Best Place to stay in Mahabaleshvar it was an incredible experience with Hill Top House the especially the Rooms Cleaness was very good, all the staff and home members are very humble & also helpful its like a family. At once in life people have to stay there and enjoy.

Nice place to stay for a Trip of Mahabaleshwar. The Manager and staff is nice and cooperative.
Cleanliness is a plus point of this house, which is a major concern when we book a hotel.
Food is a bit overpriced, specially the breakfast which has quite less quantity for more price. However the taste of food is yummy.

It's a nice stay there and it's really nice culture of hospitality. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is not upto that standard. The location is again 10-12 km from the market which was really difficult for me to go to the market. The most important thing it's situated on a really nice place with an easy access to all the near by attractions.

Pathetic service… Booked this hotel by reading reviews but now it all seems fake… Rooms are small with cockroaches and spiders… We booked this hotel through Yatra, which claimed every room has balcony but they gave us a small room and when we did a complaint, the owner Abhay was very rude… There is no management and a typical lodge which is located in slopes… Not at all secure after dark… No housekeeping services, stains on bedsheets (or you may say sperms). No hand shower. Seriously avoid it and look for better hotels with scenic views.

The hotel manager was very helping and a great person. The view from the hotel was also good. However the hotel was located far away from the city. Facilities provided by the hotel was also great. However we didnt like the dinner at all. Three of us had upset stomach. Else would have given 4.5 stars. Would rate the hotel at 3.5 stars.

Nice place I have listen about booked room in this hotel I feel good need some cleanes otherwise it very good I like it go guys book room there enjoy your holiday have a nice day or night take care.

The hotel is really the best and it is cheeper than the others but probably in the same range the food is also ok. The hotel is little off centred from the main city. But overall service, food, rooms, Wi-Fi are good.

More better option are there in this area. Not a good one, view is not good, poor restaurant and poor service. Very low budget hotel.

It's difficult to find the entrance f in night. For the price the rooms are good enough but not a high graded. Staffs are polite.

A very big spacious and clean room with balcony and a view. They gave complementary breakfast — aloo parantha. I booked it from goibibo. It was worth the money. Slightly off from main road.

Taxi service is way too costly, room service is pathetic and arrogant at time of check out. Cockroaches in the bed.

In the price range, this one is good. Except one cockroach was roaming inside my room. All others good.

It have deducted the three stars for below reason: 1) the room service was very slow. Need yo wait for half an hour to get water. Same the case for clearing up broken glass thing. 2) Found two cockroaches and service guys took more than 15 min to respond to the request and kill them. 3) The food (dinner) was pathetic.

Amazing place accompanied by great hospitality. The hotel is run by a family, expect warm and homely treatment. It's small and self contained, the in-house dining is not so great but they spared no effort in making you feel at home. Ask for their taxi cab service. Another added advantage is you can procure some of the best strawberries in mahabaleshwar through the hotel.

Best stay. Hotel owner is really good man. He helped us a lot. Place is awesome and view from balcony is great. Location is between panchgani and mahabaleshwar which is good if you are traveling by your personal vehicle. Staff is very polite and helpful. We booked two rooms and stayed here for two nights. Experience was the best experience we ever had.

Good location. But no hill top view from the balcony. We can see only other hotels from deluxe room also.

Great rooms. Enough parking space. Great hospitality by everyone in the hotel. Only negative is the road to the hotel, it's very bumpy and not concrete.

Awesome place to stay. Clean and tidy rooms. Rooms are a little small but your stay experience overcomes it. I suggest you to visit a place which is situated exactly behind the hotel. You can see the complete valley over there if you travel a little (Not more than 1/2km frm the hotel).

Awesome stay with nice balcony view food was great and it's lies at the center of both hillstation i. E Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani.

Hilltop house is located outside mahabales war city (around 8km from venna lake while going towards panchgani). Double room we booked was good & clean enough. The room service was also good. The room tariff was reasonable. For the third person in double room you get a matress. We had a room with balcony & a hill view which is great during rainy or winter season.

Hiltop House is one of the excellent place to stay in Mahabaleshwar. Service is very good and main thing about this hotel is the owner of hotel MR. Abhay and his Staff. They are very cooprative and polite. Hotel is very clean and we enjoyed a lot in hotel.

Very best place to enjoy the vacations as it is nearest to the hills because of which one can enjoy the nature's beauty. Also the tour packages and services were awesome.

Please please do not stay in hilltop house Reasons 1) No Valley view from all rooms only at 2nd floor (A/C rooms) have (2 or 3 rooms) Valley view and their is no privacy because dinning hall is connected, Facilities such as geyser, coffee/tea maker, refrigerator etc. Which were mentioned in the website were not provided in the hotel, totally wrong information given by the hotel. 2) do not believe on reviews like excellent, very good or good these reviews are advertising from hotel for attracting visitors and making them fool 3) No mobile network reaches in cell phones at rooms 4) Food variety is too small and only some dishes are good, remaining items are waste of money (like all items of rice dal's non veg etc) no restaurants, shops near by the hotel, fare of taxi for sightseeing are double from market 5) hotel management is totally care less specially Mr abhay 6) Both A/C and non a/c Rooms are too costly. This is the reality of hilltop house. So, I recommend go to the nearby market area where you will find much more better options definitely. Enjoy your trip and save your hard earnings. Thanks.

I stayed at Hilltop from 6th to 10tj May. A very good budget hotel to stay with family. The hotel staff was very good and very cooperative. Also the owner of tje hotel Mr. Abhay was very very co operative and helpful. Rooms were very clean nd in good condition. Wash rooms were also very clean and room service was also quick. Food was also good on an average. Also nice view from all the rooms but a bit far from market. Overall a very nice experience at this hotel and would like to visit agai. Good job Hilltop.

The hospitality that was amazing… one of the best we have ever experienced, would love to go back and stay in the same "clean and comfortable rooms" where we stayed in our last visit. i personally thank the Owner, direct and in-direct staff, who ensured our stay was without any problems and with the best amenities possible. Mapro garden is nearby tourists spots in close proximity to the hotel… tourists taxis available right at the hotel… Car park is available on site… definitely recommended! “Nice Experience” When you are going to Mahableshwar and looking for stay I would like to recommend Hotel HillTop House as this is very comfortable for stay and specially its prime location. The services they are offeres were also of good quality. Roms are spacious and proper hygiene is maintained here.
