I recently got married at Hyatt place, Hinjewadi, very beautiful and a warm welcome from all the staff, they had taken all necessary precautions against the pandemic, will surely recommend for all, thankx Mr. Sandeep our event manager who handled our ceremony very well.

It was a pleasant stay, I was there for around two months. Be it hospitality, food everything was top notch. Would definitely give it a go if and when I travel to Pune.

Dinner Buffet spread was very limited as compare to other hotels like Vivanta just 2 kms away from Hyatt Place. No juices in buffet instead they were chargeable. Self service for Chaat Items. I had lot of expectation from Hyatt but very upset. We have to stay for next 14 days but we the first day experience only was very horrible…

I have been staying in this facility on my multiple trips to Pune. They provide excellent personalized services. Facility is top notch, rooms are very comfortable and well thought out. Highlight of this place is their staff. Excellent customer focus and they ensure that you always feel at home! I am super impressed with their personalized service.

It is a great place to stay. A complete luxurious experience. Lots of places to eat nearby. All in all you can have a peaceful and wonderful stay if you can afford it.

Very nice place for short stays. Buffet Breakfast is nice with a big variety. Has a pool & gym. Parking is available. Did not try dinner as it was a bit expensive and instead opted to eat out instead. Rooms are pleasant and big. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Located in phase 1, a good place to stay especially if you are traveling to work in phase 3 to beat the traffic.

This is one of the better hotels in Hinjewadi. The rooms are clean and service okay. Sleep quality is good. The breakfast spread is also good. There is a small coffee outlet in the lobby which if you are meeting guests.

Just an ordinary business hotel. Unlike the name of Hyatt. Not so good food and service. Had a cheese cake which wasnt soft. It seems the cake was made couple of days back and was preserved in fridge just for us.

Very neat and clean. Parking should have an elevator directly into the building. There's no obvious valet parking. Food and drinks are good. Wifi connectivity and staff are also good.

Place is good, I have been to this place for parties couple of times in last 4 years and it didn't change a bit. Nice pool side dinner arrangements. Food was delicious. People are nice. Had been for my best friends Wedding Reception. Awesome place, food, ambience and service as well. It was organised at pool side. With link colored decoration and red stage. Recommended for quick veg bite.

Well the place doesn't need that review since it's HYATT. The services are undoubtedly good. We had team party here which was pool side and the view was amazing. The food was super tasty and they had lots of options for drinks. The parking is not an issue here. We were total 50-60 people with couple of two wheelers and four wheelers. Along with their were vehicles of people who were staying here. Overall it's a nice place for lunch/dinner or team party if you have a good budget :).

The pool was not as big as it appeared in the photographs but the bed was comfortable and the quality of the television set and the cable options available. Was really disappointing to have the worst buffet ever yesterday that too at Hyatt place which has a big name. At the rate of 899/ — + taxes we found it completely waste as none of the dishes served in the buffet menu was good in taste and none of the dishes was even warm. Only the breakfast we had today was good. Faltu experience we had at Hyatt in terms of food. I am giving extra star bcs of the service which we had at the hotel. Hope they will improve in future…

We had a team dinner for about 15 of us. Went with a set buffet menu. Staff was really helpful serving starters at the table. Food was really good. Not very oily or spicy. Decent spread for the value.

Located close to the highway, so easy access. Time are good, spacious but can be better. Service could be much better. It took unusually long for them to get some basic finger food to the room. It's a no smoking hotel, so one can smoke only outside. There's a pool too, which I did not use so can't comment on it. The staff is warm but can be better trained.

Spent around 3 days in meeting space 3 food offered was on the mark** If you want hall for any meeting purpose I will suggest you to bring own projector. The hotel provides worst projector. My personal experience.

The buffet menu has a lot of variety, spread across a five course meal. All the items have a unique flavour, as they should. The mood and ambience is perfect for a family dinner. The hospitality and service is top notch. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay! Especially when you are with kids! The rooms are really spacious and have ability to house triple occupancy as they have a sofa-cum-bed.

We had been at grand Hyatt Hinjewadi dinner buffet. Mixed feeling, expected much better service and hospitality. Starters are very limited and short of variety, all though only Starters we liked… Ice creams are missing from buffet. When my kid asked for they brought one scoop. 4 variety of ice cream are mention on buffet.
Main coarse rice noodles did not like the taste. Variety of main coarse is also limited. Expected much better than what we received…

Below average Hyatt hotel, rooms are clean and spacious but the facilities and service is mediocre at best. The hotel restaurant offers a very limited selection for breakfast, hotel gym is in a dark downstairs room with limited equipment and room service takes up to an hour (for a bucket of ice! ) Consider other hotels in the local area.

Was there for a buffet lunch, services were good. Very large group needs to be separated so not very good for them, but great for medium or small groups. Food quality was good and charges were reasonable as well.

While trying to figure out Hyatt points somehow the booking went through and we called the next minute (not even a day or hour later) and were told payment has gone through and it cannot be refunded. I work for a hotel and I know it is not that big a deal. Their sales ppl clearly have no ethics. They are touts and not professionals.

As a guest in the hotel I have had a bad experience in this 4 star hotel It is worst than a 3 star very irrresponsive staff no proper bell boy service here too. The buffet here has also very bad taste food and also very uncleanness in serving food not giving required cutlery or plates Please never book this buisness hotel Your money will go a total waste really never think of coming here you will get disappointed.

Very excellent buffet. We were there for lunch Awesome starters. Great ambience. Very good concept as well as open kitche. Tasted all of the food on the buffet the food was all good and tasty. The staff are excellent the service and the standard were all good.

Came here to stay for a couple of days. Loved the hospitality of the staff and the overall cleanliness not only of the room but the overall Hotel too. The Gym and the Swimming Pool are certainly few of the many plus points of Hyatt.

We were there for one birthday celebration party. They have wide variety of testy Food. Decor is simple and yet exquisite. The staff is extremely polite and well mannered, I would say a wonderful experience delivered by the hotel.

Went for a customer dinner, very nice support, well priced custom menu, simple yet nice wine selection, good private dining area, prompt service, happily surprised. The buffet experience has not been great hence I was not sure what to expect, but was delighted.

Absolutely fantastic. Probably the best hotel in Hinjewadi, even better than Courtyard in many respects. Very personalized service and committed staff. I was required to leave for office very early in the mornings, and they used to have packed breakfast ready at the lobby at 4am everyday. Definitely coming back here again.

We booked this place for 50 people at lunch time. They served very delicious starters. I will rate 4.5 /5 for main course and for 5/5 for desert. Food place for lunch and dinner. Ambience 5/5. Location 4/5. Parking 4.5/5.

We had been for lunch buffet n it was a very bad experience. Will never visit it ever again… Starters were too limited, we were three n it was not even sufficient for 3. There was no variety in food was tasteless basically… None of the main course was even average… the staff didn't even care to Tel us that starters are over n we can proceed with the buffet. We waited for long and then moved to buffet. It was total waste of money, ice creams were mentioned will be in 4 varieties none were at the buffet. When we asked they provided us with single vanilla scoop. Not expected such type of service and taste of food from brand like Hyatt.

I was there yesterday with my colleagues for team lunch … women's day…
Saw a bunch of females at the live pasta counter at Hyatt … I thought they must have taken a women's day package or something, they get to cook with the head chef. My colleagues and me sat at our table and were binging on the starters … surprisingly the head chef Jitender comes to us and tells us. Being women's day we can cook with him at the live counter they set for making pasta……
so yeah… All of the above :) we made pasta. White sauce and red sauce… supper yummy ones :)
all of us got a complimentary chefs hat :P We all had a great time… Thank you Hyatt Place Pune/Hinjawadi we all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly … we all exited with beautiful red roses :)

It's a practically new Hyatt located in Hinjewadi. Well situated if you have business or meetings in Hinjewadi or Pirangut. A quality buffet.

Truly defines and keeps up The Hyatt brand name… had an awesome stay on weekend… promptness of services, staff, ambience, food everything was just up to d mark. N not to forget d hotel rooms were well maintained decent n cozy … the only drawback was connectivity to pune city as it was too far from the main city … Look forward to stay der again wenvr we happen to visit pune…

Starting from the reservations till the drop off – everything was very well organized and well taken care, especially the front office crew. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area. A bunch of young professionals is running a hotel like Hyatt place so smoothly in the heart of Pune (Hinjewadi) … overwhelmed by their cordial hospitality… & I will really miss our room in Hyatt Pune from the height of 7th floor. Special mention to Receptionist & Housekeeping you made our stay an wonderful experience. Truly a great experience at Hyatt Place, and the finest staff members. I wish you all the best.!

Good ambience, great menu. The food quality was great. The food itself was simple and to the point. There were very few vegetarian options in the dessert menu though.

Food is good and it's the first of Hyatt hotel where water hose is placed next to toilet but very poor on amenities, no toiletries except soap, not even tooth brush, no water bottle, no shoe brush. Practically just a 2/3 star hotel.

Business hotel with staff being very helpful. The breakfast is a delight in the morning with everything in the menu. Rooms and housekeeping top notch.

Rooms are nice, spacious and clean. This is a business hotel so don't expect luxury experience. I wanted a clean place to stay and happy with what I got.

Stayed here for a night with my wife and 2 year old daughter. It was a pleasant experience. Staff is really helpful and are always eager to help you with a smile.
