Mahabaleshwar Palace Hotel

It was really nice to visit this place.

JUST DON'T worst experience, no room service, no proper food, if u reached early they will not give u room till 9 am.

I hate these hotel there is Nuthing call neatness Only 1 star for there food and staff. But rest it like a lodge and bed have bugs. Also hv bug bitten my hand. … Room smell dirty. We took classic room thinking we will hv better room. There was Nuthing classic in tat.

It's really good place for lodging & boarding at mahabaleshwar.

I booked the hotel for 18-19 june 2018, this was the worst hotel I had ever visited in my life. The dining hall smells horrible, due to this we had only 2 or 3 meals out of 6 meals in the hotel. Color of the water was yellow for drinking, toilet seat was extremely dirty some people might vomit by seeing dirty toilet. As we booked the hotel by some tours and travels we didnt know much about the hotel. NOTE: Book the hotels from online website as you know the rating and reviews of the customer and if possible take your own car. Never book mahabaleshwar tour packages because they include meals in the hotel, sight seeing (and if u change some sight seeing points according to you then the cab driver will charge u extra 200 or whatever he says. And also takes extra money if u will exceed his waiting time) e. G. Our cab driver given only 30 mins to explore mapro garden the initial mins goes into taking selfies near the entrance and remaining time goes into roaming the mapro garden still u need more time for shopping from mapro store, therefore we tooked around 1.15 hrs in total, means extra 45 mins, driver tooked 100 rs extra as waiting charges and 200rs more bcoz we changed the sight seeing from panchgani to mapro garden and the cab was unsafe to travel as its tyre blast after initial start of our trip.

Minus star is not possible else its only good for it, Room are worst, they dont deliver what they show in pics, No room were clean at check in time, whole hotel smell very bad, Laundry never deliver anything on time. Never visit again, No recommendations from my side.

Plz it's a request if u r planning for booking this mahableshr palace plz change your mind right now bcoz all the given pics r fake its a old un construction bldg like a old haunted hospital. Old furniture old stairs no cleaning smells in the rooms beds n certains r horrible bathrooms r very dead dim light no proper bbuckets tiles like local toilet. U cant breath in one sec… Very important it's not a family hotel crowd r not serious they are using for hrs this hotel. I wish I give them 0* stars.

Technically I really dont want to give any star but to write review I hv to. This hotel is kind of HUT not PALACE. You can spend ur night on streets of Mahabaleshwar but not in this Hotel. Room are not so pleasant, no room service, BREAKFAST is testless so we ignored to have LUNCH, & DINNER, there is a SWIMMING POND (not Pool). Toilet dont have JET SPRAY to wipe ur ASS. U hv to go for tap water filed with MUG first. If you are running on very tight budget or Just want a place to Bath n Sleep and explore this City. Then you can think about. But for couple this would be a unromantic experiance.

Good rooms, amenities, near to market.

Mahabaleshwar is very beautiful place. In June to august you feel super pleasent atmosphere with small rainy environment. Its feel like heaven in that season. Strawberry cream is very special item in mahabaleshwar. You must try it. Some amazing points are. Elephant point Sydney point Lake Table point Mapro garden Mahadev temple.

Nice place to go with family and couple food was OK OK hotel include stay plus food good place to chill.

Not a good place for stay. Rooms are leaking. Water comes into room from anywhere. Not a calm place. Food is also not good.

If you are on a tight budget and ready to make compromises then go for it. The room service and cleanliness isn't good.

Old palace with all old things no cleanliness no hygiene​. The Deluxe​ rooms are boring and dirty classic rooms are comparatively well. Stinking all over and the swimming pool is worst.

Food is best but hotel like horror movies type… Maintenance is very looser…

Its a very good place to chill out and have relaxation. The environment and atmosphere is very cool n chilling throughout the year.

No Room Service… poor quality of foods. Not recommended for family.

Tts not hotel it's "Dharmshala" (rooms without facility) no cold water, no Wi-Fi, no pos machine, rooms & passage r dirty only good things it. Near. To market.

It's an amazing budget hotel with roof top swimming pool… And service is also well. Developed.

Pathetic lodging, seepage all over the place, hopeless housekeeping staff, not ventilated so smelly rooms. Ugly washrooms, leaky taps, smelly linens. No power backup so if there is a loadshedding expect to sit without fan and light for hours. Food is somewhat okk. But a BIG NO for lodging, even if all other hotels in entire mahabaleshwar are booked please postpone your trip but do not check-in in this khandar. Swimming pool just for show full of algae and green water. Please don't waste your precious time and money on this so called palace.

Good place, very close to the market and all sightseeing points, staff were very helpful and room was clean and food was good. Enjoyed.

No a/c rooms thus no standard for rooms and facilities provided by hotel. 14/6/15 and 15/6/16 pass without light. If we ask for service (Ex. No change towel two days) but not good response. Even though they blame on Laundress etc.
