It is a good hotel to stay, nearer from sites and restaurants from the hotels are also nearer, hotel staff is supportive, cleanliness is good.
Value back for money.

Extemely bad service. Rooms were good. But they have no idea how to manage lot of crowd. Breakfast was horrible, they had made with left over food. Does not deserve to be a 4 star hotel. Lagoona resorts much better, close to this hotel. Shall not book this place ever again. Even reception staff said lot of people today, so we can't manage them.

Good mountain view. Small room and bathroom as compared to charges. Staff response good. Swimming pool fair size and clean Good buffet food…? But gst charges high.

This hotel is located outer of lonavla and it has a very good scenic view from the hotel room. But the hotel is not good. And responses are sometimes very bad. They have there own rules that's something very different from other hotel. Overall it was not a very good experience.

Obetel Grand Hotel is a great place in Lonavla. I was there to participate in an event. And the event was organised well. I don't know about the hotel rooms but the receptionist and the foods were very good. I had a breakfast and lunch with my team there. We all enjoyed it. The washroom at ground floor was smelly though.

Rooms with a great view of the mountain right in front. Be sure to ask for rooms with mountain view. The food is below average and suggest find a good place outside to have food.

Have been here for an business meeting. Good place for meeting in terms of amenities provided however is situated in quite inner part of village. Don't worry about route because you'll have good support from Google Maps.

Compact rooms, good mattresses, good bathrooms but some weird rules 1. No a la carte in Restaurant only available in room service. 2. Room service upto 11 pm 3. Last food order by 10.30 pm 4. Breakfast upto 10.30 am 5. No dental kits available 6. For the cost conscious GST on food is charged @18% 7. No usable balconies.

Bad experience I got room no 303 full of (selan on walls). Full of makhies (fly) in room. Wet wall or Dampness. Even after informing at reception no action taken. ImaheI on MakemyMake are done supurs but Reality is different.

Good ambience and friendly staff Situated inside the city. It helps couple with its locality so they can enjoy very good. It has nice view in rainy season. Food quality of the restaurant is quiet good. But for Double bed they provide two mattresses for single bed which makes uncomfortable for couples. Plz ensure the ved quality before entering the hotel.

Disgusting staff of hotel! Seriously! Plz who ever is seeing this hotel and planning to stay there, plz dnt take a risk. They are liar. I booked rooms from Make my trip and I got a good discount on my booking. Before the booking they didn’t say anything to me. But as soon as my booking is done that manager or dnt know who ever is that person from hotel called me and started to say me, “ mam hotel is under construction when you are coming so it will be better that you cancel your booking “ and I said Haan meno dekhati hu. Karva dungi. But I didn’t do that. And that man was calling me every day. Somehow I got the fact that there will not any construction work is going to held when we are planning to go there. Don’t know why they were lying to me. Just I hated the staff. And especially that man, Jawed. I m seriously to much angry on him.

It’s 10 min drive inside from the main road, the hotel rooms were good and clean. Service was good and quick. It’s a good budget hotel with a good open view from the window. They have a small swimming pool and a kids area. They have a small conference room with approx seating of 50 pax. Food was ok, didn’t try much but had ordered breakfast in the room. Over all a good decent budget hotel. Would not suggest for people who are not travelling in cars.

It's mostly couple friendly reosrt where you can enjoy. Not very expensive resort for stay and fun activities. The rooms are extremely compact. Same with washrooms, extremely small sized washrooms are provided. Though the room was clean and maintained, what is shown in the images and the reality is completely different. It was a sheer disappointment to pay such high value for such compact rooms. Rooms are NOT at all value for money. It's an over-priced hotel. No proper mattress is provided for an extra person in the room.

Good hotel for stay in lonavala, has a small swimming pool, good parking, just opposite to Lagoona Resort. Rooms are cozy and well equipped. Food is decent enough. Has a small lawn and a good parking space.

Good cosy place, away from the hustle and bustle of Lonavala. Good for family stay or corporate meetings in smaller numbers. No amenities except a little poolside. Located at the foothills of Tungarli offers calm environment with nice weather.

After allotment of room, Wi-Fi observe dead particularly on respective floor where room alloted to me. And therefore no connectivity.

Although rooms, view from rooms are nice, food is good, but the service is poor.

Cleanliness lacks so those who are addicted to cleanliness should not go here 4. And the Main point is … This is beggar hotel and specially the worst hotel staff among all lonavala hotels, crying for money and can go to any extent for that and the funny thing is that this will be the first hotel of the world who claims all the money in advance 5. They don't consider customer as a guest. 6. Most of the rooms are under pest control during the whole year whenever you visit… So a hotel of pesticides Therefore beware…

Food is best amongst all. I loved it. Every bit. Service was ok. But they can improve on dat.

Good and economical rooms. Food also good. Swimming pool also is there for who are interested in swimming.

Really bad experience. The suite room (apparently the best room they have) smelled like someone had puked inside as soon as we entered. They had to get a room freshner after I asked them to. The floor wasn't clean and we could not walk without socks in the room. They said they had just cleaned the room. The tea kettle wasn't working. There were red ants near the tea kettle. Couple of mosquitoes were a big problem in the night. The jacuzzi wasn't clean enough. There were no bath robes inside the bathroom as shown in the pictures. They should work on the things highlighted above as I had booked a suite by paying a lot. And this was a big disappointment. Feel like I've been cheated.

Rooms are good and maintained by hotel. Condition is good… food was also tasty… specifically biryani was too good… but gallery towards rooms was bit narrow. Overall a good hotel to stay in lonavala… it is 2-3 km away from main lonawala city. And location is exact as shown in map.

Facilities are good though staff cannot keep up good service if there are too many guests like when hosting a conference. Staff is very polite and courteous and do try to provide good service.
