At first this is my favourite resort … But now they have started to act quite Pricey. I only book Maple wing and at top I have paid 8k-10k per night for maple every time not lore then that. … before covid used to visit at least thrice a year for minimum 3 nights with atleast 3-4 rooms … Always made my birthday there in December for few years but hence forth with the price they quote for just rooms with no facilities working guess it’s better to put a stop. Came to know their Guest Relation Manager Bhartiji is not Working with them anymore. She knew how to Handle Clients and deals … still my favourite place but not pocket friendly anymore.

Just Amazing Boutique Resort … Beautifulllll location… Breathtaking views of mountain, valley & river from every single corner of the property. In addition of that … the Whole Resort is beautifully decorated with various exotic flower plants & trees. There are 7-8 Different themes of room wings so. You always have a new experience. And … no Resort can beat their food and hospitality in Mahabaleshwar.

Neat and clean rooms. Very beautiful and a scenic location. Helpful staff. Slightly over priced. but overall a good place to stay. I will come here again for sure.

It was our best and memorable trip. The staff was polite so do the manager v where there for our anniversary celebration they baked fresh strawberry and cream cake for us and even upgraded our room on request. Which was 5000rs extra on per night bt the manager didnt hesitate n made our stay more pleasant without charging anything extra n shifted to maple wing. If any1 going mahabaleshwar I highly recommend to stay in brightland resort and spa, especially in maple wing. V where for 3 nights n v enjoyed like crazy. Ty for making our stay so beautiful and pleasant.

Great place to stay. Be it a group of friends or family, this place has something for everyone. They have different wings for different types of rooms. The food is great, although a tad bit expensive. The bar is at am amazing location overlooking the valley and by the pool. Would definitely visit very soon.

We stayed here for two nights and really loved the view, the rooms and the ambience. The atmosphere is just so fresh and very calm and peaceful. The hotel is located about 8kms from city center but very close to Kate's, Echo, elephants head points which are just a km or so away. My only let down was the food bit at the restaurant and in-room dining. First night we ate at the restaurant and ordered for Crispy chicken Taipei and second night we ordered for a chicken salt n pepper both surprisingly tasted the same and the latter didn't have slat neither pepper. Apart from this all is good. Breakfast spread is huge and worth it. A must try is the cheese garlic naan which is just irresistible.

They serve a very good buffet breakfast with open terrace bar, their hospitality is commendable. The pool is kept clean, even we enjoyed spa over here. In the entire resort, there's lots of creative art to see. The property is maintained very well.!

Parking is little small other then that an must visit place if you are there. You can visit there for lunch or dinner food here is very nice. Swimming pool is also big. Room service is great they serve you food outside so you can enjoy your food in an open atmosphere. Price is also affordable. One things to say about this place is that it's located at an remote place little far from main market place. Overall an nice experience here.

One of the best resorts in Mahabaleshwar I had ever visited. They provide all the modern amenities with luxurious rooms, comfortable and clean. The staff is also polite and are always ready to help 24x7. The view from deck is just perfect. They also have in-house restaurant serving delicious quality food. The prime thing is its location, one can easily locate. I would surely recommend to everyone out there. Would definitly visit in future.

Beautiful resort with an amazing view. I lived in the Tulip Wing room. It is a duplex and has outdoor seating as well. They have really good restaurants with great food. The staff is extremely helpful. A great getaway!

Beautiful hotel with great outside view. Perfect for every family. It has its own smell of old days. You can call it an amulgamation of the old and modernity.

Good location and extremely well maintained property. Delicious food and offers variety of cuisine. We stayed at tulip wing… needs upgradation. Also tulip wing duplex rooms not suitable for toddlers/ senior citizens/ wheelchair etc as one needs to climb up of down a staircase for bedrooms. Newly contructed orchid wing has much better rooms. Huge campus with all modern amenities… good hospitality… restaurant service needs to be speedier… overall a wonderful experience …

This is one of the best properties in Mahabaleshwar. Located at end of a hill, the place has fantastic views to offer. The prices, as expected, are pretty steep. During peak season, expect the per night tariff to be well over 20k.

It's lovely place for weekend holiday, I went with my family and we didn't step out of the resort at all. Good food and nice breakfast spread. The rooms were mostly duplex. We received good service from the staff. We also went for a massage which was awesome. It was a mix of swedish and hot potli massage. Well trained and relaxing. They also have a library and indoor games like table tennis. And the property is just beautiful to walk around. Many plants are there with beautiful flowers. Had great time at the pool too.

Brilliant resort! Helpful staff. Beautiful rooms and a beautiful view. I attended a friend's wedding here recently. Brilliant food and variety! I would totally recommend this place for a cosy getaway.

Very nice location with a valley view. Amazing breakfast. Clean rooms and bathroom is on good condition, shower curtains were kind of dirty at the bottom.

So many good things in one place. Centrally located and best part is the tranquility and joy of the valley view. After Le Meredian Mahabaleshwar I think this is the best.

The executive chef Mr. Chougle Is really fantastic knowledgeable and always willing to help The restaurant manager Mr. Shabu is also quite proficient and can handle large parties exceedingly well.

This place I will never forget through out my life time for their warm welcome, lovely food, hospitality, cleaniness above all the location.

Stayed at Brightland Resort for a weekend. Great place with a beautiful view and spread over a huge terraced area with lots of places to go around and enjoy the resort and the view. Far enough from the main mahabeleshwar area to spend a quiet peaceful time but close enough to reach the market in 15 mins drive The food and service were really good They are renovating the rooms so I hope that it will be an even more pleasant experience the next time.

It's a lovely place. A little inside and an excellent view. A well organised place with a good staff. I was attending a wedding and the staff was very cooperative.

I have been going since more than 25 years. 5 star comfort with old world decor. No body, not even meridian or keys can give. Excellent cuisine, well trained staff, friendly owner, great scenery, swimming pool, indoor & outdoor activities, barbeque pit, walking tracks. You can't find a better property in Mahabaleshwar.

Location is good, close to Mapro gardens. Easy to find. The hotel seems to be a bit outdated & tired from the outside. Rooms are big & spacious, but not what I'd call luxurious. Cleanliness was perfect, no complaints. Food also quite good. Overall it's a very nice hotel but a bit over priced for what they are offering.

I was one among the many, who checked out the Google reviews and then planned to spend a weekend here. This is an Overpriced resort, the so called view from room is atleast a walk away, despite of us having booked a room in the orchid wing, which had description that there was direct view of the valley. Food was ordinary, but very very overpriced. We ordered a continental prawn dish and it was half cooked, I can call it even raw. To our horror, we were even given unwashed plates along with dinner served in our room. We brought this to the managers attention, who apologised for the goof up. Please do a good research before booking your rooms.

Stayed there for two nights. I was upgraded to suite, it was a multistory suite, with lavish furnishing. Room decor was rustic and classy. Bathroom also had rustic decor. Room service was fast, and food was really nice. I had some issue with the tilt of bed (it was bit sloped towards head, which caused some headache).

Good place to stay. Situated in the outskirts of Mahabaleshwar. Very peacefull, great service, polite and helpful employees, good food, nice varieties in Buffet. Will be definitely visiting again.

My second visit to this place. And I am not disappointed. Everything is impeccable and even more. Since the last time I came here, the place has been upgraded, renovated and made user friendly. Good ambience, good maintenance of the property, excellent food, good in-house entertainment. Ideal for a family of 4 if you are looking to share the room rather than forced to live separately.

It's a great resort and my preferred place to stay at in Mahabaleshwar, but monsoon season is probably not the best time to visit. The hotel is not in its best appearance due to all the weather protective patchwork of plastic sheets and such.

Fairly spread out resort overlooking a valley. The valley-facing rooms have a wonderful view. Brightland used to be excellent but is now showing signs of a little lack of care. Minor problems with the plumbing not dealt with till the guests who've booked the room show up, peeling paint here & there — such things mar an otherwise good stay. Lunch and dinner is good, but the breakfast (though varied) can be a hit and miss affair. The staff is helpful and courteous.

Excellent location and food! Nice staff and ample peace, quiet and scenery. Unfortunately, it's pretty much impossible to get a room unless you book months in advance, so I couldn't get a chance to stay here. But whatever I saw of the rooms was absolutely fantastic!
