The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the plants and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the beach. It felt like a private beach, very clean and rock, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing.

Great vegetarian food options. Awesome location. You will love this place if you are coming in a group. Decent Rooms. They also have some super Deluxe rooms with great views. Consider booking this in well in advance to avail good prices.

Didnt like the place, not appropriate as shown in the pics. There are no entertainment arrangements for guest, its like silence beeping in ears. No playing facilities for kids, garden complete mess… Food is also OK not so good. Swimming pool area dull… Totally Disappointed with the place I cannot recommend any of my friends. Try to improve your resort. Add amusement facilities for kids, Music, Colourful Lighting, Entertainment Programs. Wifi arrangement should be made as there is network error at the location. The management should look into this matters. We were bugged to check out the place the same night.

Had one of the worst stay experience. The rooms were dirty with dust and muck all around. Dirty bedsheets and smelly blankets. The room had no intercom so we had to keep calling from our mobile phones (this place has only a couple mobile network companies working making it difficult to communicate). Even the hot water geysers in the bathroom wouldn't work well. The room had water leaking at different stops. The food was also not up to the mark. Highly disappointed.

Visited this place during rains on Jul 2018. Pros: Location is way too good. 5 points to that. Rooms are good. Cons: Compared to the price of 8.5k (for 1 night which included Dinner and Breakfast), this place did not live up to the expectations. Pool is very small in size. Staff is very rude and extremely unhelpful. They really need lots of training. They only serve veg food here.

It's a place for a cozy party. It is not a luxurious resort as such nich has basic resort facilities like pool and garden. The food is good also I will suggest on going for a buffet as there is a variety in the food served. The heaven like climate of lonavala adds to the beauty of this place.

Has a nice climate around itself. Everything is well maintained, specially the pool view. Had a great time there. Plan a trip only in rainy season.

Food is very delicious, with lots of variety. Best time to be here is Monsoon… There are so many clouds around that this atmosphere makes us feel we are actually in Cloud 9.

Had wonderful outing at resort. On top of Lonavala ahead of Tiger point. Good location but only convenient with own vehicle. Food served pure veg and was tasty.

Just outstanding and a wonderful place to be at … clouds passing by in my room was all dreamy. At the best point it could be with lovely and scenic view. Would definitely go back to this same place. Close to Amby valley and lions point. Just Loved it.

It's a nice place to hangout in large groups of 10 or more. The room sizes are good and the joined cottages ensure a group can spend quality time together. Food: I will rate it 4/5 as the taste was good. The variety was good. However, the tea time snacks could have had more options. Service: 3.5/5 The service was prompt but, the room cleaning service did not do a great job. Amenities and Maintenance: 3/5 The bathroom did not have a basic dental kit. The liquid hand-wash soap was not very clean and the showers either had very hot water or very cold water. Also, they could have maintained the property in a better way given the amount they charge. Overall, it serves it's purpose right — a nice place to chill with your friends and family in the quiet hills of Lonavala.

I'd been to this hotel last month, what I've found is Cloud 9 is a quite good hotel, for those having a medium budget, they have a swimming pool which I found to be kept clean, they have basic indoor games like table tennis, carom. Location: No centrally located but scnecially well located. Food: Average I would say, I'd a buffet, certain dishes were good vice-versa. Service: The Staff was helpful, no issues about that. Overall: Owing to the price charged and the services offered, the price doesn't do justice I feel, the services could have been better, you could give it a try if you are not low on budget especially if you want a cottage scenic like experience.

Good resort location. Deluxe rooms have good view, especially the sunrise can be enjoyed from the room. However, rooms need to be maintained and needs pest control.

Visited their restaurant while we were on our way to Mumbai from Pawna. Most of the items on the menu was not present to be served. We waited more than half an hour for someone to come to our table for us to place an order. Food was basic. Only veg is served here.

It’s really nice place to have peaceful stay at Lonavala. Since it quite away from Lonavala town has Benefit of getting far from heavy traffic and noise level. Room location is very well planned and every room has separate garden space to sit peacefully. That the most attraction. Staff is really polite and ready to serve on call. Quality of food is superb. 31 st Dec night arrangement was superb by the management. And kitchen was open till 1 AM at night that’s the best part by staff and management of this resorts.

Food and services is so good. Proper play ground, greenery, Rain dance, well spaceful and clean. I love to visit this place.

Hi All… Worst resort I have ever been to … charged me 9400 but it was not even worth 2000 rupees. Average rooms, average food and completely rude staff, especially the restaurant manager with white eyebrows, he was very ill mannered, whenever we use to order something from our cottage for room service, I guess he used to take the orders, he always use to hangup phone immediately before the guest finishes his order. In the restaurant also he was very rude. One does not expect such behaviour from an aged person, with all due respect to his age he needs to learn a lot as how to talk to guests as we dont visit such resorts to hear such unpleasant speech frm a resort staff.

They have to highly improve on food quality and hygiene inside restaurant. You can notice lot of FLY inside. Very expensive compared to what it deserves for. Only fabulous thing is place where it’s located that too if you chose cottages located at top as it can give you feel of hilltop rest all is normal.

I visited this place at end November. Great place to be, amazing veg food and great variety… if you want to be away from city hussle/bussle then this is the place to be with yourself and nature… November probably not the best time to visit. Beware food here is only veg, also best place to visit here is monsoon.

The place is good only in photos. Hygiene conditions and swimming pools not good at all. Food also not up to standards, very less choice. Only the location is good. But definitely not a place to enjoy.

Beautiful, serene, wonderful experience. Great food and hospitality. Loved the cottages and view. Since cold there enjoyed the bathtub.

Good location. The only hotel around Amby Valley let’s them overcharge customers. Tasty food, but no non-veg options. The manager and senior staff are quite rude for the kind of money they charge. Good for a relaxing weekend getaway from Mumbai.

Awesome place to hangout during rainy season. The place was heavenly beautiful, We enjoyed the climate, food and services. Staff was very cooperative, good management and food was delicious also few of our group members was jain so they did not face any problem, Jain food was also available. Good place to relax and totally value for money.

We visited cloud 9 during the monsoons and it was worth the every penny. Its really in cloud during this time of the year. I must say hospitality and other services was warm and very responsive. Food is great, the housing staff was really co operative.

Very good location, nice property. I think it's expensive for the amenities offered and the rooms. Can be maintained better. The staff is very polite and eager to serve. Good place of a monsoon weekend. Please note they serve pure veg food only.

Really nice place. Awesome view. Great indoor pool, but high chlorine. Food and drinking water, u have to buy. Make sure to ensure the arrangements else u need to get package water. Also food, u get only buffet option. It's a bit expensive but understandable coz of such a remote location. Food was definitely good.

Location is great, but maintenance and beautification need lots of improvement. Though they accept Day picnic the is nothing for them except food. Not even decent place to sit or relax.

Great place for weekend gateway. Great food and ambience. Slightly under renovation but overall a decent property.
