Hotel staff is not good but rooms are fine.

Fabulous hotel. Staff behavior was great and fooding was delicious.

Great experience offered by the Oriental residency. You feel like your home. Good food, ambience, service and mainly the peacocks sound makes you feel like you're in a forest. Awesome overall.

Very nice studio apartment and the service too. Besidesin the morning you hear the peacock calling and can see spreading his wings. Food is good.

Stay was comfortable. Staff was cooperative. Lilen and other infrastructure were very good. Tarif was withun our range. Commob person can easily afford the tariff. Thanks and keep it up. P. K. M.

Good hotel. Had an enjoyable stay there. Very close to NUS, and lots of food options available nearby.

Spacious and clean… tasty food. Breafast limited and not buffet but sufficient. Enjoyed the stay.

Some taps don't work, some door locks don't work, some lights don't work, food sucks and what else… they will ask u to checkout even before it's time. Overall the experience was very poor. At the same price there are other hotels nearby which provide far better service than this one. So think twice before staying here.

The hotel is actually a residential setup with a working kitchen, it well suited for ppl who are planning for a longer stay in the city, the rooms are huge and clean. The breakfast option is limited to just one drink and one main item. The dinner was good (veg including dishes made with egg). Not recommended for hardcore non-vegeterians.

Nice big room, like studio apartment. Microwave, hotplate, toster etc. Clean and neat, quite environment. Only 4.5k from station. Good place to stay. But don't expect hotel like hospitality, it's more of service apts.

Fabhotel service is very unprofessional. The hotel check-in and check-out is 11AM. We were going to check-in and check-out at odd times. So, I called them before booking online and let them know my check-in and check-out times and asked them about what should be my duration of booking. They asked me to book one day earlier than my plan as we were going to check-in at 1 AM. But, they said check-out at 7:30 PM was fine instead of 11 AM same day. On the day of check-out I got call from reception that the check-out time is 11 AM and I need to check-out. I went to the reception and spoke with the guy about 7:30 check-out but all waste. I called the call center but same result again. She started talking about hotel policy. I said that was the reason I called before booking to confirm and said that mistake is at their end. But, no use. I had to pay 1 day charges for a shabby room. When I booked online I got 20% discount. For three days I paid ₹4997. For the shabby room I had to pay ₹2950 for only 8 hours. They didn't allow me to continue in same room and I had to shift to the other room. I was having my 2 year son with me. I've photos also of the shabby room. I'll post them where I could. I will never visit Fabhotel again.

Clean and spacious. Near to Ellisbridge Wall Street. Food is Good enough.! Service is also quick.
