Good service family friendly hygiene.

Was celebrating my birthday so decided to pay extra and book a room with an upgrade. Was very excited for our stay only to be kept waiting in the lobby till 430. That too for a room of a lower categor.

Great Luxury stay! The rooms and ambience is superb! The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! Room service be the best in class!

As the holy month of Ramdhan is almost come to an end with the beginning of day of Eid. On this special occasion Hyatt Regency brings up with great lavish feast prepared by culinary expert that bring out the best delectable delicacies to conclude the holy month of Ramdhan and to celebrate Eid with love ones that too deliver on the door steps following with safety protocol need in this current situation. Menu seems to be pretty good as there were good options for vegetarian which is the best thing. Now coming to the food,
From the appetizers Veg Shaami Kebab was good, moist and sure to make you fall in love with its flavor when it places in mouth. Highly recommended. Bhuna Pyaaz ka Tawa Paneer was pretty decent the sweetness from the fried onion coated well on paneer with some of the spices. Taste wise its good but somewhere paneer become hard. Share the feedback to team. But can give try. Mathania Mirch Murgh Tikka was totally awesome. Perfectly tenderize chicken tikka pieces absorbed the spicy marination well and cooked to perofection as can pricked with fingers. Taste was mild spicy with touch of yoghurt and charred flavor. Highly recommended for this. Kalimirch ka Ghost was star appetizers for me, mutton was tenderized with peppery kick on it and slight gravy balance with some caramelised onion. Highly recommended to try this. From the mains,
Gobi Musallam was on the mark but I feel Gobi should be charred or need little more marination.

Good Ambience. Food quality & taste is good. But variety & service is not good. Even they are not give attention.

Food is healthy and hygienic of course. Being expensive there is nothing charming about the hotel. Dining was sort of boring. Food presentation was good, everything look very fresh but I feel taste needs to be improved.

The food and service at Zeta is one of the finest. The Waldorf salad with an Asian twist and charcoal broccoli are a must try. And the marshmallow dessert is exquisite. The ambience and extremely hospitable staff made it even more awesome for us. Thank you Hyatt.

Wish I Could Work There As An Employee.

Second time in Pune and first time in this hotel. Overall it was great experience. Rooms are large and also my room was having own terass area. Good fitness room with good fitness equipment's. Friendly hotel staff. Breakfast was great with multiply different varieties and I was really enjoying coffee/tea servicing staff during breakfast.

A grand Hotel, large marble entrance ways, long corridors, and nice rooms. Excellent service at the desk and in all the restaurants and bars. Rooms are spacious with everything you'd expect, maybe a little dated. Bar is nice place to relax. Buffet cafe was good value for money.

Nice experience of stay. Good view from hotel window. Best part is about the staff they will go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. Breakfast, where you can find almost every cuisine. Stay was so comfortable with housekeeping keeping your room n bathroom so tidy. My preferred place to stay in Pune and if anyone of you are visiting Pune this is a recommended hotel for stay.

A luxurious seven star comfortable hotel with a sprawling layout and smart, courteous staff. We were there for a workshop and the food, especially the dessert and the starters were amazing. The cookie platter during tea was also yummy. The spa is posh and clean and smart. The staff is supportive. They have state of the art lockers, a Jacuzzi and a steam room. Did not experience the roomstay.

Parking my own car should be the first option — not a valet parking. Not having to give my keys to a valet would be more satisfying. All the disclaimers anyway say that the hotel is not responsible for any damages caused to my car. Believe me this is more satisfying to me. If I'm allowed to park my car, the car parking too will have good housekeeping as the hotel will be concerned about maintaining standards.

We went for our office annual party. The arrangements were nice. Reception Staff was friendly. But the food was really pathetic. And the staff serving the food were kids from some hotel management school who had no clue! Seating arrangements were such that only the aisle seats could get any food. We were sitting in the middle and didn't get any starters. And when we asked the guys serving them to pass it along they just made weird faces and left. Really childish behavior.

La Terrazza is no doubt one of the finest Italian place in Pune. They have one of the finest wine collection. The ingredients they put into the dishes are mostly imported from Spain and Italy. They have a fine attention to every detail going into dishes. The service provided by Naman was too good. He had a good knowledge of the food. He was very kind and polite to us. Chef Mohan also was very helpful explaining the menu. I had a great time visiting this place for the festival they had. The fest is till 31 july you should give it a visit.

Was on a company sponsored event at one of their conference hall. Breakfast, lunch and snacks was served by the hotel. I also stayed at IBIS in May 2018 and the food there was much better. Some of the staff weren't courteous and I also overheard a server having an argument with the manager while breakfast was being served. There was no variety in Non Veg during lunch (Just two dishes) and during breakfast, they didn't mention whether the cake was eggless or not and kept it in the Veg section. The halls were good and the hotel had ensured that there was someone to pass around the mike.

Superb rooms. Very good amenities. Rooms are specious. Very good tub for a cool tub bath. I had excellent night sleep, courtesy comfortable AC and good bed. Breakfast was excellent. Good variety, I could get everything that I would have loved for breakfast. Good preparation. Service orientation of staff was impressive. I attended a conference here and found conference area to be quite specious. Chairs were comfortable, good acoustics. Food was good and so was the attitude of staff. Outside ambience quite good, green with lots of trees. Sufficient parking. Overall a nice luxury hotel in Pune highly recommended.

Good service. Had Sunday brunch… The theme was Street food… They had Street carts at the entrance… apart from this there were different foods from different parts of the world. They also had live music… Place for small kids to play with toys… Overall once in a while experience…

Great ambiance. Good hospitality. Mind blowing food. Prime location. Great for the corporate meets as multiple offices are nearby. There's a mall nearby where one can go for shopping. The Aga Khan Palace is the Palace of historic importance which is nearby. Pune Airport is within the reach. Overall great experience.

Visited the hotel to attend an company event. Place is quite good and is well maintained. Arrangements were quite neat. Snacks were well cooked and was served hot.

Everyone loved the large rooms and halls. The architecture of this building is really cool. They have given a perfect finish. Centralized AC for halls and dinning area. The food was delicious with lots of varieties. The services were really good, they were considerate. Has a play area. A really perfect place to stay.

Eat Street Brunch @ Hyatt Regency Hyatt Regency is located at a prime location in Vimanagar. The restaurant has started an amazing concept of Eat Street brunch were street food from across the world is served under one roof. The idea is to serve people delicious food with selected and popular street food and few main course options as well. The arrangement is beautifully done where you get a feel of an actual street side setup with display counter and multiple live counters …where the food is prepared after you order for it. The Eat Street Brunch focuses on 3 major cuisines every week and the cuisines keep on shuffling every week. Thai being favorite and liked by most people is offered most of the time. This week when we visited we got to explore Turkish, Marwari and Thai cuisine. I won’t be elaborating with all the dishes that we had, but there were around 150 plus options in all three cuisines and around 35 plus desserts/sweets.
They also had live singers performing some pleasing music. The singers Hamir & Lisa were exceptional and made sure everyone swayed on their tunes. Overall: Service was exceptional and restaurant was hygienic. The pricing for the unlimited food buffet is 1499 plus taxes, 2299 plus taxes for unlimited food with IMFL & Cocktails and is undoubtedly one of the best deals which I have found in recent times. Thanks a lot Chef Anirban Dasgupta for inviting us to experience this amazing food journey, and @Ankoura Verma for hosting us.

Wonderful ambiance, delicious food, huge variety to choose from and good customer service in the lap of luxury. What else one wants to feel pampered? Totally recommend.

Hi Good hotel as expected from Hyatt. What found is there walks are bare. Right from the lobby to the hall that we had our event all the walls were bare. Or looked bare. Felt like much good space is wasted. With paintings and artificates it would look more scenic living.

The hotel is rather luxurious, housing both standard rooms and apartments. The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and attentive. The hotel contains three areas to eat: a cafe, a bar, and an Italian restaurant; the food is very expensive — and in my honest opinion not worth the excess amount, I found it cheaper and more enjoyable to eat at the nearby Phoenix Mall. The hotel is not near any tourist areas or attractions, however it is across the road from the WNS business. The largest, possibly only, nearby attraction is the aforementioned mall which you can get to via a hotel taxi or a rickshaw. Overall, it is a lovely hotel, merely not the best location of you're traveling for leisure.

Excellent service and food. One of the top hotels in Pune. Restaurants and Cafe offer excellent food for all tastes. Do meet chef whenever you visit their restaurants.

I was there 2 days back and I need to surely inform this to the Chef or anyone who is incharge of the deserts that the Mithai Sucks, you all don't know what it is to make Sweets. They taste so horrible and not authentic at all. You guys should get tutorials on how to make delicious Indian deserts.

Excellent property and location. There are multiple restaurant. I tried two of them. Food is really nice. If you are looking for relaxing weekend, must go for Spa. Rooms are clean but I felt it little smaller than other Hyatt I stayed.

Spent the evening at The Cafe. Good space, decent service. They have a nice outside spot to sit and have drinks with cigarettes. Nice ambience.

Really liked the hotel. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Parking is too big and very safe so no need to worry about your vehicle. Food served is really good. Only thing a little downside were the washrooms. They were clean but a few were not operational. And no cleaning staff was visible for it. Rest it was really good.

Nice buffet spread at the Cafe cut restaurant! Good range of cuisines from Western, Indian, Asian, Japanese, Italian etc etc. Starters, Soups, Salads, Mains, desserts the choice is incredible! You will definitely find something to your liking and taste sensitivities!

Very nice property… Good service apartment… All day dining has very good spread and variety… The chefs are really talented specially Sous Chef Surajit Roy… Never had better fish curry… It was wow!

Very good and extravagant menu. Good ambience and live music is available. There are good packages available here including drinks to a full course. Toddler play area available for kids which is supervised as well. The staff is well mannered and will make you feel comfortable. Food is good but I won't call it extraordinary. However, the good ambience and well behaved staff more than makes up for it. Desert options are awesome with huge variety so people with a sweet tooth will like this place. Budget for 2 under food package on weekends would be around ₹3600 including everything but there are discounts available.

Spent half day here and it was pleasent experience. Meeting hall was very specious with good decoration. Good Food and snacks provided. Superb service. Just one observation regarding parking space. Hotel having ample parking space however it was not clean, smelly and not sufficient lighting.

Good place. Very very expensive. We chose Apartment services. Amazing breakfast options. Amazing amenities. Quick services. Okay restaurant food when ordered to room. Too much waiting for spa services. Best part it's nearest to Phoenix's market city mall. Shopping! Yay!.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Pune, 1 BHK Apartments. Rooms were cleaned & well maintained. All the basics things were available in the kitchen. I loved my stayed for 3 days. Breakfast was also very good & even the surrounding. A good place to stay during vacation.

Customer service is among the best in the world. Trust me, I've been to many places and these at the Hyatt Pune know how to make you feel like home. The first room they have me however had some bad smell because of the humidity. After a day they assigned a new room and it was perfect. Try their spa massages… super good!

One of the top hotels in Pune. I stayed here for 4 months in 2016. Hotel staff are very friendly and cooperative, which is expected. However they do accommodate your customized expectations. I stayed in both standard room (Hotel) and also in service apartment. Pool, gym, sauna are well maintained. I wanted to give 5 star, but due to one point I'm giving 4. I happened to visit basement parking one day, the condition was horrible. Foul smell due to low maintenance, did not expected to be that way. I believe same standard should be maintained everywhere. Over all very nice experience during my stay. @Hyatt, please look into the above point. I'm happy to change my rating, if fixed.

+ 10 Mins drive from the airport + Rooms are big and depending on where's your room view can be nice. + More than essential toiletries are provided + Internet is fast ++ Business centre lady is indeed very helpful and warm and understands time critical situations. ++ Very warm and helpful staff they have here, no doubt in that. — Food isn't that great (personally that's what I felt during my three day stay) — Internet is not complimentary — Bathroom glass doors aren't that clean — Business centre can be a nightmare, there is hardly any one there.

I was staying in this hotel from 4th to 20th October. I was playing a chess tournament in Pune called World Championship under 20 years. While we were playing the game in main Hyatt Hotel, the cleaners were cleaning our room. They had 14 days to see where do we keep our money. On the last day the whole 6th floor lost some money, and someone lost it from the 2nd floor too. It was too late and we couldnt do anything because we had to go to a flight back. They took 200 euros from me, and all together they took about 2000 euros. And when I was leaving the Hotel, they wanted me to pay for the drinks I didnt drink from the mini bar. It was a long bill, and I had like the most expensive drinks like rum, and scotch and according to the bill I drank it all the first day. Really bad experience here, and if you can go somewhere else, I would recommend you to that, because your things will not be safe in this hotel, and they will try to screw you up.

One of the best Hotels in India I've been to. I had attended a private function over there and after every 2 minutes food and drinks were served over there. It also has one of the best architecture! Awesome.

It looks as if the Hotel in the years to come. I was on the sixth floor, and there it smelled very musty. The food is good and abundant, but for Indian conditions only good. The Service is courteous and well-organized small things are an accepted and each wish fulfilled. Therefore, I can recommend the Hyatt.
