Visited this place on 15th and 16th Jan. Reached at 9 pm on 15th Jan. We booked 3 bhk villa for us. When we reached there, we liked the property, we thought that we are going to have a great stay but we were very much wrong…
We entered the villa, it was clean but there was no drinking water, no toiletries, TV not working, phone not working. It was all mess. Everytime we had to visit office or restaurant and ask for help.
We reached on Friday night after a tiring working day and then 3 hours of travel, 3 kids with us and all hungry. On phone we were told by manager that we will get food in restaurant till 11 pm and I don't need to place order on advance. (though I asked him couple of times if he want me to place order in advance). When we went there to order food (at 9 30 pm) basic egg curry was also not available. (They gave reason as eggs finished and no extra stock available to serve additional guests) There was no co ordination between hotel manager and restaurant manager.
So after placing order at 9 30 pm, we got our food almost at 10.45 pm. (I will mention about food quality in end. )
The bad was yet to come… We went to sleep at 12 midnight all tired and angry and frustrated and suddenly there was total darkness… Electricity gone… No generator backup… We had a small 2.5 years old kid who got scared due to so much darkness and started crying. We all could not sleep till 3 am that night. Lights were back second day after 10 am.
