Hotel Galaxy Inn was a "home away from home" for me. I felt welcomed and the entire staff and management moves about with a high level of professionalism. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Nice place to stay. Great hospitality. Slightly away from the main city. It is a good place to stay for people who are getting treatment at the nearby hospital. A lot of foreigners also come here to stay for their treatments. Amenities are good. Public transport is slightly difficult to find here. Good place for a wedding stay.

A home away from home with friendly staff who understands the needs of the guest. Quick response for room service. Nice food not to forget Amit the driver, he is so passionate and dedicated to his job thus so helpful to the guests. The only reason I am not giving a five star, cleanliness wasn't per expectation. The bathroom mat seems like it has never been washed the bathroom curtain turns from white to brown the tables were never wiped. Otherwise I liked my stay.

For short and long stay it's a good selection the service is very good, if your from East Africa you enjoy Afrcan food.

Spacious and clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast need to be served in restaurant as buffet to save time while leaving.

It's a fabulous hotel. Decent staff, neat and clean rooms, equipped with all the accessories, 4 star hotel at reasonable rates. Book it without any hesitation.

I saw reviews and booked for official work. Location is bit difficult to find by Ola or Uber cabs. You will not get hot water for bath. When I called reception they sent room service guy. He told you have to wait it will come at least after 10 to 15 buckets of water waste you will get Luke warm water to bath. Another disadvantage is no restaurant. But they are giving room service. Food is not good. Coffee pathetic. I would not recommend. They charged 2000/day.

I am really happy specifically the way they are handling customer. I feel like I am at home. They are helpful to patients by taking to Apollo hospital round trip free of charge. I loved it the treatment they offer to guest. The food is perfect. The menu has options to African, Indian, and Chinese foods. This make them preferable. The drives nice and cooperative. They are speaking English and things go smooth. The rooms are clean with special services. The view is nice. The challenges are there is no nearby restaurant and grocery. You have to go 5 km away from hotel.

Bahut aacha hotel hai, rooms saaf hai, aur staff cooperative hai.

A quiet hotel very close to Appolo hospital Gandhinagar. Ample parking for small vehicles, restaurant, polite staff.

Staff don't speak English, and most of the guest are from africa and only speak english. Clothes get lost during laundry. Utensils very dirty permanent stain on it, food when order it has rotten smell especially chiken and beans. Wifi network very poor at all times, you have to get to the lobby to communicate back at home. Staff are nice.

I stayed here for 2 days when I had gone for a conference. It is decent compact hotel with cooperative staff and is reasonably priced. Online booking possible.

AS PER THE MY STAY ALL STAFF IS VERY POLITE Food is Delicious and nice hotel with ambiances.
