Awesome location, good room service, Cool DJ on weekends, Spacious rooms, big swimming pool
Only food is not upto the mark, needs to be corrected.

We had visited this place 2 days ago with a group of 17, it was a great pleasure to visit and we enjoyed a lot, The Rooms are so spacious, clean… Food is very delicious and facilities provided was excellent… Dj night, Rain dance was awesome… I would love to give more that 5 stars…

It is an amazing experience at 007 universe. In between lush green karjat u get experience of local cuisine with helping assistance of working staff. Games of air gun skating carrom gets you memories of childhood. Wonderful swimming pool having clean water… DJ at night and pool table are plus points. Additional points on the collection of bollywood and Hollywood superstar auctioned clothes which they have put in display at entry and besides pool.

Rooms are too good as per size and amenities… Food is also good… Swimming pool size is too big so we can enjoy lot… I suggest for one night stay… DANCING FLOOR IS ALSO GOOD ATTRACTIONS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE…

Regular resort with good food and room facilities. The swimming pool is huge and there is a jacuzzi which are the standout features of the resort. The location is quite in the interior but the resort was full even though I visited there in the off season. They had arranged for a big screen for IPL match screening along with DJ which was really fun and entertaining experience.

Yesterday on 23rd Jun 2018 we went here but we encountered very bad experience with food and service. Food was very bad in quality as we have been served with only one food item of chicken and veg on both days and that too tasteless. If we are paying 2200 /person then at least we should get proper service and food but it was not there. So I recommend not to visit this place as it will spoil your weekend.

Visited this place on 23 June 2018. Check out at 24 June 2018. Check in time is 1 pm, whereas check out time is 10 am (flexible) Rooms are pretty clean with a good helping and polite staff. Rooms range from budget rooms to Villa. The cost included lunch, Tea / coffee, Tea time snacks (Pav bhaji), Dinner and next day morning breakfast. Veg and Non — Veg both are served. There is a small pub just opposite to Dine area. Music is averagely good and lights too. Indoor games like chess and carrom are added. Outdoor games — badmition, football, cricket, rifle shooting (chargeable) are played. Pool is moderately deep, ranging from 4 feet to 6-7 feet. The mentioned steam bath isn't working and used by the staff as store room. Pool Water is clean but has too much of bleach and chlorine which makes your hair too dry and eyes burn a bit. There is a small place for rain dance, kids pool and a small Jacuzzi. The nearby views of hills surrounding the place are awesome.

Positives: Good rooms, prompt service, co-operative & helpful staff, nice property, DJ near the pool was good, options like badminton, garden to play etc. Negatives: Swimming pool was not clean — maintenance required, food quality & breakfast options should improve except for Noodles which was too good. There should be a lifeguard around pool to monitor & maintain the pool. I noticed elders playing in the pool meant for kids & spoiled it completely.

Overpriced hai… poor quality materials are used. Looks atleast 20 yr old. Rooms arnt rectangle. Best to use it only if youbare visiting AEMA or are a couple who likes to do mountaineering/bagpacking afterwards.

Corporate bookings are given more preference than couples. Food was served late. Though location is good.

Went for a team outing. They have got a nice swimming pool. It's a good place for a team event if you have 50 to 100 people. We also played box cricket and volleyball. Was disappointed with the food served and the guys didn't know how to manage a large crowd.

Poor customer service, phones in rooms will be not accessible at all after 10-11pm, Food menu in buffet was extremely poor too. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Nice place for relaxation on weekends. Overnight stay is fine. Very polite and supportive staff. I enjoyed since visited this place on Christmas and arrangements they had made in open area just next to swimming pools was very good. Christmas party followed by few games especially for children was wonderful experience. My child enjoyed a lot so I.

Hotel and resort… want to get relax just pack your pack bags and have visit here surrounding near by ia tood good much attractive during rainy season… view of mountains are too good also plan for hike to the near mountains alley. Coming to resort, yes good place rooms are very clean with locker and small fridge facility. Backup for power so that not worries after electricity cutdown. Pool to enjoy its starts at 10:00am which can untilize tile 22:00pm so just het in water as much you want n have good time with family. Also have a jaccuzi type but no hog water also baby pool is available with small slide. Rain dance with live dj. So you can request your favt songs playlist. Since this place in on distance from near by railway station so better to plan with car as if you want to buy anythng near by you wont get any thing. Food over here is not that good to say since as being a food lover I got nothing for which I can say ohh woww. There also outdoor games you can enjoy also have some ATV rides there which will charge so better not to get that. Room service is not that to good but yes its on time.

Bollywood & hollywood theme resort. Accommodation and food is good. Less amount of activities offered for a group/team. Overall service is also good. For a change you can also visit lake which is about 2-2.5kms away from resort. A morning walk to the lake side is refreshing.

I liked the promptness of staff to ensure best service is given. Food was ok, scope for improvement.

The staff don't know how to talk to their customers and they keep changing the rates per hours and according to the customers too. The pools are dirty on weekends especially, there's dirt in the pool. They had no manners, the customer had to call so many times and ask them for help and proper accomodations. There are lizards coming in the rooms and different insects which bite and cause itching.

Average place rooms are good… DJ was ok… Pool is not that deep. Overall you can visit it one-time.

Decent place, good scenery in monsoon, acceptable food at not so acceptable prices.

Awesome place, awesome views. If you want to relax and have a party with your group. This is what you are looking for. Juat the route is not very good in rains but still any car can go.

Away from the hustle & bustle of Mumbai located in a picturesque site surrounded by mountains & running water. The monsoon mist adds a lot of flavour to the surrounding.

They spoiled my family trip by allowing stags to party over there who weren't even staying there… they allowed all kind of drinks hookah n everything to them bcoz of which we didn't enjoy there… I suggest any families planning to go there to look for other options.

It has a 70-80's style ambience, and it has an average service quality, good space for night disco party. Has a huge swimming pool and interiors of few rooms are unique.

A simply Awesome place to rejuvenate yourself from this stressful city life. A bit on d expensive side though. Must check for room availability, would suggest advance booking before a week. Has an In-house Discotheque, but plays old No Has a huge swimming pool, but water isn't that clean. Has a separate pool area for children n woman. The rooms are pretty Good and well maintained. Has almost 18 hrs room service options. Provides Buffet. Food is of moderate taste, don't expect much. But Ya! Travelling could be a bit hectic as it's too inside from main Highway. But still a must visit place.

Fantastic, awesome, pleasant place. The rooms, swimming pool is superb, discotheque is Wow, Food is very delicious. We were family (25 people), enjoyed a lot. Staff is very co-operative. Thanks to Abhijit jee, his colleague (forgot name) and Priti Mam.

Worst resort I have ever been. The staff are not trained. The rooms are not maintained at all. The service is very poor. I am sure for the same price we can have a much better place in and around Karjat. Please don't get carried away by what is written in the site. None of the staff are aware of the resort. Felt as if the staff were just been hired and don't have clue of either the industry nor the resort. Had a high hopes, had spoke to the Staff (don't want to mention the name of the person) in their Mumbai office who promised that we would have the best of the time during our stay, sad to know that we had to move the very next day.

Clean place. Staff is helpfull and peacefull place.

007 Universe Karjat. Lovely place. Neat and clean. Very well maintained. Staff is very very helpful. Superb food. Excellent Accommodation facility. Inviting swimming pool. Have indoor and outdoor games facilities. DJ was just superb… TO conclude… Excellent place to visit. Must visit atleast once. And you will feel like going every time…
