The place looks good. But the rooms are maintenance lacks professional services. Towels, bedsheets, are clean but not up to the mark. Food ok. My bathroom drainage was blocked. Needs improvement.

Best in the city. Professional staff and service. Good quality food. May face elevator issues sometime. Rooms are far better. Has a huge Lawn, multiple banquet and party halls, cafe, restaurant, bar and swimming pool.

Beautiful hotel. The foyer and reception area is very palatial. Room size is large 240 sqr ft ideal for family with little kids. It is a new hotel so rooms are very well furnished and bed linen, towels etc are very clean. There is underground parking for vehicles. Reception staff is polite and efficient, check in without any hassle. Room service is prompt and food quality was good.

Overall the stay was happy and pleasant. The hotel is spacious and clean. The only problem was with the hotel maintenance and housekeeping. They lacked knowledge and were slow. The food was tasty as well. Had a wonderful experience.

It's the best hotel in Amravati where one gets good room service and even an attached restaurant where one can have anything on there plate… It's really a good hotel.

Best hotel in Amrawati currently. Superb rooms and washrooms. Elegant and sweet. The staff at front desk can be a little rude sometimes. Overall very good. Clean and tidy. Service can be a little lag sometimes. Food is Awesome.

The hotel is well designed and does look quite grand with an impressive entrance and facade. Spacious rooms ideally designed for hosting marriage parties. On the flip side half the rooms didn't have hot water kettles, tea bags etc. Attempts to pull open the sofa into a double bed resulted in sections coming off altogether and the staff seemed used to it, removed the dismembered 1/3rd into the passage and brought mattresses instead. There lot of junk lying under the sofa. This happened in 2 adjacent rooms. There was insufficient hot water in the showers in the morning. There was a glass sky-walk and a pool on the fifth floor, the access to both were locked. Two glass bullet lifts of which one was shut down all day long for routine maintenance in spite of the fact that the management was well aware that there were so many guests on account of marriages. All meal timings are delayed by at least half hour. Staff was mostly untrained even serving with bare hands, not using gloves. Overall a below par experience in spite of good appearances and a great potential.

Absolutely shocked at the Director's attitude and respect for guests. Hope the hotel authorities can impart some hospitality skills to him. Not going to stay here ever.

Good ambiance of the hotel. The rooms are also spacious and clean. Highlight of my stay was the restaurant food; delicious dishes with lots of variety and amazing taste. Preparation time is a bit high but I feel it is worth the wait.

We were there for 2 days for wedding, just checked out yesterday evening. Awesome hotel, courteous staff, quick service and very good food. Rooms are superb! Its situated right on the main road. A very good hotel, in short!

Attended a Wedding at the Grand Mehfil. Everything from service, setup, food, serving was outclass. The arrangements were apt and the staff were polite and greetful. Overall a great experience!

Worst food and worst service in Amravati. I think they used refrigerated food. Worst food I have ate in my life.

Very good place in Amravati city. We drove over 3 hours to reach the place and the food was definitely up to the mark. It is a bit on the expensive side but it. The service was good as well. Only thing was that initially we entered the dining area and asked them if we could sit upstairs, so they said for smaller groups there is an extra fee which needs to be paid to sit upstairs which sounded weird. Post this we moved to the sports bar area where the seating was all on one level itself.
