Clean, nicely located hotel in vagator, within 5 mins of the beach. Well trained staff, reasonable rates. Book early for better rates. I'm definitely visiting again.

Amazing location. Peaceful, Shanti. Ask it and you will get it. Bike car rafting pick ups. All done just ask.

Food is pretty good, service is a bit slow. Hotel is also ok. Although a bit small for a 4 star rating. The lady at the front desk/reception is very rude and maybe the hotel would easily get more ratings of she weren't there or reception was empty. I really hope that the hotel owner/management reads this.

Overpriced. Thats the word for this place. Untrained staff, they seek permission from receptionist for everything. Stained towels, dust on the furniture, limited breakfast spread. Pool is always dirty since it's surrounded by trees. Overall it was an Okay experience. Interior of reception area is good but would not pay more then 3k for this place.

An extremely pleasant stay here. The staff were ever so pleasing and the housekeeping was perfectly spot on. The food is pretty much the highlight of the hotel. We initially had the booking for 3 nights but just had to extend for another night. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

Basic hotel, over priced, electricity failure issues throughout the night, pool water is usually too cold, restaurant staff is very good but front desk lady is too rigid and makes you feel she is doing a favor every time you request for something, no AC in the restaurant during breakfast so you are forced to sit in the open, being a closed area there is no breeze too, lift is too slow and doesnt work properly since years. You have better options in Goa at this price.

Best place to stay to Access many beaches. Closest beach is Vagator beach. Hotel rooms are very neat and bathrooms also well maintained with bath soap and towels & 24/7 hot water.

Conveniently located. Not very far from Vagator beach. The rooms here are comfortable, breakfast isn't bad. The receptionist Ms Celia is great; always has a smile and ever ready to help. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the hotel. Ditto bike and car rentals. Ask for Hemant just outside. Decent guy with lots of vehicles for hire.

Review for living rooms Let’s start with the pros It is well located and has been designed well… very good use of the space specially since it’s not a very big property We arrived on the 16th and the first thing we noticed they didn’t even have parking and we were made to park on the road. We were promptly checked in and shown our rooms … the room though small was clean and the washroom too was clean but lacked amenities. The breakfast which was paid for with the rooms was quite surprising. They should have mentioned that it was a limited breakfast. Since not only they had a handful of things available but things like cheese in our omelette were a luxury and we were asked to pay extra for it. The only tea they served was hot water with a tea bag and milk on the side and a fresh cooked cuppa was again extra. There was a total of 5 to 6 items including bread … I am sure they could do a lot more to improve the breakfast experience The Housekeeping too seems outsourced since they kept coming and asking if they could do the room and later the reception called to let us know they are available only till 4 … so make sure to plan everything around their schedule.

My stay along with my friends was awesome facility and close to many beaches.

Decent place. Rooms are clean. It is located a little away from the posh crowd that's the best part. Location is good since vagator, baga and calangut and chapora fort is near by. Food needs to be taken from restaurant around.

All the famous beaches of north Goa are nearby. Its a nice cosy place for people who want to have some silent time in Goa. Have a outdoor seating area. Rooms are fine, but there are no Street lights present, & it was very dark during the night outside the hotel. Supermarket is right out the lane.  Nice little place for budget traveller maybe solo or a bunch of friends.

It was the worst experience ever. We booked 2 rooms and they gave the room to someone else. We were informed after we reached there. It was horrible. After that they had only single room and we had to stay there as we didn't have any option. The service was also ok.

Average place. Got very cheap stay due to off season. The rooms smell. So had to buy a room freshener. I suggest you do the same if you are looking for a cheap place to stay!

We took the luxury suite. Hotel management is helpful. Pool table is charged at INR200 per hour. Lift made of glass and pool is average. The morning buffet is average. Room size was v big with balcony. The mattress on bed feels overwhelming in the beginning but gets uneasy with time.

This place is nearby Vagator beach and Ozran beach. The rooms are quite good and cozy. There's no breakfast provided though. Rooms can be improved a bit. The linen was spotty.!

Trust me the best time to visit goa is mansoon, during mansoon goa looks so green and clean and traffic is less due to rain and you will find few good food joints in mansson (who serve good food through out the year) Fisherman Cove on Candolim is one of them and don't forget to visit Ritz Classic in Panjim for Authentic goan fish thali. Dali Bar & Mango tree is a place near vagator who serve Food and Drinks till early morning, were you can go and have food & drinks after party :). Tips — Take a self-drive car during your visit to enjoy goa (Hotel Staff will arrange a good car on a very nominal rate) About my Stay — Yes it was a great experience at Vagator House, Goa. I would recommend this place for its cleanliness, good service, and beautiful views. Superb pocket-friendly & Nice hotel for family & friends. Decent place for stay at best location in North goa from where all the vagator beach is just 10 min journey. The staff here is very much helpful. It was good experience. We booked by GOIBIBO. Check in was so quickly and comfortable. The rooms were simple and elegant with bathrooms maintained very well. We got very good commuting facilities. We would love to go again & again at Vagator House.

I have come to Goa to do enjoy but these people just ruined my trip. Worst Stay ever.

I am 62 years old but the expereince I have with them is just pathetic. Will not ever think about them.

Rooms are fine, but room service is not available, telephone was also not present in the room. The hotel is in a isolated place, there are no Street lights present, & it was very dark during the night outside the hotel. The staff should be more professional.

Its a nice cosy place for people who want to have some silent time in Goa, more of a house feeling, which is pretty great. Away from the hassles and noises. U can take walks. Fresh breeze and cool around the place. Supermarket is right out the lane. So don't worry about beers. Staff is friendly, service is excellent. They act fast.

Stayed here for 4 days and my experience was not very pleasant. Power kept on flickering since day one till the time we checked-out. Hotel didn't take any appropriate actions even on complaining multiple times and then we thought of giving up. Rooms are equipped with all basic amenities — AC, Fridge, TV, etc. However, you will only be able to enjoy them if there are no power issues. Food and location is perfect as amazing beaches, markets, restaurants and clubs are within 10-15 mins distance. Staff is also really nice and provides good service (except Reception lady, I felt slight arrogance in her behaviour).

Nice staff members (we were attended by Ajit), almost didn't feel the absence of intercom (hope they will get one in future, as the resort is only two years old, they are just starting) ; overall clean; decent and clean toilet; plenty of charging points in room; free Wi-Fi; availed the car service provided by the resort for sightseeing, very good and reasonable cost (our driver Kiran was excellent) ; plenty of food joints, medical stores and shops nearby; 20min walking distance from beach; found the station pickup rate higher than normal prepaid cab rate; Overall, very much satisfied with the place.

Don't expect too much for what you pay, as was the nature for when I booked in the tourist season. Minimalist rooms, but does the job if you just want to rest. While a moped is the way to go in Goa, I would look elsewhere before renting the moped from them since I found rates for 1/3rd their price.

Very good rooms, with a small balcony. Good pool. Decent bar but very poor Wi-Fi. Breakfast buffet has very limited options, food was mostly uninspiring. Had a very good stay nevertheless.

Its very nice place to chill out … shall plan my marriage anniversary and my daughters birthday in may.

We stayed over the Christmas and New year period 2015/16 and found it to be well organised. All the staff at this hotel are very welcoming and polite. The rooms are clean and the food is good, with omelettes to your liking at breakfast. We can recommend this hotel and will certainly stay here again when we are next in Goa.
