Worth the price, good location though not on the beach but sea view.

Great place to spend weekend. All rooms have great seaview. Food was fine. Free parking. Secure place. 3.5km frm ganpati temple. Restaurant is very good to seat. Very nice view from it. Garden is there to seat. Overall good place to spend weekend. You can reach here from Ratnagiri statiin by auto. Distance from Ratnagiri is 25km it takes hardly 45 minutes to reach here.

Connectivity is main issue here… Rooms are best, service, cleanliness, food everything is better.

The location of the resort was great. We could see sea right from the bed. They were not providing proper catering service for lunch and dinner though. But the breakfast was good.

All rooms are beach facing. Very scenic view from room especially in morning and evening. Restaurant is also very nice. Its very calming place to spend spend a weekend. Visit here with your own vehicle. Public transport is very poor. You can hire a vehicle from chiplun or ratnagiri.

Fantastic. Calm space very near to the beach. 10 min walk or 2-3 minutes drive … Staff is pretty helpful. Their restaurant serves delicious food. Cooks do listen for personalized tweaks to the food. Keep it up team!

Rooms and location of the resort is beautiful! But the restaurant serves normal food which is not upto the mark, service is commendable. But they should improve with food quality.

Nice place for 2nights. Has children play area though not big but serves the purpose. Customer service is good. Food is ok. The resort does not has swimming pool. The restaurant stops serving fresh order even if u r half way eating lunch in the restaurant. The resort is on a mountain so many steps to the restaurant if you are travelling with old people with climbing issues. Bathroom slippery and could have been maintained more neatly.

Well. This is an amazing location. Beautiful view of Arabian sea makes you forget everything. This property is not that big, since the location is so beautiful you can't complain. Specially view from restaurant is to die for. It is so relaxing since location is less crowded. Ganpatipule temple is 3.5 kms away which costs 80 rs for an auto. You should definitely spend an evening on the beach. Its takes just 5 mins to reach their. When I went on beach, literally no one was there on whole beach. It feels like my own private beach and cant explain the time I had their. Food is delicious. Try chicken dishes, they are awesome.

Superb place to relax. Excellant typical konkani food, grrat hospitality, smiley faces. Had a good time with family. This was our second visit.

Liked the place for its setup and interior decoration. The solitaire rooms are large and can accommodate 4 adults easily. Lived the view from there. The staff is helpful and congenial. Ever willing to help. Also the front Desk seemed customer focussed. Cheers will visit again.

Nice and clean room. Beautiful sea view. I stayed in Solitaire room, excellent for family. Staff is polite and provide good service. Breakfast is included, having multiple options and tastey too. You can also order anytime from restaurant at your convenience.

Very nice room, very courteous and helpful staff. Staff took time to explain about the location, places to visit and most of suggestions about the local food. The restaurant is one with a beautiful view, serves amazing local dishes with the soothing sea breeze comforting you.

Pros Resort is actually a sea view resort. Place is awesome you will get great view of sea just seating on a bed from your room itself Staff is helpful Rooms and toilets are clean Garden is well maintained Restaurant is good with decious food Cons. -Quite away but accessible from Ganpati Pule thet will arrange auto for you — No Wi-Fi -No swimming pool — No fridge -faced some issues with AC and some intercom but hotel management addressed promptly and changed our rooms.

Don't visit If you are looking for peace. One bus full off noise makers next door can spoil your holiday, there is no governance of how many people can get in to one room. Very premitive management. Lot to improve. It's a great place for you If you feel Garden and AC rooms without ventilation makes you happy. They serve good breakfast too. Enjoy.

Find some other place cause this place has nothing to offer. Extremely poor management, below average food, expensive for the quality of food and the rooms aren't well maintained. The place is at a beautiful location but it's not maintained well, in fact it's very poor. Look for something else cause I don't like the mtdc either.

Room and it's view to seaside is good. But the hospitality is migre and unresponsive. They assured me about complementary breakfast but reverted back asking to pay for it. We felt so humiliated and cheated.

The place has beautiful views. But if you want to relax and come on a vacation, views are not the only thing you look for. Service and cleanliness needs a lot of improvement. The food quality is really nice.

Location is good. Services are poor and exorbitantly below standard. Dont expect the bottle of water in less than 45 mins if u want it in your room. Rooms are poorly maintained. Staff is non professional and slum. If the owner changes the staff and management then it can become a good destination due to its advantage of location. Else the hotel will not get the repeat order. I travel a lot and visit almost 10 new hotels every 2 months, but this one I found one from the few poorly managed ones. The breakfast is always an attraction for everyone when it is a part of package which we pay for. Here the breakfast was below normal dhaba. Tea was the only item to be good. Rest everything was damn tasteless and worthless to pay. In one line — my first and last booking to this hotel. Give preference to mtdc if visiting ganpatipule. Beware of discounts they offer. Always see goibibo ratings and feedbacks. Thanks to the manager of goibibo who tried to get a breakfast of our choice which never came and I dropped the idea to call again as I was with my family and I did not wanted to spend hours for fighting with hotel management and staff when I m on holiday trip. Had it been a business trip then I would have claimed 110% refund for the total discomfort my family of 14 members had to face. Good luck ahead.

Please update the rates, they are costing more 3500 + 18.5% taxes, its costly.

Nice place but management horrible. Actually they robbed me. Bad experience. I stayed hr a year back… that time no complaints. But I guess management is changed now… n the change is very bad… friends this management is only after ur money… no matter how they get it out from u… … try out there r many other better places out hr in ganpatipule …
