Stayed for 2 nights, would have loved to stay longer. My Room view was simply awesome. Location is brilliant, staff is very friendly and helpful, great variety for breakfast. I would highly recommend JW marriott Pune to all my frnds & family and would love to visit again… I would like to mention some names who were very kind & helpful… Chef Vijay served me wit a yummy belgium waffle, Pool attendent Jitendra helped in the gym… House keeping manager Santosh… Kalyani from Spice kitchen was very kind & polite and helped us during our breakfastu guys are doing a great job… Keep it up❤️Cheers.

I would highly recommend JW Marriott for it’s amazing food, hospitality, the interior and professional and 7 star lockdown service for home delivery. So I ordered Rakhi special menu from JW MARRIOTT. My home was 10 km away but the food was so hot and so fresh, koftas were soft and flavourful a taste to die for, churchur naan was a bread which I never tasted earlier and it was heavenly. Melt in the mouth paneer tikka, kathi rolls, rajma peanut chaat, badaami moong barfi was so so yummy. The Rakhi hamper we received was too good. Value for money. We always ordered during special occasions during lockdown and prior to that it was a go to place for me n family. Much recommended. Special thanks to chef Anuraag Narsinghani for delivering quality food!

Third visit to hotel. Staff is very pleasant and the rooms are very clean. The lobby is always beautiful’ The “Spice Kitchen” eating area is wonderful. Here every one of the staff are very eager to make your stay pleasant.
Housekeeping could not have done enough; every day they asked if everything was good and if there was anything else they could do.
The pool is nice as well as the gym. And it’s convenient to a mall right next door if you forgot anything.
Next visit not going to have city view. 22nd floor but still has some car horn noise and I’m a very light sleeper.

We had a very nice stay here, staff are very friendly, especially the staff at executive lounge. Room is spacious and clean, bathroom is huge. They have a very lovely playground for kids, my son LOVE it! We would definitely consider stay here again.

The JW Marriott has to be one of the best places to stay in Pune. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and a Namaste. The entire hotel team are always at your service, asking if there is anything they can do to make your stay better. The food at the JW is impeccable. The breakfast buffets are my favorite. There is a great selection of both western and Indian foods. Many of the foods such as poached eggs, pancakes, French toast and Dosa, are made to order. Accompany it with some fresh squeezed fruit juice and/or a cup of Masala Chai and you really do have a breakfast of champions.

Luxurious and well managed. I had buffet dinner in a restaurant in ground floor. Approx 40-50 delicacies served. And each served with high standards of professionals and hotel management crew. Worth the price point.

Got a room on the 21st floor. Great room with all luxury amenities, lovely view of Pune city. The spice garden restaurant was really nice, enjoyed the thin crust pizza for dinner. The breakfast spread was not that large but the personalized service was too good. The staff made sure you don't have to leave your chair while you enjoy the breakfast. Food was also good but the service takes it several notches higher. Overall awesome experience.

Well, it is a 5 Star! Impressive lobby and they serve a great Buffet. Their club / lounge — Pasha is also very good, as is their bakery and coffee shop. Mi a Mi, the Night Club is consistently rated the best Discotheque in the city. The rooms and service is lovely, I hear from friends who've stayed here. Good location and tasteful decor to boot. A lovely place to entertain friends or simply catch up.

Very good hotel. Experienced staff. The halls booked were sufficiently big. The staff was present at all times, ready to help. The food was very good too. I liked the area around the reception in particular and the sitting arrangement above the reception. The shops inside were equally gallant and had many items of interest.

It was our national sales conference… Our company had booked around 90-100rooms for 2 days… The stay was awesome. Ambience was impressive. Food — Buffet breakfast was one of the catchy thing during our stay (liked it very much). The food was OK, didn't liked it much, but dessert was the best part of it. No of stars for, Stay-5, Ambience-5, Breakfast-5, Food (lunch & dinner) — 3. Service — 4.5.

Excellent place to stay. It's true JW brand hotel. Rooms and ambience is excellent. Breakfast is good. People are nice. You would love hospitality. Worth spending your penny at the hotel and it's way ahead than any other hotels in Pune.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world! Every time I’m in Pune, I only stay here now. I wouldn’t even consider another hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and well thought out. The staff is exceptional! They treat me like a king every time I visit them. The food choices are exceptional, even if you don’t like Indian fair. The Italian restaurant on site is AMAZING. The coffee shop on site always has great food and drink, and there’s even a nice outdoor area. Fitness center as nice clean equipment, and the spa was quite enjoyable. I wish I could find fault in this hotel, but honestly I haven’t been able to yet. I only go to India for business, but this hotel makes me want to bring my wife for a personal trip sometime. It really is that nice!

Was here yesterday evening for a much awaited family dinner at Spice Kitchen. Our expectations were enhanced by person who took our reservation. When she highlighted about an "Amazing South Indian festival" that's currently on. There are two parts of my disappointment, Firstly it was to do with the Experience of having been inordinately delayed in being seated with very casual deferments of commited time. I had my parents (senior citizens) who ended up having to wait well past their dinner time. I understand restaurants being busy and there being lesser predictably on time to seat. Normally, in all my prior experiences, restaurant managers over estimate seating time and surprise you by providing you a place earlier than commited. Here clearly the manager dealt with us like a sales man of a B — graded brand. One assurance after another. Without any surity honoring any. It was only after I along with my sister decided to stand next to him till he seats us, did he get us a place! It was a bad start but I was willing to ignore it as a busy day for that restaurant and started looking forward for a far better gastronomic and dining experience. Second part of my disappointment is on this "Amazing South-Indian" affair. There was a lady (hostess) at this place who was dressed in an awkward looking attire with odd jewelry that one would never even imagine being paired together.

My bad experience with a 5-star hotel:
I went to JW Marriott, SB Road, Pune, yesterday (6th July 2018) with a friend for dinner at 10:30 pm.
At the reception we enquired about the dinner options. We got information about various options like Italian cuisine, veg, and non-veg buffet. About the non-veg buffet he said the charges are Rs. 1, 250/ — plus taxes. We were fine with it as we had planned for good ambience and some good quality time together, and he took us to the dining area. At the entrance a lady at restaurant counter asked us for any reservations, which we denied. She said that the place is full so we will have to wait for some time. We discussed with the lady and the reception guy about we would like go for another place. For which he said it will be just 5-10 minutes and we agreed. The counter lady entered my name and mobile number in her computer for reservation and told that she will call as soon as the table is ready.
Nearly 30 minutes we had a good talk in the lounge. And we were watching other customers going in the restaurant. After waiting for a long time, I went again for checking the availability. She said that it is ready and took us in. We were astonished to find the place quiet empty. No one attended us. We got the soup and were enjoying the talks. An attendant to our table arrived and told us that the buffet counter will be closing at 11:30 pm. By the time it was already 11:10 pm. We felt bad for us that we should have come early.

The ambience was good and staff was also helpful!

Had a buffet dinner at Spice Kitchen. Food was top notch, however the staff was pretty occupied. They forgot the surprise cake to be brought in for the birthday occasion and I had to remind them thrice for the complementary cake. So that spoiled the surprise. Didn't expect that this would happen in such a prestigious place. The JW special cocktails didn't had the special feeling to it, I had better cocktails in a very decent priced menu. Expect more diligence to be made if you call anything special. Upon exit… no thanks or a smile from the receptionist. So all these things made a bad impression. But a well managed 24 by 7 kitchen on the food part though, really taste good and authentic.

On Saturday night I went with two colleagues to the hotel nightclub, Miami. They normally only allow couples on a Saturday, but as I was a hotel guest they made an exception for me and my friends. The nightclub had a great atmosphere and I hear it is the best club in town. Unfortunately the music was so loud my hearing was affected for the next couple of days, so avoid standing close to the speakers. The food at the JW is impeccable. The breakfast buffets are my favorite. There is a great selection of both western and Indian foods. Many of the foods such as poached eggs, pancakes, French toast and Dosa, are made to order. Accompany it with some fresh squeezed fruit juice and/or a cup of Masala Chai and you really do have a breakfast of champions. I used the gym on the 2nd floor several times. It's not huge but had enough of everything and is well maintained. The outdoor 1.5m deep swimming pool is a nice spot for a morning swim, or place to relax on a weekend afternoon. In summary, you can't go wrong with the JW Pune. Special thanks to Nithin, Jenvie, Lovely and Shweta for making my visit so enjoyable.

Everything is just perfect about this property including ambiance, restaurants, and security. All they need to correct is people standing on reception. They need to be more polite and helpful with queries. My personal experience has been bad whenever I tried to approach them.

Was here for a night, amazing service, well maintained rooms. The offering is just worth the price. So if you are in Pune for a good stay, don't hesitate to choose this as your go to destination. The added advantages are the PBC, Spice Kitchen, Miami and Pasha's. There is not a thing about this place that you wouldn't love. So don't think, just go for it if your budget allows you to.

It's really Nice Hotel and great experienced in Pune.

This property is one amazing experience. The bakery has authentic food and offers a cosy spot to relax. Spice Kitchen (coffee shop) can seat about 150 people and their meal spreads are impressive. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff are well trained and very friendly To add to all of this, it is the home for the Chennai Super Kings in Pune. We got an opportunity to bump into some players at the pool and coffee shop.

The place has a pretty modern architecture and very visible from street as it is right at the signal crossroads. The place has a valet but it gets to a long wait if there is any wedding or another function. The food is decent, the desserts at the buffet are pretty good. The staff seemed very helpful too. Overall a nice place in a good locality.

This hotel is a top recommendation for 5 star experience. The location is great. Ots nearby airport and railway station. Rooms are beautiful. It can also be used for meeting, events and presentations as very good facilities are available there. All in all a top rating experience at this hotel.

Wonderful experience I found here so much you can do here prices are starts from 7000 to 15000 per night it's according to your need and the facilities provided in the hotel. The food was delicious definitely. It is one of the biggest hotels in pune and recognized world wide. I got the best service here. They were very welcoming and the over all experience I get here was very nice. If you want to visit as individuals as family or for the business purpose I'll definitely recommend this hotel for sure.

You can really say that this is a luxury hotel. Others certainly understand more comfort. My room was clean and quiet. Iron and shoes as well as other necessary items were available. Bottled water is plentiful.
If you want to, you can look at many people for example Help with carrying the suitcases. The restaurant Passha on the roof of the hotel is very relaxing.

We had gone for buffet breakfast at about 9.30 am. There was rush and we were asked to wait. But after 15 minutes, we were invited to sit outside the main dining area. We were well looked after; waiters were polite and helpful. The best part was that everything we ate was good, hot and tasty! I don't mind coming again!

Even though the hotel was busy with an event, the check-in experience was good. The reception was helpful and nice. We got a beautiful room with a view of the neighbouring nature preserve and pool.

JW is one of the finest hotels in pune. The service was pretty well and pleasurable. You'll definitely like this hotel if you are looking for business meetings and events. The hotel is situated in the main city of Pune, so the all other places like airport, malls and railway stations are on mobile distance.

This is the place where I live to be when ever I am in Pune. The location is very convenient. Rooms size is good. Staff is very courtieus. The breakfast spread is quite good. Nice food. Got surprised when I reached there. Staff was very polite and offered us free dinner on our anniversary. Hospitality was top class and rooms were conformable and awesome. Restaurants serves one of the best buffet.

I went to the restaurant that is on the terrace and the truth is that it is very good. The views are good and the food and cocktails are well priced. As for the taste of the food and the cocktails, the truth is that it is very well crafted and it shows.

This is a posh 5 start hotel. Service here is excellent. The food was good. The breakfast buffet spread is huge with lots of options. Their service was really quick and they had a lot of service staff on hand. The rooms are nice and big. Valet parking was quick too. Also this place is reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Very much accessible. Contemporary looks and facilities. It gives you different dining experiences at it's 5 different restaurants. Service and food quality is very good. Rooms are good especially their suits are awesome.

As per the experience, the place is highly decent and is a really upscale place. The hotel is highly maintained and has been really great with the security. The Decoration of the place is tended for peace. The Ball Room is a very neat and a great place for functions. The place is highly daunting and gives an immense pleasure. There is eating facility available and the rooms are too clean and the service is fantastic.

Its a very good place and has lots of option for clubbing as well as for having a family dinner. Rooms as well as other things are very well taken care. Vale parking is also very good no issue in handling over your car. The club is a too upright place but it is all right safety majors are taken care. Restaurant is a best place to be visited costing around 3K between a group of 4 is a reasonable and the food here is also delicious.

Restaurant is great with a good view of the city. Food was lovely and so was the ambience. Not sure about weekends but weekdays are not very crowded. You can enjoy an evening with your loved ones.

I stayed in the deluxe room with the skyline view and I must say the view is really nice. Pool area is great for a nice morning dip and a relaxing evening. Well, always great hospitality at JW. This one's no exception. Right from check in t9 check out, it's just perfect. Alao loved their variety of restaurants and food options. Funnily enough, their volcanic water lap tasted yum. They proved 6 bottles of water per day!

I visited this place as I was suggested about it by a very close friend for having a good time. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here, gave me a glimpse inside one of the most happening places within the city! Great vibe, good service and an amazing time sums it upto an even 10/10.

Nice room with modern facilities. I loved the helpful staff. Food quality was great. It is located exactly and easy to find we had their cab pickup so didn't really had difficulty finding it. The conference hall is superb with all amenities.

Every visit to Pune marks my stay at Marriott. So for me this place is a home away from home. Courteous staff, clean linen, great service, awesome breakfast spread, amazing pool, kids play area, heart of the city location… The list just goes on. Racist Behaviour by JW Marriott Pune Staff : Sumeet (Restaurant Manager – Paasha) and Harshad Nalawade (Director of Restaurants) Last evening (i. E. 12th Mar 2016) I along with my wife visited Pasha @ JW Marriott, Pune and was surprised to have experienced Racist behavior by JW Marriott staff members against fellow Indians. During the course of dinner we heard a sound that kind of glass is broken and I noticed that on table next to ours was ice which came from somewhere. We were discussing this that some more ice came to us which fell very close by. We were asking our server that what was happening and about to move from that place that another ice came and hit my wife. Our server told that group of Germans who were staying at JW Marriott were so drunk that they are throwing ice in the other area. I immediately confronted those guests and asked Sumeet (restaurant manager) to take action against them for such atrocious behavior and call hotel security. Had it been Germany their cops would have arrived in no time. However Sumeet was reluctant to take action against “resident foreign guests”, even it directly mean racial discriminative behavior on his part towards fellow Indians. All Sumeet did was call Harshad that too after 15 mins. Another couple who was watching this came and helped us confront Sumeet and Harshad who instead of taking action against the German “guests” started giving vague excuses.

Just a fantastic hotel. The staff are amazing — consistently going above and beyond. I needed to do a series of interviews — their business centre team stepped up, had a conference room available, introduced each caller like my personal PA. It would not have been run as smoothly in London or New York. Great location, great food options. If you are in Pune and stay anywhere else, you are missing a real gem.

Just got here today. Great service and food, very helpful staff. Rooms are first rate. Gym and Spa are better than some 5 star hotels in the US. Pune is a newly industrialized economy, so don't expect a 5 star hotel here to match a 5 star in NY. Will leave review rating at 5 stars if the entire week is consistent with today.

Very good hotel. Great service and very good taxiservice. Good food. Stayed 14 nighs with two kids, 7 and 5 years old. The pool was VERY Cold (in juli). You couldn´t go for a swim. So there wasn´t very much to do for the kids. Heated pool would be big improvment. Had to go to a different hotel for a swim in an Indoor heated pool. Not good! There were A small playground, that was good. So over allt he hotell was good but the faciliteis for kids aren´t the best. Nice big room and very Clean!

Extremely posh hotel. The Italian restaurant is good with a chef — from Italy — who has a little attitude/strangeness. But pizza is awesome. One star is lost for the high prices.

Awesome place. Provides everything that a premium hotel should offer. Great experience starts at the entrance itself where you meet smiling security welcoming you in Indian style. Parking staff is very cordial and careful. You face couple of entry checkpoints but never feel that uncomfortable atmosphere which we often experience at other places. Some architectural creativity makes the place at entrance amazingly breezy. Which adds to the first experience or experience while u r waiting for your car to arrive. Lobby is spacious and adequate count of attendants are ready to assist large inflow of guests. Bar is good. Food is delicious. Banquet halls (sabha 1, 2&3) are large enough to accommodate crowd of around 600 folks in total comfortably. Would recommend to restrict the number as more count can lead to crowd the food serving area outside the halls. Rooms are good. No lapses in service provided. Last but not the least. Toilets are very clean and continuously attended in all sections of the hotel.

JW Marriott Pune is just awesome, the management and staff have one objective, making sure every little detail of your stay is addressed to ensure you have a personalized and pleasant experience. Wouldn't think of staying any where else!

Pathetic service. Check out is confusing and new staff does not anything, they are like headless chickens. Spice kitchen they don't service you properly, instead take care of foreign guest and Indian guests are left to their luck to keep on requesting their food. Baggage was brought to the room by late 1 hour wait.

For Paasha The best of this place is its location! Starstruck The cool breeze not too loud music amazing ambiance! Superb Place for a night! Food was good enjoyed the biryani a lot. The 1st table I got was nt tht comfy but then got the place changed. Drinks were great! enjoyed them! I can only positive of this Hotel reports. The hotel rooms are huge (bigger than my apartment almost), especially the shower is great. The staff is very friendly. Some things take somewhat longer. For example, I had asked me postcards to organize. This lasted a few days and then there were a few. But of course they are little things. The Breakfast is very good, the gym is well equipped and clean — and when you over the weekend remains to get even two trainers hours including. Also included is a "free" (so, for example, to the Mall, and two movie tickets.

Yesterday we had a company party which started at 7 pm and at 7:30 pm they were out of juice, At 9 pm they were out of starters. At 9:15 pm they were out of beer. Dinner was so pathetic and god knows from which material it was made up that it hurt stomach and other parts of body next morning. : ( Ridiculous staff behavior. DJ was also ok. Better to go Area 51. Area 51 is lot lot lot lot better than this ridiculous Miami. never ever go to miami.

Great place, my clients and me found this property is best with good and helpful staff, good food, ideally located, but only one thing about I feel so sad is Toilet Facility For the chauffeurs who bring the clients here, it's so bad, unclean, stinking, no proper place to have a shower also, this is what I have noticed, we Indians should have to learn a lot about personal Hygiene, unfortunately apart of Taj property I have recommended this property to my clients, but after I saw the toilet here I have decided, I never recommend this place again to any of my clients. So sad, I found this place is great but it's something like a good cup of Tea serving in a ugly mug. This is not to hurt anyone but this is the reality I can see here now. I think one day people may realise all are humans and personal hygiene is one of the most important for everyone. Thank you.

Had a wonderful time at the JW Marriott Hotel Pune. (stayed on 30th Nov) We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite and given the best of the treatment. The rooms were excellent. Loved the lounge. Breakfast spread was amazing. Being a platinum member, was given a royal treatment. Thank you to the entire staff of JW Marriott. You made the stay memorable for my mom, sis, neice and ofcourse me.

Its just feel great whenever I think about the stay at JW. Was there for 2 Nights but got a experience of a Lifetime. Gr8 Staff. Gr8 View. Awesome Food. And for "MiAMi" just one word SUPERB.
