in heart of bandra.

Very attentive service and massive rooms. Loved it.

In the center of Bandra. Many places to see and eat nearby but this is a 2 star hotel so dont expect anything and for 4500 a night you can get a much better hotel.

Make sure you negotiate the price right these guys will rip you off. I spoke for 4, 600 for 24 hours and the finally charged me for 2 days. The hotel is not worth for that kind of price you will be better off at a better hotel. They said they would arrange for a taxi to the airport and towards the end they hooked me up for a taxi who charged 350 rs to the airport. I had to take it because I had a time constraint. Avoid at all costs.

Very poor service, didn't even have the grace of executing flawlessly pick up and drop service.
