Palette - Silver Leaf

It was a good experience here. Rooms are too good but maintainance is not done properly. The food was average. I liked the aloo n paneer paratha the most. But the food is not up to the mark.

Very bad experience.
Waste of money.
Staff behaviour is very rudely.

We stayed in this hotel for one day. The rooms are pretty much decent and clean. I Just did Not understand why is there a glass door and a glass wall for the bathroom. And the hotel managment should check with the toilet flushes. We had to shift from one room to i. E. (202 to 205) another because the flush was not working properly. Please do check room 205 also same flush problem seems to be there. There is also a problem in the hot water pipeline I had to waste cold water for 15 mins to get warm water.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service during my recent stay at your hotel. The experience was far below expectations due to the following issues:
The AC in my room was not working, causing major discomfort.
No dental kit was provided, which is a basic amenity.
No staff member escorted me to my room after check-in.
The overall service was very unprofessional.
When I raised these concerns, your staff failed to provide a proper response or solution.

Location is good on highway… Proparty is old. Faces issue of service and poor response.

Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Hotel. I am really frustrated. Very much attitude people's are there. Specific Hotel Manager.
My own Review, I had stayed 2 days in this hotel from 7th may 2025 to 9th may 2025:
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly awful. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The staff was rude and unhelpful, the room was dirty and smelled terrible, and basic amenities were either broken or missing.
The photos online are completely misleading — nothing looked as advertised. Housekeeping never showed up, and when I asked for assistance, I was either ignored or met with attitude. Noise levels at night made it impossible to sleep, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable.
I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place. It was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment. I regret booking this hotel and will never return.
Note: I am having very horrible experience. Please don't come this hotel.

Ac not proper work of all rooms.
Hot water not available for bathing.
Room service very late.

Very very good service food is very good The location is GIDC near Near By NH 48 just 2 minute.

Good location in vapi gidc, rooms are big but service is slow.

Services are getting worse day by day,,, few staff, rooms are not getting cleaned properly, bedrolls are not cleaned, laundary delayed.
And they don't respond if you ask anything.

Horrible place to stay. The extra bed folded in the middle of the night. No hot water for shower. The linen looked dirty and unwashed.

Located very near to highway, very good hotel for stay having parking space nice lobby good restaurant on its top floor. Neat and clean room. Suite rooms are very big.

This is very comfortable hygiene sefty proparty so always booking. Parfect proparty injoy your day.

We always have a workshop in silver leaf.
Great ambience, food quality is excellent.

The hotel has a rich ambiance and some food in their Restaurant is good, but the Network issue in that area made me ill.

"The Silver Leaf Hotel in Vapi is a terrible place. When I went there, another guest was already unhappy and wanted to change rooms. Still, I decided to stay because it was late at night. The room I got was in bad shape — the lights didn't work properly, the AC was old and broken, the bathroom door made weird noises, and there were blood stains in the sink. When I asked for a different room, I was shown several with the same issues. Eventually, I got one with a working AC but a broken TV. I stayed the night but left first thing in the morning. Even the lift was faulty, getting stuck on the first floor. When I told the receptionist about everything, they didn't seem surprised, which was concerning. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. "

Good Hotel. Fine Rooms. Cordial Staff and great food.
