We celebrated our SIES school golden jubilee functions. We were 62 guests and everyone liked and enjoyed the facilities. We all had a great time together.

Lovely n romantic decor arrangements at the sea shore, especially at nights, you have many things to enjoy here, say it's a DJ party. Be it a volunteer musical night or any live music. You will love the way they arrange for the customers. Food and alcohol is served at all the times. Special beds and tables are arranged for the beach lovers. Omg that electronic lighting LED arrangements is always a way attractive during the Goa season especially from October to January. People love to come in groups for the party, food festival, and ladies night. We had a great time there in the Goa at this Paradise. Hope you guys love it too.

Had really amazing experience staying at this resort. The staff is good. Place is clean. Food is also good. Overall, It's amazing place to spend your holidays.

Rooms are available at 60-70% discount during off season. Otherwise expensive compared to the facilities they provide. Electricity cut off was frequent. Wi-Fi available only at reception, not in rooms. The hotel has its private beach, spacious rooms and surrounding areas. Free breakfast has variety of options. Good place for relaxing if you want visit North Goa for more leisure time and have less sightseeing/traveling on mind.

We had mixed bag of experience. Let me put forth both nice experiences as well as points for improvement. First positives: 1. Location: It is located just on beach. That is a great advantage. Though approach to main gate is problem and availability of taxi at main gate can be problem some time, the location at calanghut beach helps the occupants a lot. 2. Spacious: There is lot of space in the resort including a badminton court, swimming pool etc. Rooms are spacious. Negatives: 1. No Wi-Fi in rooms. Even mobile signals are week 2. Low maintenance of assets. The handle of main door was broken. The key was not proper, AC remote was not working etc. 3. Service: It is very poor. Every time we had to call multiple times and visit reception, even to get a bottle of water. Room was not cleaned every day. We had to force them to do so. 4. Power outage: Every hour we had at least two power outages in day time. It may be die to some road work going in front of resort. 5. Cleanliness: Could be improved for rooms. Even the pick up and drop vehicles were dirty. 6: Food: Breakfast and dinner didn't provide much choices. The food was also not tasty. They should change the chef.

Customer service is completely missing. The condition of the room is pathetic and not as advertised on the website. The bathroom walls are filthy and unkempt. The amenities in the room AC and refrigerator are not serviced and hence are almost as good as non functional. The pool can be functional atleast until 8:30pm. As per policies of the Resort, they shut down at 6:30 Pm. Customers are inconvenienced a lot due to Internal policies, Lastly the staff, especially at the check-in are not customer centric. The only saving grace is the morning Buffet breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this resort.

Very good resort. Spacious and comfort rooms. But there's no ac at reception.

We had spent 3 days with a group of 20 people. Our stay was very tiring, the rooms are very basic, bathrooms are not in a condition to be used, shower does not work, for breakfast I saw 3 dishes which were continued for all 3days. The conference room was pathetic. The AC would not work. Overall our stay was not enjoyable at all. I suggest to explore better places around this place for better facilities.

Good location, friendly staff.

Very beautiful resort with a swimming pool. This is very near by to the beach. Less than 5 minute walk. We had a good time. Food is good, but complimentary break fast has very limited options. Overall, a nice place.

If visit Pondicherry paradise beach is a place that you should defenetly visit. Compared to the rock beach this place is less crowded. The water is very salty.

Not so great. You will find many other better options at the same price. Front desk is surprisingly worst than that expected. Support staff is always missing. I had thoughts that at such a place like Goa how the quality of staff is so bad. But property is good and near to beach.

The hotel is great. Uberajutsja every time hang a sign on the door. Do not forget to put on the bed 20-40 rupees. For you little things and they are nice. The pool is very clean. Meals can be ordered in the room. Location.

Near to calangute beach and all food joints and beach shacks. It's a good villa with spacious and neat rooms. Well furnished with all amenities. A/C and fridge is available too. Away from noise, peaceful and relaxing place with front yard and good trees around by.

This resort has a good facilities And the bathrooms are also clean and the Wi-Fi speed is also good The time I entered this resort I threw my bags and ran to the beach to shoot the overall photos This place is also a bit fantasy.

The resort is located perfectly, jus besides Calangute beach. We can just walk thru the resort and directly enter the beach, which is great! The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a swimming pool which is a bit small, but the water is clean. The only thing I didn't like is the expense of breakfast and dining. It's 300 and 500 respectively for buffet, but I didn't find that much variety as compared to their charges. All in all, a good resort!

Good place to stay near beach. Not much to offer on facilities or luxury if looking for reasonable stay.

Quite good place to stay as location is concerned. Poor management. Also maintenance of room is not good. We found earth worm and cockroaches inside the room. Helping staff is very courtgeous. Swimming pool is neatly maintained. Food is very tasty.

False check in times promised. Rooms were not ready. Check in delayed by 4 hours. * Buffet did NOT have even a single starter. Food was not served properly and taste was horrible. * Food quality was very bad. * they assume that tourist is NOT gonna come again. So they can treat anyway. * Rooms were not cleaned. Had to fight to get the same done. worst experience.

Room are old, toilets are not clean and posh, good things are swimming pool, restaurant and service.

Visited this place. Except for location nothing is good. Hotel rooms were not provided till 4.00 PM in the evening even though the check in time is 1.00 PM. Guys at the reception have never care attitude. Food was bad. Room is not cleaned. Extra bedding was provided quite late after asking it 4 times. If you stay there, carry your own bathing material. They won't provide. Better avoid this place.

Be aware of the cheaters! i never recommend for marriage function especially for gujarati family. BEING A GUJJU, We always prefer 100% VEG restaurant. They never consider you as GUEST. Total waste of time and Money. It will definitely ruin your holiday. YOU will have to write a letter for them TO CONFIRM EVERYTHING otherwise THEY WON'T HEAR YOU. Check my letter here.

Good rooms, clean toilets and a different room outside like 1hall and 1 bedroom, which is a good option as you can njoy the drinks in the outer room keeping bedroom clean and also has a good space outside the house to sit late nights or enjoy early morning tea. Has its own well managed swimming pool, restaurant which serves delicious food, And the personal beach entry via resort is the best plus point also the location is very nice exactly on the calangute beach.

Very good. Very close and direct access to beach through the resort till 8 pm. After this we can take the back entrance to get to the beach. Pool is good and closes by 7 pm. Pool side bar is very good. Decent service. I stayed in Spanish Villa, which was very good.

Very good service and helpful staff. Well maintained pool and lawns. Perfect get away place. Inside route directly to the beach.

The resort looks very good and beautiful location. Just 2 mins for calangunte beach. But the maintainance and services are very worst from the resort team.

Rest two months ago. A good hotel. Lovely staff, very friendly. The hotel was clean. Range of Greens. The sea in 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Rooms cleaned on a regular basis. Food at the hotel restaurant excellent. Left a good impression of the trip in Calangute.
