Very clean and neat 1bed room apartment. Beach is half a kilometre from the place. 300m walk from main road (Calangute-Aguada), Newton supermarket. The location in Google shows it to be besides main road (near Fisherman's cove restaurant) which is not correct. Owner is good. There are 2 restaurants just outside the gate. The owners provide Tea/coffee on request.
Good homestay. Rooms are good, and owners are also good.

Stayed at Saikunj for two days on 19-20 March. Nice peaceful location. Relaxing, homely and safe for family. Neat and very clean large rooms. Near to candolim beach and market. Enjoyed our stay. Owner Raikar family is very kind… suggestion. Please add restaurant service.
