Rooms are spacious, air conditioned, hot water is available 24/7 which is plus point.

It's was a beautiful place to enjoy Goa trips and weakened there service is very good and clean and neat rooms and thare food is very testy and delicious 🤤

The rooms were quite clean and hygienic. The kitchen was clean too. A few plates, cutlery and crockery were provided. A small refrigerator too came in very handy to store some food.

Wrong location on Google Maps. Search for my goa 365 suite instead.
Pros — It is cheap.
Cons — You get what you paid for.
This is a room for manly men. If you are expecting something fancy.

This place is really very beautiful. The hotel rooms are very neat and clean with a mini bar with drinks whose prices are added to your bill separately. Rooms contain basic oyo body care. Nice place.

Stayed with friends. Had a wonderful stay. Location is very good, centre of Panjim. Very close to many good restaurants, Casino, church, Inox etc. Walkable to all these places.

Resort is located at the walking distance from beach. Staff of the resort are so friendly and helpful. We traveled with our 6 month baby and they helped us for everything what we needed.

I stayed here for the second time… nirvana villa is beautiful & well maintained with all modern amenities. Rooms are very spacious… the swimming pool is very well maintained.

One of the best stays we had here. We were 15 people in total and all of us had a pleasant stay here.

This unique stay is around 45 minutes from the airport. The villa has 4 floors with 2 bedrooms, a hall and 2 balconies on each floor.

I would like to start with my overall experience which was quite good. Firstly location wise, Colva Residency is Bang on Beach. Rooms are quite decent and toilet was clean.

This place gives you a very good feel at a low cost. The staff is excellent, the food is also excellent, and the housekeeping staff is great too.

Had a comfortable stay at Sai Residency. Rooms were clean, staff was polite, and the check-in process was smooth. Great value for money and convenient location for a short trip.
