Nothing to recommend about it.

The night guard, Anil, extremely bad. If it doesn't work as per him he will threaten you. Regarding car parking he quarelled with us at 2 am and threatened to puncture our tyre. One shouldn't stay in this kind of hotel who hires such people. The food in this hotel was extremely overpriced and tasted super bad. Even shacks are cheaper than this. Almost all dishes were 400+ rs. We had our lunch here. I have been to Goa some 15 times. Never experienced this kind of hospitality f…rom people staying in Goa. They are fooling people at TripAdvisor too. All good reviews at TripAdvisor are fake. Most people who reviewed this hotel have only one or two reviews. We liked the hotel from outside. So though of staying there. But after seeing such rude people, can never think of this hotel. Stay at the hotel opposite to it, name Baywalk for a wonderful stay. Staff there like Ramesh goes an extra mile to help you.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It's super close to the beach; and not any beach but the Turtle Nesting site Morjim Beach.

If you want to enjoy Goa peacefully… This is a best place with morjim beach near by.

The awesome resort in morjim. It's near the one of the finest beach of goa… I am just loving the place. So calm and serene… Would highly recommend people to stay here.

There's really nothing for Goa. The key is not to pay attention to the little things and enjoy the rest. And if you have a good chat with your caregivers, they'll try to do everything for you.

In principle, all. Deluxe Room here (number 111) This is normal 3 * in Hurghada. There's a noisy one. Free. Stable.

I was in room 210 pool facing its been an fantastico moment for me and my wife. Nice staff good food well maintained room and hospitality. I missing already after checkout today 3 march 2017. Really recommend to all stay and feel the experience of peace of mind.

Extremely poor services and non cooperative staff, Blanket was never available, we have no blanket, all went to laundry and didn't return. Thank god we had our own blanket otherwise sleeping would have been nightmare. We literally had to fight for hot water on first day. My wife was super upset as we lost 3-4 hours in first morning. Front desk was super rude when we asked for hot water. Specially the lady who is on front desk. Only good thing is its near morjim beach like 200-300 meters away and has good parking for 10 cars. Has pool which was in ok condition. Food is extremely costly like Rs400 for normal paneer dish. Room were spacious but bed mattress was not good neither blanket. We will NEVER book this resort again. Stayed January 2017, traveled with family.

I could not get a refund for rooms that I did not use — BIG PROBLEM! — unclean and smelly rooms, very long distance from bus stop to hotel (not good if you have heavy bags), unfriendly staff at times and not much variety on the menus. One to stay away.
