Urbane By Treat

I would like thank you to mr akash and his team for best service provide us. We really enjoy the food and ambience and service. We must visit again.

Very good ambience. Wish to visit next with family. Last night we are enjoying. Ms. Nilima and staff very good handling.
All food are tasty last night dinner and specially breakfast. Thanks to chef satish and biki.

The stay at Urbane by Treat was fantastic.
Neat, clean and tidy rooms, beautiful ambience and excellent service by all staff; to name a few:
Neelima: F&B Executive.
Snehal: Hostess.
Suraj: Reception.
Pratima, Kanthee: Trainee.
The Chef — Gopi Buddhadev Mondal, was very innovative with his suggestions and presented excellently prepared dishes in every meal.
Special mention to GM, Mr Ashutosh, for his constant attention to every detail.

Specially our child enjoyed the whole food. Chef radhesyam Satish biki was too good in making food. We just love it. All staff are very polite humble. Last night we came late for food miss nilima ma'am arranged for us we are very much thankful. Otherwise we are sleeping empty stomach.

Me and my daughter went here for a short break. The room we books was clean and neat. The food very good and the service exclusive. The place was easily located and very close of all the landmarks of Daman. It is also safe and the staff here are courteous and kind. The food pricing is the same as any 4 star property. The rooftop is more expensive than the the resturant down. The resturant below have live music on weekends, since we went there on weekdays, we missed that. I would definitely love to come here again with my friends and family.

I celebrated my daughter's birthday in zaika. It was too good. Decor was awesome … and the staff pushpa and himanshu so cooperative well behaved. Food is very tasty every guest liked it… Mr Ankit Sir manages whole decoration and every thing very well… It was awesome experience here…

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. We would especially like to appreciate Nilima, Sushila, Saheb, and Chef Vickey for their excellent service, care, and hospitality throughout our stay. Their kindness and dedication truly made our experience more enjoyable.
The amenities provided were excellent and added great comfort to our stay. The overall service was smooth and professional. Thank you for the warm hospitality — we truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality of the hotel staff. Everyone was polite, helpful, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service — we look forward to visiting again! And specially.
Nilima saheb and purvisha.

The restaurant service was top tier done.
Nilima, Sushila, Kranti. And also the dosa cooked by Radhe shyam was really good, love the crisp. All the food was very tasty and we were just can't stop eating till our stomach was full. The area was very comfy and cozy with bright vision. Such a lovely resort.

It was wonderful having breakfast here. Chef Radeshyam was good. Staff has been extremely friendly and rk good care for kids.

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. No one even helped us with our luggage, which is basic hospitality—especially considering how expensive this hotel is.
Avhijeet Karmakar and behru lodha.
Came in at 10am to tell you to check out rather calling on the intercom provided by that hotel.
Absolutely third grade hospitality.
The worst part was during breakfast. When I picked up my plate, there was a dead mosquito on it. That was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. It clearly shows a lack of cleanliness and proper hygiene standards.
To make things even worse, when we were about to check out, the staff barged into our room without calling first. It made us feel extremely uncomfortable and disrespected. Instead of politely reminding us about checkout time, they just told us to leave.
Overall, this place is overpriced and not worth the money at all. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

The property is horrible, rooms feels claustrophobic, staff non cooperating, non trained … breakfast buffet had more mosquitos then food items there were dead mosquitos on the plate.
Staff barge in without prior information and just ask to leave which is disrespectful.
Mr Avijeet karnarkar and Mr bheru Lodha were very rude to my husband. We are regular in Daman and have stayed at top most property like Deltin Fern Silver waves but non these property gave us trouble like they did.
Overpriced non hygienic I was scared for my daughter's as well our health for getting bit by mosquito and Dengue.
No ventilation in the room.
Staff dnt help with the luggage.
So Travellers my humble request please do not choose this property.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the staff very helpful and they are always smiling and asking us if they can offer help! I would highly recommend this place! I want to take this opportunity to thank a few staff during our 5 day visit.
Puran, he’s special to me as he shares the same name as my late mother.
To name a few more.
Puspa, Kalpana, Ronisa, Vixit, Sushila, Snehal.

It was great experience staying here. The rooms are spacious and very clean where hygiene is kept on top priority. A must go place for stay, breakfast was fantastic with well trained staff. Ronisha attended us during breakfast she was polite and very helpful.
Entire staff is very much approachable and helpful😊

A truly pleasant dining experience. Ronisha was exceptionally welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu selections. We were particularly impressed by her ability to engage our restless toddler with such a warm and calming demeanor. It’s rare to find service that is both professional and so genuinely family-friendly.

Had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying experience.

The Hotel is really good located at a distance of 10-15 minutes from all the beaches. Rooms are spacious and good. The restaurant Zaika is also quite beautiful and food is delicious. Live music was quite awesome. Staff is courteous and helpful. Kalpana and her colleagues served us with a smile.
Only downside is that the checkout time is 10 am which is right after breakfast and the reception staff will call u around 8-8:30 to wake u up and ensure checkout : (
Overall a good experience.
