Management was good, food was fabulous house keeping was excellent, Atmosphere was superb.

Good location and ambiance amazing food and hotel service. management should little bit work upon maintenance of pool, fountain and indoor outdoor games. rest everything is good and pleasant.

Bad experience, I can not rate anything, hotel rooms is not in good condition, not clean, dirty and wastage of money, very expensive only one good thing is food was ok. Rooms are smelling and we cannot open balcony door due to Monkey, bathrooms are not cleaned and it was likaged … very bad exp. Outside ambience is ok.

Best resort in mahabaleshwar for family & friends with swimming pool and buffets. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food. Few meters away from the main market on the old road. Have Fun.

Nice hotel, staff is cooperative, food is also good, quite and peaceful. Some drawbacks : very far from market — around 2 km, hot water available only in morning.

POOR MAINTENANCE, tasteless food, dont have proper menu for dishes. Daily they have same menu with different name. Rajma is their favorite dish. Dirty toilet,
No playing area for kids. They show on the website very good pictures, but the hotel is opposite to that. Our store room area is better than their indoor game area. No proper maintenance of any thing. in-spite of all, their Manager want us not to compaint to them talk to the travel agent. I am a manager in travel house in Mumbai. They have treated us like this. Dont know how they will treated the normal public/visitors. no garden no slides for Kids, not allowed in swimming pool without swiming costume. They have swimming costume which a person cannot wear if the trip is with the family. I want to speak to their responsible authority.

Very decent property with decently maintained rooms, courteous staff. They have a well maintained swimming pool. View from room balcony is very good especially during sunrise. Ample parking space. Situated on main road yet no noise pollution. If travelling with 3-4 people, then try their cottage rooms.

Beautiful place in the midst of cool nature. Well maintained. Tasty yummy food. Different varieties of dishes. Lovely rooms. Had an amazing n awesome memorable stay here. Staff also always ready to help. Highly recommended.

I had been on a 2 day trip with my fly. Great place, Food quality was superb, staff were cooperative, room was very clean and hygenic… Kids will love the place as they have a water resort.

Good resort… Unlimited food. I had given five star if non veg also included in it. But anyways food was tasty… Staff was nice and five stars for service. I booked the resort via make my trip. There was a issue while check in. Due to some miscommunication between them. But the Staff at counter handled it very well. Good resort for family… Nice and quiet place… Nice climate at the resort. Overall its a good experience. Only one suggestion it would be better if atleast chicken items would be added in lunch and dinner. I would recommend this resort for family outings at mahabaleshwar.

Nice property with colourful flowers. Feel awesome once u enter the resort food included in package with limited variety but tasty one. Ample parking space. Indoor games section was under renovation hence could not access that area … enjoyed a lot in summing pool… Executive rooms n cottage super deluxe rooms are awesome… Nxt time u confused in selecting properties. Just GP for park plaza resort … Overall very good experience. Thanks to our travel agent (Sanket) for arranging this and making this happen…

Situated in lush greenery. Nice place but lot of scope for improvement in hospitality, premise maintainance, comfort inside rooms, food etc.

V NICE RESORT IN MAHABALESHWAR  I went there with my friends in NOV 2016. We booked Mahabaleshwar package tour and out of many other options I chose this one. Park Plaza is 2 km away from Mahabaleshwar market and local rickshawala charges straight 100 Rs (how far ur hotel is doesn’t matter its fix rate :P) anyways … so we arrived early in d morning Hotel staff is very polite helpful and responsible. We booked std rooms but rooms were clean and tidy. They have garden, swimming pool (swimming costume is compulsory), indoor games (like chess, TT and carrom) and space to watch sunset. Property is quite big and well maintained. Since its away from Market u feel quiet and peaceful here. Hotel Service – very good. You will get a call for lunch/dinner/breakfast. Hot water is available in the morning. Every room has a private balcony, TV. Last day we were in hurry so they sent breakfast to our room. Food — they prepare only veg items and limited variety but thr food is not bad. Morning breakfast is good. While returning from sightseeing you can get down at market and eat whatever u want. Its v nice place. We enjoyed a lot and will definitely visit again.

Awesome resort ever… we visited mahableswar for 3 days and stayed in park plaza resort. resort is in awesome place… swimming pool and indoor games court is just awesome… staff is really good… and responsible… food was very awesome… we really enjoyed our trip with park plaza…
