This is what “Goa” is all about. Words fail to describe the beauty of this place. Stay there for a lifelong experience.

They arbitrarily impose mandatory new year dinner charges of Rs. 10000 per person that were never evenbdisclosed on the app/ web-site (Booking. Com) through which the reservation was made. Extremely curt and unhelpful staff who made us feel cheap and un-welcome instead of going by the booking terms, which is resulting in us having to cancel our entire trip.

Amazing personal service … feels like home from home and everybody cares and anticipates your needs … love this place to bits and would recommend to anyone who wants a hideaway and some peace and serenity.

The ONLY place to stay in Goa. Intimate, authentic, beautifully done, fab food, great location on the sea.

Simply enchanting. We wanted tranquility, quirkinesses, care, and beauty and we got it and more. The team are amazing, absolutely nothing was too much trouble, it’s the little touches that count.
We will return.

It's heaven on earth, or stay here was a total bliss coupled with brilliant hospitality and ambience… Loved it…

It's good for food, drinks. Official meetings and conferences can also be done here, they arrange for it and provide all type of hospitality and help. You will enjoy their services.

It's not a place for all… If you have money then walk into this place… Firstly, the security guard at the hotel is so rude and has no manners to speak to the guest… second of all the receptionist is just scared of the manager who is an Italian. The Italian manager tries to show that he knows better than the locals for which I must admit that he does know his lonely planet very well… he will try to fake you into knowing every thing in the book only… while speaking you can rest be assured that you can never be in command, it's always what he thinks is right or wrong… Doesn't bother about the visitor opinion … I think the management can have smart, honest and HUMBLE beings in the property rather than scared, bossy and rude people. Nevertheless, you can enjoy better view from the beach than the property… My take would be TRY AVOID THE PROPERTY… unfortunately, I was so upset that did not want to click why pics… I have uploaded the beach pics right in front of the hotel.

This really is one of the most remarkable places I have stayed at before. From the welcome in arrival, the room, the pool, the grounds, the bustling fishing beach in front of the hotel and the complimentary social drinks at 7pm this all made for an amazing experience. I can't recommend this place enough and I will be back.

I cannot rate this any higher! Wonderful friendly staff who cater for everything. I recommend dolphin spotting in the morning and late afternoon from the comfort of your lounger!

An amazing place to relax in a beautiful environment apart of crowded touristic spots. Nice stuff, professional service and wonderful artworks.

Another stunningly beautiful place which is more of a family home than a hotel. Wonderful private beachside location and exquisitely decorated rooms, filled with art and antiques that the family has collected from all over India. We stayed in The Treehouse, a delightful and quirky bedroom & bathroom up in a tree, with its own terrace and massage room.
I didn’t realise it at the time, but Jude Law and a friend were there at the same time as we were!
Impeccable service, charming and helpful staff, and superb food.

Loved this hotel, beautiful pool and gardens with views up and down the beach. Slept well in comfortable beds, rooms were clean and all the staff were brilliant.
Menu selection was not vast but the meals were good.
