The hotel is good But service is very poor nd bad Management is not cooperative… Management is very rude fr customer nd only fr cash they want more cash from customers…

Comfortable and clean room. Cooperative staff. Swimming pool is gud too Food is average.

Very very poor service, all of the staffs are ready to fight if you do a complain about them. There was no water in the bathroom and AC not working properly. Swimming pool was dirty. Managment never cares about the customers. I stayed there on 2 to 5 june. Worst experience of my life. Guys please stay on road or hut but never book this hotel.

Good rooms, nice hospitality, well maintained swimming pool and indoor playing area. Close to calangute beach and 10 minutes away from Baga beach. Locals here are to good to speak.

Worst place to stay… Staff is very impolite and food worst We had booked rooms in advance with Jain breakfast. We were not provided Jain breakfast. The staff ignored our requests for Jain food. We were forced to have breakfast outside with our own money. Once u have paid money to the hotel then forget any kind of service Swimming pool stinks like a gutter I have put up pics also. Hospitality word is nowhere in there dictionary.

Not a well maintained property any longer swimming pool not functional breeding ground for mosquitoes breakfast restaurant staff hostile and filled with attitude although room service staff is good. Rooms I had a very experience first one was unkept with walls having leakage issues; furniture not maintained ; bed linen had stains. Second room had insects (cockroaches and ants all over) also bed bugs kept us awake all night. No hot water in all rooms. Many other better properties available at this or lower tariffs. Basic limited choice in breakfast buffet.

One of the best resort I ever found with the amenities like. Gym, beautiful swimming pool, bar, restaurant, shisha. Staffs are very polite. Overall good experience.

Perfect location n hotel's swimming pool is also good. The only thing is behavior of staff was not so good and food was really bad. I won't recommend any one to eat lunch or dinner dere.

Hotel is in good location. Staff is cooperative and courteous. Veg food is relief and good. Rooms are bit old but neat and clean. Family Enjoyed the stay.

I enjoyed staying at Resort De Crossroads. The rooms were spacious and gives a glimpse of a perfect studio apartment. Room were clean and tidy and good balcony view.

It was wonderful to stay there we enjoyed a lot. Must visit good place near to sea. Amazing goa.

This place is very good for stays even the food is good here. Must try atleast once.

It's a good hotel but it is a little bit smelly on the ground floor and if you will book it online It will show resort de grand rivaria as it is owned by the same person there is a karaoke night every Friday I had very much fun there and also if you book this hotel there are centipedes in it's pool but you can go in the pool of de grand rivaria and also you get high speed Wi-Fi here.

Not worth staying no good fecility, breakfast not to the mark very small dining area conjusted, no tea coffee maker in the room, no telephone. Service very very ok. Near to calangute beah. That is the only plus point.

Good hotel with pool small restaurant and so so location opposite football ground overall nice hotel.

This resort room is very good. But morning breakfast or meal is not good.

"Resort the Crossroads" is a good hotel with reasonable price. Calangute beach is 1.1 Km from here. Service was good, Enjoyed the pool. Value for money. Restaurant opens till 12:30 in night, reasonable and good food. Parking is inside the hotel. Rooms are also clean and good.

Un hygenic, food is not upto mark. Rooms have a bad odor, not being well maintained. Dont go on the other look of the hotel the rooms just arent upto standards.

Rooms are OK… Service is not good… Staff is polite only but service kind of bad.

Awesome place to stay for weekends but too expensive even food is expensive when compare to mumbai restro or street food.

The agent said it is a 3star hotel but it's worst then a normal hotel, mainly the entrance looby is stinking of drainage I don't why, beside only kitchen section, the lift was worst in conditions … it will stop in the middle of the floor… TV not working, no telephone in a room, etc… no Wi-Fi connection I suggest the manager to just check is every thing… This hotel I give 0 reating.

Not as they advertise and market. Poor service, avoid the breakfast, rooms below average. Booked through an agent, MakeMyTrip, paid twice their rack rate, felt cheated, spoiled my holiday.

We stay for 2 days, food n room space was good. Rest pathetic. Very poor room services. Eg. Very minor services like water. Even that was provided only once. TV was out of service. Lift was not operating well…

Rooms are well maintained. Newly furnished. Food is great at less price compare to other local restaurants.

The rooms were clean but the recreational activity area was ckmpletely useless. It had no equippments. Also food was good but expensive.

It is bearable! the rooms are good but not that clean, a swimming pool, the dinner was tasty, the room service is quick. The indoor games for example the table tennis table was there but no balls. Some or the pool balls were missing. Other than that it is good if you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

Good place with clean rooms, swimming pool, restraunt and pretty much everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Everything was okay… but breakfast was not up to the mark… Manager was not polite… He was impudent on his first impression… He was unable to understand our language and gave an example in an unpleasant manner "aap to SURE ko Suar (pig) bolnese main Suar hi samjhung ga" where I did not use such word…

Good place to stay as this is a budget family hotel situated near to famous north Goa beaches.

Very good boutique hotel in Goa. Amazing location, good food, very tastefully decorated rooms especially Superia bathtub rooms.

Really bad service the hotel management system is very lethargic and rooms have bugs, the pool was dirty it's a 2star hotel with 3star prices.

There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Hot water for the shower is limited. I think this hotel is meant more for locals rather than foreigners.
