DO NOT STAY AT HYATT AHMEDABAD! This is possibly the Worst Hotel to stay at in Ahmedabad. We checked in here for 2 Nights and were regretting our decision almost within hours of checking in. Pathetic Management, Service Issues, Poor Food Quality, Rooms are not maintained at all. To top it all, the Staff is unapologetic for the issues and shamelessly ignoring complaints. Below are the issues we faced 1. Upon Checking In, room had Lighting Panel issues due to which the lights were fluctuating. When we called Room Service for the same, an electrician was sent for after 25-30 mins and he informed us that the Automation panel was causing the issues and suggesred replacing the same. He came back after almost another 30 mins and replaced the same upon atleast 3 reminders. 2. We asked for some Tea & Coffee in the evening around 5.30 and after repeated reminders and calls to Inroom dining team, the same did not arrive till 7.00PM. Around 7.15 finally the tea arrived but without spoons and Stirrer for Coffee. Already fed up with the delays, we did not have energy left to ask for spoons and made peace with whatever was available. 3. We hoped this was all but the next day we went to the swimming pool at 08.30AM and were informed thr official timings for pool were 09.00AM to 07.30PM so we went around 11.00AM hoping pool to be ready however the staff shamelessly told us it would take another half an hour to 45 mins as pool was being cleaned but upon asking why it was not done earlier, he told us it will be done within 10 mins. Later when we got into the pool and spent around 30-35 mins in pool, The Manager approached us and asked us if we could leave the pool as some cleaning was to be done. When we asked him to do it later, he did not bother and got the cleaning work started even though we were in the pool at the time. No respect for Privacy and Hygiene. Fedup we got out of pool, and still no shame and apologies. 4. Bathrooms were not having sufficient toiletries and when asked for, House keeping won't sent them for hours. We needed an extra bed and when we asked for it to be kept in our room at 11.30 in night, the same was not brought before 01.00AM and that too after several calls and reminders. 5. Upon checkout the Valet Service was pathetic. We waited for almost 20 mimutes before our car could be identified and brought to us. They weren't able to manage rushtime and kept on giving lame excuses for delays. The list is very long. To conclude I would request people to not book Hyatt, Ahmedabad or if book, book at their own risk because discomfort, embarrassment, displeasure, False promises are synonymous to this place.
