Hotel Suba Star Ahmedabad

I've stayed here multiple times, and the experience has been consistently impressive. The staff is incredibly courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay.
What stands out most is the genuine hospitality and professionalism with which every guest is treated. It's rare to find a place that maintains such high standards visit after visit. Always a pleasure to stay here, and I highly recommend it.
Just one small suggestion for improvement: having at least one chair in the room would make the stay more comfortable, especially for guests staying longer. Also, Room 504 (12 June 2026 SUSHIL PRABHAKAR) did not have a refrigerator. Although the staff kindly offered a room change, I chose to stay in the same room. These are minor points and did not take away from an otherwise excellent experience.

The hotel is clean and staff is courteous. The breakfast spread is amazing. Transport is easily available. Certainly would like to stay again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel for three days. The room was clean, comfortable, and completely noise-free, which made the stay very relaxing. The breakfast was also good with decent variety and quality.
A special thanks Ramesh for his polite and welcoming behaviour. He was very helpful throughout my stay and made the experience even better. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience.

When it comes to rooms, the experience is somewhat mixed but generally acceptable for the price range. Cleanliness is one of the stronger points—rooms are usually well-maintained, beds are comfortable, and essential amenities like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, work desks, and in-room safes are provided. However, the size of standard rooms tends to be on the smaller side, which can feel a bit cramped, especially for longer stays or if you’re traveling with luggage. Some guests have also noted that while the rooms look good in photos, certain fittings and furnishings show signs of aging, and occasional maintenance issues like faulty switches or slow housekeeping response can occur. Upgrading to a higher room category often improves the experience, offering more space and better comfort.

Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and good service.
