We booked maharaja suites. They didn’t even check the room before giving it to us. Basic amenities in bathroom like hot water, toiletries were not there. Towel had stains. In Jacuzzi we were getting dirty water. More so bathroom wasn’t clean at all. Really had a bad experience.

Amazing place for family great ambiance clean and neat place tasty food. Staff is really good here.

Had visited this resort recently with another couple friend and kids. Unfortunately they had a horrible experience at this place. There was a theft of a huge sum of money that happened in their room. The hotel has several security flaws including no CCTV cameras in the common areas outside rooms and no way to lock the door of their room which had just an easy open close latch. Also the room (Heritage 1 category) had a broken mesh in its courtyard through which anyone could enter from the back side. And the hotel staff stays on the back side of the room, making it an easy way to enter and exit the room. The resort claims that they maintain a log of housekeeping and room service staff that enter and exit the room but when we checked their log, there were entries missing. Also the resort staff had discrepancy in their statement when questioned about their entry and exit to our room.
Unfortunately, the owner of this resort also put his foot down about this whole incident and stated that their resort is a huge property and it requires atleast 100 CCTV cameras to be installed so that all the common areas are covered and secured. Not only did he clearly show his unwillingness to do the same but also he did not find it necessary to compensate the couple for the theft that happened!
The Manager at the reception desk (Mr Sunil) also very casually responded to this whole incident and asked my friend to lodge an FIR.

Pls don’t visit Ramsukh Resorts & Spa… We had unfortunate incident of theft in our room due to the negligence of the hotel and they are not willing to take ownership of the security flaws. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a courtyard with our friends Ashita Goenka and Saurabh Goenka… the room we stayed in had no latch and hotel border fence to courtyard connecting our room was broken. The road near the fence leads to the staff quarters of the hotel. We suspect when we were not around someone climbed in through the opening and entered our door and stole the money from the bag. The premises although says that they have CCTV, there is no CCTV in the common areas outside the room. A hotel spread across almost 4 acres has only 5 cameras of which 4 were working. When asked the owner he says we will ofcourse not put 100 cctv cameras to cover this expanse. And we will not be compensating u a penny are his words. They don’t even know how to even talk to guests who come for holiday and an experience to cherish but go back with horrible unforgettable experience. We were only told that we will check with our staff or else you could do police complaint. We finally raised a FIR for which we spent the whole day of our precious holiday investigating and then at police station. The hotel says they mantain a control sheet of all the times staff has visited. But when they showed us we pointed at few incidents for which they didn’t have records.
