The service is not upto the mark and also the rooms r not the way they look in the pics provided. The bathroom is way to small. All though the hotel is good for the price of u get a good discount but the staff is not helpful. I got a good deal with the hotel else I would not even rate it a one. The hotel needs to maintain its property well n have a better staff for good business.

Ok for the price rooms are big and spacious, beds are cozy comfortable however the property is old and is not at all maintained. Do not expect a lot based on the pictures available. Lot of small things are not in place. Like the curtains are dirty, washroom is too small, taps are not working properly, stains everywhere furniture not well maintained.

Clean rooms, very courteous staff, service can be a little more prompt but overall had a good experience.

The hotel itself is a nice place to stay. The staff is also helpful. The location of the hotel is tricky as it is difficult to locate from the highway a billboard on the highway would make all things right. They could also improve on their breakfast improve.

Looks nice and comfortable. Most important for me is decent quality bed and cushions, clean operational toilet and shower. Free Wi-Fi is a bonus. This hotel qualifies for all the above, I slept in a 4 star hotel in Addis Ababa, and the pillows was terrible, so I tested the bed and pillows and it was comfy. I would not mind to sleep with my family there. If one looks carefully you will find the odd chip here and there, but if one is not fussy, then this is a good clean hotel. Large dining area, large lounge, outside restaurant with decent pool with good pricing. Next to major highway and close to Balewadi stadium.

This could have been very good experience, if they had maintained cleanliness. There was a thick layer of dust below the bed. Also, vegetarian food is not that good.

Nice Hotel. Banquet hall is good and spacious. Very good and affordable place for small functions.

1. Lack of fibre at complementary breakfast 2. Lack of house keeping support post 12 pm 3. Drinking water has a high chlorine content in it tastes like swimming pool water. Packaged 1L bottles cost 40 Rs each. 4. Hot water is not available 24/7 and temperature is only Luke warm at night.

It's fabulous hotel to stay. Location is near by highway. Breakfast is very nice. We had dinner in Vdeck that was amazing. So overall its nice. One good thing is hot water for Bath as well in wash basin also. But TV screen is small.

No proper maintenance total setup was looking very old need to make so many repairs not even intercom works properly. Mosquitoes biting. In between power cut no backup. Waste of money not satisfied.

Good for a business traveler. Not way to far away from the airport and in close proximity of the IT hubs. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained.

Superb. Location isnt good. Rest everything was very good. Adjoining restaurant provides delicious food.

3rd visit to FAB Sadanand in a span of two months. 2nd visit I was told, they stopped providing refrigerator in rooms, however, on 3rd visit I found my room to have a refrigerator. Luke warm water in running tap (not hot at all). After asking to fix this for three consecutive days. They were ready to supply hot water in buckets. Main guy at the counter carries careless attitude. Hotel staffs are good. Started to dislike it now. Gradually there services are becoming pathetic.

Service is good but no Wi-Fi facility in rooms as committed before booking room.

The rooms are decently big. Breakfast is good. It's located right on the highway.

Worst experience ever in any hotel. Realised Treebo is best You won't get kettle for coffee or tea The phone was dead for some time No hot water 24 hrs AC is also in bad condition. Staff support not up to the mark The good thing was average food I won't ever suggest anyone to stay there.

Excellent Budget hotel for families and business travellers, good food, complimentary breakfast with variety, prime location on Mumbai Bangalore highway.

Big property. Proper parking space. Good according to budget. Room condition is good for executive rooms but washrooms are poorly managed. Wifi not working properly and mobile network for airtel are not proper in the building.

Hotel location is good but housekeeping staff is like we face in a budget lodge. Reception staff is professional, also plz call your own towel and dental kit, towels were full of stains which will make you feel of HOTEL DECENT OF JAB WE MET and now a days all good hotels gives you a dental kit, but this will charge you that to for a local brand. But have to say the hotel had good water heating solutions for bath.

It is very good hotel as they are very friendly with their guests. This hotel breakfast is very nitrous for the players. Although the a la carte menu is a bit costly then to the service is good. Good combination of Maharashtrian and western Dishes.

Horrible customer service. Bad food. Mannerless manager. No courtesy. Only plus point of the hotel was spacious rooms and location.

Hi All, . Please read review completely if you want save your money & want to avoid unpleasant stay. 1. Reception staff is all filled with white collar gundas. They don't know how to talk. Especially the owner. My god I was surprised to see such behavior. 2. If any person reaching pune early morning and has booked this hotel than make sure you spend your time on the road till 12 pm because here the check in time is 12pm. Trust me even 10 mins prior check will not be allowed. 3. If you have booked the room with complimentary breakfast, then your comp breakfast will be given next morning not on the day you check in. 4. Untrained staffed. 5. Room has open wires which is not safe. 6. TV in the room has no other channels expect Marathi. 7. Restaurant staff is not trained & arrogant. Please avoid this hotel if you want to save money & have a pleasant stay. Thanks for reading the complete review.

Location is prime, on Mumbai Pune Highway. Nearby market is a KM away. Rooms are also good, required lil more maintenance.

Worst one Paid money twice Once through fab mobile app And then at Hotel also, as told to me that they have not received Till todate waiting for refund Rooms r large, but smelling badly Toilet ok but electricity fitting has open wires, linen not good quality Breakfast not that good.

Good place to host a party. Food is nice. Alcohol needs to be brought on your own if you are here to host a party.

I didn't visit sadanand resort but it is outside view. It's main Mumbai-banglore highway. Transportation so easy. Nearest places are Hinjewadi IT park.

Ambience and Service is good but food quality can be improved. Food is costly.
