Neat and clean budget hotel – value for money. Great location few malls nearby, almost walkable. Online prices are better than what is quoted by Hotel directly. The buffet breakfast is good. Staff is very good & cooperative / helpful. There is a Café Coffee Day on the ground floor.

Room is small. But food quality is good … location is near to airport so if you travell by flight then this hotel is good…

As usual, a fantastic value driven experience. They have improved a lot since my visit last year. The property is under renovation. The buffet breakfast spread is good. The staff are courteous and helpful. You cannot get a better value at this price. I hope they continue to offer value synonymous with Tata brand.

Really good place to stay, situated at the tapi riverfront. Silent area. We have Cafe coffee day also in the premises of this hotel and zoomcar service also available in the basement parking of the hotel.

Hotel with class. Premium hospitality services. And even the food was also so delicious. Neat and clean. Lowest noise pollution. Best atmosphere. Best ambiance. Loved it over all.

Rooms are good, food is excellent, But a think is that they don't serve food after 11:00pm.

The rooms are small but decent in size. You cannot expect more than 2 people to fit in the room The bathroom is clean. The food is not so great.

The ambience at this hotel was fabulous and can be a luxurious hotel to stay. It also provided a breakfast buffet which had nearly all types of cuisines.

Nice stay at Ginger hotel. Rooms are very comfortable. The check in and check out timings are little odd.

Actually I went here for a meeting in the conference hall… but I am really amazed by the way they are maintaining this hotel. The food served was really delicious… there is no doubt that this hotel is worth for a 5 star rating.

Rooms are relatively small. And bathrooms are even smaller with hardly any ventilation. Biggest gripe is, bathroom fittings are age old and aren't properly working. May be old property. Also ac in room (probably quite new/ inverter type) wasn't cooling room as one would expect. Never felt like temperature set-in was achieved by cooling. Food was good though and very courteous staff.

The hotel is in a pristine location with a quiet neighborhood. It's an idle place to stay and conduct functions. The food is good. All in all, it's a good hotel with all basic necessities.

The hotel is great, staffs are professional! Rooms are lovely n well mentioned! They have daily room service! They provide a great complementary breakfast! The food is bit costly! Have a CCD in the lower floor n a garden to relax! The hotel is situated in one of most posh area in Surat! The room rent is costly but it's reasonable!

A good budget hotel but difficult to locate as no roadside visible signage. Adequate car parking area. No concierge service. The lift cabin is small, just enough for one luggage trolley and 2 persons. The reception is on the first floor, for which the guest has to select 0 in the elevator!

Ginger hotel is placed in very clean and upper class residency. If you are a fan of Cars and superbikes then morning and evening walk of just 10 minutes around will please your eyes with Audi, BMW, and other top end cars. The hotel is nearer to Highway. I stayed in AC single accommodation. The room area seems small. All the other facilities like laundry, ironing, housekeeping are very good. Hotel provides mini refrigerator and Tea/coffee maker in room. Hotel staff is also good and helping. The breakfast items are good. The hotel has also pick up and drop facility to Airport and Surat Railway station. Extra discount is offered to Corporate customers.

Being a budget hotel I was not expecting much. I was happy I got a comfortable airport pick up and drop. But was shocked at the service. The reception gave me a key and expected me to go to my room on my own. When I put in the key, to my horror there was a gentleman already in the room! Is this expected from a Tata group? Food had very bad smell of the cooking medium. I am sure I am NEVER going to Ginger or suggest anyone either. It was a horrifying experience.

It was beautiful-peaceful and relaxing. Staff was outstanding. The restaurant was exceptional along with the hosts and servers.

Positive: secluded place. Good for couples. It has a lawn too. Negative: it's a take away store so you won't get stuff in glass or China ware.

Value for money hotel with very small rooms, need to improve good food menu.

Good to stay if you are ginger fan. Average food, small rooms, smelly rooms, tiny gym just for name sake. Bit high priced. Best part is its location.

Located In a quite calm place and good area. Rooms are adequate, not too big or too small but good enough for the price range. Few rooms have river view which you can get and breakfast is also good. There is a cafe coffee day below to chill out after full day of work. Overall nice experience.

Poor hospitality. No good restaurant. Morning rice may be served in evening if you order rice dishes.

Rooms are small. U dont get any taste of gujrati food here nor do they have Chinese food. Car service is not on time. Room service is not good enough. Dey dont clean up d room even by 5pm. Just 1 good thing its nearer to airport.

Everything is good other than room and room service. No doubt ambience and place of Hotel is awesome.

Standard Ginger hotel, good for travellers. You get all basic amenities and decent food. Nothing fancy though.

The rooms are bad. No hot water in the tap. No one came to attend in spite of calling several times. Poor condition of window AC.

Bath Water is not hot. Only warm. House keeping not good. Food is good. But still worth a stay as price is low.
