Park Avenue. This is not actually a hotel but apartment kind of setup. There are 4 building type structure surrounding a small swimming pool. Some of the rooms were still being renovated during our visit. The rooms are strictly OK. We had booked 2 rooms and there was issue with A/C in one of the rooms. They would try to rectify it but for some reason, the fault would crop up again. Till we checked out, they couldn't rectify the mistake, nor did they make any serious effort to rectify it.   For breakfast they served Bread butter, Poha and Paratha (they would call it Aloo Paratha, but I never found any aloo in the Paratha on any day! ). The shocking thing is that they serve this and only these 3 items EVERYDAY. You are allowed to have ONLY ONE cup of either tea or coffee.   They allowed guests to use the swimming pool without insisting on costumes. Some guests were using the pool wearing regular clothes like jogging pants, bermudas, regular T-shirts, etc. There was no facilities for showers at the swimming pool.   Avoid booking here at any cost. The only saving grace is the proximity of the hotel to the Calangute beach. It is 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. But, there are many hotels near the beach. Avoid this one.

Good service, one of the room was smelly, our rooms got changed after complaint.

The chololate room here is simply AMAZING. The rooms are good. Great location. Good stay.

Really it good service from hotel. Located at middle of calangute, from where you can go easily to calangute beach and baga beach. Also there is a small market nearby hotel where you can enjoy your shopping.

Staff is helpfull here, there is a swimming Poole but the level of chemical in water is little bit high. It leads to redness of eyes anf irritation in eye. Another issue is with there buffet the service is slow.

Nice hotel with McD near by staff is also good. Food is okay. Room was clean and tidy.

The hotel staff is helpful, perfect location, decent breakfast to start the day. Overall 5star experience in reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Actually State bank of india reserves certain number of rooms for its officers in this resort. Those rooms for SBI officers are quite good with one living room (A/C), one bedroom (A/C) and two bathrooms. The food is available in the resort itself. It even has liquor shop. Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the resort restuarant area:-) I'd give 4 stars for the above mentioned officers' room. Swimming pool is there for the guests of the resorts only.

Very relaxing place. Service is good. I visited this place in October end. Nice service provided by OYO.

Too costly as per the room, room condition is too bad, and you are only paying money for a swimming pool facility.

Very dirty rooms. They have to improve the quality of rooms. Very old style and smells dirty.

Decent room. Pool available if you need it. The restaurant here, where they provide complimentary breakfast, can make you frustrated. The waiters there have a lott of attitude and they will make you wait for too long, really too long. Complained about his to the hotel management too, even had to get up from the table one fine day without eating, after waiting for too long.

Prime location property with all places equally away to visit… stay was clam. Staff is cooperative. Very much satisfied.

Good place to stay in Goa near bags beach. Staffs are good n friendly. Loved the swimming pool. Best part is it have a chocolate room.

This place is amazing… the rooms were well furnished everything was well maintained the staff was good and so was everyone at the reception… everyone was warm and welcoming. I'd highly recommend this hotel also it had the perfect location.

Rooms are good in conditions. All facilities including hot water, breakfast with unlimited… Rooms was ready before we reached. Thanks … will visit again here in future.

It is a nice resort with swiming pool and complementary breakfast. But I feel it was little bit costlier. It is 10 minutes walking distance from calagaute beach goa.

I have stayed many hotels In Goa but park avenue is one of the best hotel I found out. Staffs are wonderful, especially a lady in the reception has got the real hospitality nature. She help us with everything like arranging taxi, changing the currency notes of old 500. Rooms are also very neat and clean keep it up looking forward to come again in ur hotel.

Bad place, OK food. I hated those place from the moment I went in. I only had lunch here based on a suggestion by a friend, will never go back again — ever. They didn't even serve good feni! I am very sure the stay is also crap.

We have been there 4 3 days at d end of june… it was satisfactory… when compared with d rent… dnt expect too much luxury…

ACs are not working in this hotel. Also the rooms are not clean.

The staff the management and z people are all very helpful v had enjoyed our stay but yes v faced issues with the bed as they werent clean or had cigarette burn marks on thm very dirty I had to make thm chage it and actually the whole bed wz asked to be changed by us as the default condition it wz given wz wosrt. Staying here u r close to the market city and connected to baga anjuna every thing is close by u wldnt hav to beat yr head. For new travellers its the best spot as u wont hav any issues with guidence and tour.

All is well! Good location, in the heart of the whole infrastructure around normal rooms, bed, shower, WC, a balcony is available. 10 minutes walk to the beach, but we took the scooter for 10 days ($ 7.4 USD per day) and went to all the beaches, no rights and not sober, but happy. For the 10 days it took 6 liters of gasoline, crisscrossed this all from arambolâ and to spice plantations, the Portuguese Fort and mangrove swamps.
About hotel on the elegant Cafe Rotonda. All advise in Goa to take scooters.
And Yes, if the hotel told TV 100 rupees for a day, just say "no, I won't pay" and they will be left behind. This is India.

Terrible hotel, do not take it in any case!
The location of the. Closely adjoins the main road i. E. Exhaust gases, noise almost around the clock, to the sea will have reach dolgovato or go to the main road and go to Calangute beach (very many Hindus, very dirty) or pass through the private sector, hotels, entrance between Calangute and Baga Beach Beach (great, local in this place suit toilet, from there enter and leave the herd of cows, to be near you and they just spend in your stuff and something požuût) or hop on a taxi and go to any beach (expensive)
Hotel! A very small territory, well is very small, in the middle of the pool with several lounges, a lot of crazy Indians, from cleaning the territory of dirty water flowing into the pool, which simply do not want to climb. Annual dirt and construction debris. Worst. Please don't ever think of staying here. We got fleeced when booked it online. The rooms stink. The sheets and pillows are stained and stink like crazy. The walls are mouldy and the AC and geysers dont work. Please don't book online we over payed and the rooms weren't worth 300. We played 2100 for Ac room. And we moved to a better place for half the rate.

Resort park is mystery Avenue first in GOA.

"Park Avenue" is dirtier. I understand that the old furniture, but wash the tile, toilet doors you can?! And what are the cups in a bar?! The two teaspoons. One coffee in the pot, the other in a jar with sugar (it would also wash). But the photo exhibited normal.

It`s all fine for 2star hotel. The personal is polite, the room was clean and we asked to change bedclothes only twice for 10 days. But we saw the room upstairs, our russian neighbor showed us, it was a bit dusted. The only thing was half a meter spot on the wall in the bedroom, something like fungus because of wet. But I repeat for 2star hotel everything was great and Goa is not a place to sit in your room, so thatch hut is fine place to live too. автор: руссо туристо похуисто.

Me and my 3 friend stayed in park avenue from 01/09/13 to 04/09/13, but all three days we faced some problems like intercom phone, room service and also housekeeping etc.

Please be away from this hotel. Instead Visit Resorte Marinha Dourada. I stayed one night in the Park Avenue and got completely bored and went to Resorte Marinha Dourada.

Resort park avenue best resort like very much.
