Clean rooms. Swimming pool has good depth and also has a kids section. Good food at the restaurant. Sadly no eggs for breakfast even on a Sunday. Otherwise a more than decent option for a stay at Daman.

One of the best resort to stay in daman opposite to Devka beach with hygiene rooms. Has a nice place in between the resort for perfect relaxation. Even you can find a great big wine shop on the entrance itself so no need to travel far to get liquors They do provide good food at proper rates.

Overall really good for a family trip as a pleasant stay. Rooms were bit smaller and prices were bit high but understanding weekends crowd its acceptable at the end… Its having all amenities and good atmosphere / Surrounding…

Nice resort near by the beach. Resort is having good neat and clean rooms. Have small swimming pool along with splash pool for children. It has Disco theck in hotel. Nice beach at walking distance give you Joy full day.

A happenning place to stay. Good place as well as ambiance. Staff is very co-operative that makes stay worth experiencing. Food is also good. Discotheque makes the stay more enjoyable. Overall a stay worth experiencing.

A value for money hotel. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Food and beverage options are very limited. Poolside rooms should be preferred as the rooms in the next block are next to an entertainment park. The joy rides cause lots of noise and the little joy ride train passes right next to the room window. Good bye privacy…

Decent place. Not great. Good swimming pool is a plus. Overall rooms are ok. Not great. Rooms need some renovations. Food is good. Room service is satisfactory. 2 stars for food. 1 star for swimming pool. Location is good. It is away from main beach so not crowded. Vehicle is must to travel.

Checked in today morning. The staffs are really well trained and well behaved. Very polite. Room service is also good. The food quality is good in taste. Loved the hotel. Very recommended for family and couples.

Too good, we celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary. Breakfast quality was also too good. Room was clean, bathroom also good with hot water facality. View n for photography good place.

Worst place to stay. Not worth for money. Poor service. Worst breakfast. No amenities. Swimming pool is very small. Room condition is also not good. No door bell is not available as waiters r making disturbance by knocking the door. They have not maintained the property. Blankets r dirty. We have booked the higher category room here but not get any good service.

Very good place to stay at a very cheap rate! Since the property is old, it is not maintained properly. The service is fine and the rooms are also tolerable! It is a perfect budget hotel in Daman! Moreover, it is exactly opposite to the Devka Beach!

Very good hotel. Infrastructure is awesome. Food is tasty. Everything is ultimate, but not for family public. Best suited for those who want to enjoy drinks. Couples and family public should avoid.

Budget hotel in Daman… Food was really very tasty… Nice Staff. Awesome location but rooms and decore need a good renovation and improvement. Rooms and bathrooms needs some serious repair work. Nice Swimming​ pool but pool water is not so clean. People smoking near pool and restaurant area, it Should be prohibited in this area.

We didn't stay here just went to their restaurant for dinner. Service was horribly slow. No water served. No napkins in the table although the other tables had them. Waiter kept saying food is coming. When we finally got up to leave after almost 45 mins of no service dinner was served. Food was good. But due to the bad service we didn't enjoy the experience at all. All their staff except for one was serving the tables on the beach.

A decent place to stay at Daman, without much frills. This place has seen ita glory days in the last decade, but hasn't been able to keep up with the times. Large enough rooms, but just one power plug. Good location, decent parking space. Pool is right outside the rooms. Breakfast is basic and just passable. But the water in the pool as well as the bathroom is very hard.

Quite reasonable, rooms are good, food is excellent especially fish, Do not expect any thing much in break fast (1 to 2 option). Tea is good. Swimming pool is not safe for kids. The big issue is water quality. The bathroom water is very hard and makes you really uncomfortable while taking bath. Otherwise the resort is value for money.

Courteous and friendly staff… Well maintained rooms and nice pool… Food quality a mix hit and miss … But very reasonable pricing.

If you're a group, believing in frugal vacations around Mumbai, you must have visited Daman. And in Daman this is the ideal place to stay, booze, visit the beach and relax in the swimming pool. You get complementary breakfast. The restaurant also serves lunch n dinner. You also have a liquor shop and a food joint just outside. So overall your visit is sorted! ;)

It's value for money, one or two items in daily breakfast (not many options). Rooms are good. Swimming pool is average basically due to hard water. The water quality in washroom is not good. But peaceful property and overall good experience. Food is reasonably priced and tasty.

The location is superb. Basic amenities are provided by the hotel. You get almost all the whiskies and wines at the bar here. The service is commendable. Pricing 3.5/5 Service 4.0/5

It is fantastic hotel, nice service and good quality and quantity, I have a good experience. Locations is nearer to the beach and nice atmosphere.

Totally deteriorating standard was reflected in the day to day services due to lack of hospitality and the 'do not care', attitude of the so called owner, not bothered or thinking it was already established. Used to visit and recommend this hotel but was much disappointed by the recent visit. No duty manager or manager was available to resolve the problems and hence the helpless employees and consequently the guest had to suffer. The queries directly responded to the owner seemed to be having a tone of threat when answering dadagiri like to see you in Mumbai, it is and one and a half star hotel etc although charging 3 star affecting the credibility of the position towards the guest as an owner which is not acceptable in today's world. Recently renovated rooms although kept clean had technical problem of water leakage from toilet. The basic amenities like chairs, hangers, hanging rods etc were missing. Although paid fully for extra bed for adult, the bed provided was kids bed misfitting and very old. The food was good. But the breakfast was terrible having no egg or juices although charging accordingly. The compliance of tax structure to be checked since GST was reduced and charging over VAT, no MRP etc exploiting the guest. Bulb was nor repaired even though requested several times. It needed hours to get hot water.

It's a wonderful place to enjoy the proximity to the sea, although the beach is not much to speak about (very rocky). Must enjoy local delicacies at the silver sands resorts such as GAUTI chicken and MANANA (mutton kebabs slow roasted on coal). Also enjoy local drinks instead of indulging in standard varieties.

No value for money. Lot of leakages in room. No proper cooling of AC. Food quality whether breakfast / lunch / dinner below par.

It was realy bulshit service food is so oily rooms are not clean cockroach too much dusty bathroom lights not working toilet flush very slow only the name is good rest all kachra dining tables not clean no tissue on table its beter to go on dhabha if u open pillow covers pillows are black no cleaning servicea.

Room service was good. Food was good. Wi-Fi never worked and bed was pretty comfy.

Decent place. Decent facilities including pool. The only con is that the water leaks from the bathroom to the bedroom…

If u a non-vegetarian… DO not go there… sea view would be far more better option… Sea food was yuuuuk… specially pomphlet.

Silver Sands Beach Resort is excellent for the holidays and for party peoples. I recommend all the people who are watching my review to have one night stay at Silver Sands Beach Resort. The rooms working but was of moisture. Excellent services and Swimming pool water was Crystal Clear. Enjoyed a lot with family at Silver Sands Beach Resort.

Hello everyone, sharing my recent worst experience I had with silver sand beach resort. Please be careful guys silver sand beach resort charges from credit card and by cash also. I was charged twice and its been now 2 months but I haven't received my refund yet.

One thing good about this place is that it's close to devka beach. If you want to enjoy the high tides of the sea, better visit the sea in the evening. So, plan your stay accordingly.

Slow service. But low cost. Not so good restaurant.

Really enjoyed my time here. Near to sea Beach and the rooms and nice, tidy, spacious with comfortable stay. Would love to visit again. The swimming pool is really fun Place for all age Group.

Stayed 1 night in Silver Sands on 17th July. Good and supportive staff. Rooms were clean and nice. Swimming pool was nice. Food Quality nice. Devka beach is right in front of Resort but you wont even feel of getting into Sea. Way better than expected. Overall a very good experience.

Amezing exprince to the stye this resort, hotel staff service is very good, food quality is much beter.

Good value for money. My default place for staying whenever I visit Daman. The pool is icing on the cake but can get stuffy during weekends. Pro-tip: Pack your swimming costume to avoid purchasing it from the hotel. The parking space and food needs improvement.

A great place to stay. Beach is just opposite to resort. Staff is also cooperative. Have a GRT swimming pool.

Make sure you book in advance on weekends. Its fills pretty fast over weekends. It's right in front of Devka beach. Nice Pool. Carrom boards in balcony to chill out.

Mosquito's. I'll ventilated rooms. Over priced. The pool felt sticky. Tasteless complementary meals. Bad cell phone reception in rooms.

SILVER sands is bang opposite the beach, clean room, free Wi-Fi, nice swimming pool, gr8 food, very friendly staff, its value for money, I enjoyed my stay here. Im sure you will also enjoy it :-)

Would have given no star if possible, Pathetic service, poor facilities, arrogant staff. Not at all matching with the website photos Not recommended at all.

This place had construction going on. We told the manager to stop the drilling noise but he refused. Food is bad. The mattress of bed is very hard. I have developed back problems. The beach is dark black. Disco was closed. Wont like to go again.

Not a good experience. Too many house flies in the restaurant. Room AC'S without remote n in very bad condition. No facility of drinking water in room. TV very old and unclear channels. Service at reception counter not good. I wud rate as 0.

It was great experience and it was our 2nd visit (6th july 14) to the SILVER SAND RESORT DAMAN. When we visited the silver sand 2nd time everything was awesome apart from STAG (GROUP OF BOYS) We face some problem, the entire floor was occupied by stags. As we were couples so it was very uncomfortable for guest, I would request to the management to make special arrangements, in case of stag entry's, so that the couple can also enjoy the venue hoping you would look in to the matter.

Ek number place! Very quite place to rest, nice pool n games.

A good resort to live in. Near the sea with a pleasing atmosphere. Highly recommended.
