Well designed and spacious rooms, tasty food and quick service, well designed room lighting. Had good stay except one issue related to showers.

Rooms are good, open parking space, reception staff gave us the wrong room… aaahhh…, bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was neat and clean.

Place with the cheap price and good rooms. Services are Gud rooms are neat and clean, Wi-Fi is also ok. Rooms with fresh air fresh light. Breakfast is also Gud with no limits.

Hospitality not as expected from The Fortune. Located at prime location of busy Hinjawadi. Rooms are little congested. You won't find any kit (to ne used) in rooms. They expect you to request them each of these kit you want. Breakfast is just okay (buffet).

Hotel is really awesome. The service they provide is good and professional. The rooms are designed in such a way, providing great ambience. Restaurant at the ground floor called Orchid, where they serve best in class breakfast and its Buffet. It has minibar too, called Neptune. The rates are bit high, everything is double the market rate.

Staff is indeed courteous n prompt. Hygien cleanliness well maintained. Water n light supplies should be maintained. Shower leakage n light modes not functioning accordingly is a turn down. Rest food tastes good, lot of breakfast option, majority freshly prepared. Stayed in Pune hinjewadi hotel for approximately 3 weeks overall loved it.

Hotel rooms are big and spacious, facilities are many and all are enjoyable✌️ Its clean its hygiene Its beautiful. Modern amenities, they provide really useful kits and all are of good material.

Had a team dinner here. The hotel restaurant was empty and had no crowd. The place was quite dead. They have nice ambience and a good sitting place but the food was average. We went for buffet and it was ok.

A very good hotel. I visited this hotel 5 years back for my official work. The service was very good. Rooms are very nice, well decorated with modern furniture, TV and other house hold equipment. The location of this hotel is very good for IT employees those are commuting to Hinjewadi area. The only problem is the traffic in front of this hotel during the office hours.

The hotel was neat and clean. Rooms were cleaned regularly. Breakfast buffet had decent spread but not great in terms of taste. Lunch/Dinner was much better. Faced some issue with the Air conditioner which tends to heat the room in the morning. No swimming pool or Gym. Good connectivity to nearby areas, however very far from airport.

Very Good Ambiance. I went there to have my dinner with my friends. Place is very cool. I loved this place. I went there fir the first time. I will be surely going for next.

Good Property… Avoid having Food as most of the food is not fresh and tastes awful a bit stale.

Need better lighting system to ensure that missing one star is awarded. Rooms are good. Food is good. Small but good business hotel by fortune.

No changes, No improvements! will Never be here again! Worst of all is the Internet Speed! forget about watching videos, you can't even connect to your meetings with a good speed. The way the banquet team responded to our requirement was pathetic — banquet manager on leave; the co-ordinator was shabby with his responses and the final nail in the coffin was when I tried calling their board number which happened to be out of order and the mobile number to the co-ordinator not being responded to for hours at end as he was not on shift! Finally in the evening I receive a call and get told that we can go ahead only to be surprised that in 5 mins I got another call to tell me that the event cannot go on… outrageous ways of managing an establishment of this stature — not sure how ITC group is associated with such paltry businesses… I shall be a detractor for a long long time!
